I am happy to have stayed in this place because it is clean, quiet and services by Gema and the administration security guard were excellent. Keep up the good work. Suggestion: toilet was clean but somewhat stinks. Please change the 3 emptied air fresheners and provide roll tissues at least 5 rolls good for 5 days. Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful staycation here! The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic—very relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up.Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed every moment of our stay, which made the experience even more special for our family. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the service was excellent.We had such a great time that we are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Booked this room because there is intermittent issue with our electricity and I was working from home. Location is good if you have a car but for commute its good as well too but too scary to cross the highway 😑 24/7 establishment like jollibee, mcdo and Dunkin. Food is also good 💯

All are excellent but not when I experience to stay at that room (204) for 3days 2 nights. I believe We're near to staff room or something that we're actually sleeping and in the midst there's this one women, staff I believe, singing loudly and staff are chatting loudly even laughing and keeps on banging things near the room that we ended up stay up from 2am til morning 😩😴🫩. This is not the firsttime we stay here, Nexttime will put especial instructions to be far from 202-204 that room. Staff from outside to reception and inside are friendly and respectful. Just that experince. Nothing to add 🫶

I was upgraded to the top-tier jacuzzi room with a garage because the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the room condition was a bit poor. In particular, the bathroom floor was slightly sunken, causing drainage issues, and there was a broken manual bidet holder and a leaky shower hose. It seems like the facility maintenance needs improvement. Still, considering the price, I'd give it an 8. However, I wouldn't recommend the food as the tableware hygiene was poor and the taste wasn't great. Also, I requested to have the water on the bathroom floor cleaned up, but no one ever came.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well throughout our stay. One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

Let's start with the location: it's a bit isolated, but it has a large, spacious, beautiful lobby, meticulously maintained. At the front desk, you'll find very kind staff who will help you with any small problem or request. Initially, I only planned to stay one night, but given the enchanting surroundings and numerous attractions like Sky Ranch and boat trips, I extended my stay to three nights. The price for a single room, as I was traveling alone, is around €20, with some fluctuations, which should be about 1500 Philippine Pesos. The reason for this price is that the room has basic furnishings; for example, there's no shower curtain and the sink is really tiny. There's a restaurant in the residential complex, and you can have breakfast at a cafe opposite the entrance. I had a small issue with the electricity when I first arrived, and after calling the front desk, they immediately sent a technician who fixed it in under 15 minutes. They provide toothbrushes, soap, and slippers. Here's a tip: download the Food Panda app for food and Joyride for transportation, and as long as it's not the weekend, you shouldn't have any trouble ordering. The pool is a bit small, located on the west wing of the reception area. With a few small improvements, especially in the bar area and by blowing away some leaves with a leaf blower, this could be a premium hotel. Lastly, they have parking available if you want to rent a car or motorcycle.

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. The location is good and it is relatively cheaper compared to other hotels nearby. However the towels came in late again, just like the last time I stayed here. They said it is still in the laundry. But the ultimate concern I have this time is that their water heater is grounded. I reported immediately as I might get electricuted and they turned off the heater so I did not have hot shower. I hope you do something about this so no one will be hurt.

i think better if may pool para may other activities pero ayun lang naman concern since mej malayo siya sa tagaytay. overall maganda yung hotel
