We had an absolutely wonderful staycation here! The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic—very relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up.Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed every moment of our stay, which made the experience even more special for our family. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the service was excellent.We had such a great time that we are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

Nice hotel. Loved the location and gorgeous facilities. I liked the rooms we stayed in. They were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were polite and obliging. Friendly people and staff were very accommodating and helpful and no hassle in checking in and out. The place is generally clean specially the frontbeach area. Will surely come back.

All are excellent but not when I experience to stay at that room (204) for 3days 2 nights. I believe We're near to staff room or something that we're actually sleeping and in the midst there's this one women, staff I believe, singing loudly and staff are chatting loudly even laughing and keeps on banging things near the room that we ended up stay up from 2am til morning 😩😴🫩. This is not the firsttime we stay here, Nexttime will put especial instructions to be far from 202-204 that room. Staff from outside to reception and inside are friendly and respectful. Just that experince. Nothing to add 🫶

This was my second time staying in a family room here. This hotel has an unbeatable view that no other five-star hotel, no matter how hard they try, can replicate. I absolutely love this room because it allows me to fully enjoy that incredible scenery. I'll definitely be back. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. The location is good and it is relatively cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. However the towels came in late again, just like the last time I stayed here. They said it is still in the laundry. But the ultimate concern I have this time is that their water heater is grounded. I reported immediately as I might get electricuted and they turned off the heater so I did not have hot shower. I hope you do something about this so no one will be hurt.

The hotel is a bit run down but we liked it’s location at Eagle Ridge because we stayed because my daughter had a golf Tournament. Breakfast was okay. The room could use an update. The watercloset was flowing continuously. And the Cabinet doesn’t close properly anymore. But the Service was very warm and welcoming.
