Main floor is handicapped friendly with wide open spaces. One bedroom on main floor, 3 BR on 2nd floor. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors in DR and kitchen. Stone countertops in completely furnished kitchen. DR seats 8 with (again) great views and access to deck to enjoy sunsets and Pacific views, also provides morning sun or shade. Washer and drier on 2nd floor. Parking pad for 3 cars. Guest quarters adds 1 BR, window seat and complete kitchen and bath for additional fee. House is complete with free WiFi, cable TV, land phone with free long distance. (cell phones have spotty reception).
