Great location and excellent staffs. It was my second times to visit Pattaya. Khun Nok and Khun Sa were very nice and friendly helping me during my stay. The room is new and clean with the big fridge. Fitness is small but still ok. However , If I have a chance to visit Pattaya then yes I will come back to stay here again. Tip: If you prefer tight sleeping then better to request the room at building 2 instead of building 1.

Had a fantastic stay! We received welcome drinks, and check-in was a breeze with some basic Chinese available, so communication was no problem at all. The pool and beach are conveniently located right behind the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. This hotel is on Jomtien Beach, which is much less crowded than Pattaya Beach. Getting around is easy with Grab. Breakfast was also quite varied and satisfying.

(+) Quiet rooftop, pool, and sunbathing area, great if you want some fresh air in the morning and go for a swim - pool open 8am-10pm. Nice detailing with potted flowers and antique-looking lampposts. (-) I would recommend re-painting the rooftop bar walls and adding some more decor to enhance the rest of the hotel's sophisticated feel. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you!

It is very conveniently located in the middle of Beach Road. There’s a market just a few steps away and the beach is right across the street. The Central Festival mall is also just a short walk away. The room and toilet were both really spacious, and the toilet had a bathtub. I really loved the balcony. It was lovely to sit out there and enjoy the sunset. There's also a small gym with some machines and weights. The pool is nice and has some really comfortable loungers. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choice. The chef at the egg station was really friendly. If I get the chance, I will go back.

This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

There is a blistering float board available. The kitchen has everything to buy and cook, or you can barbecue next to the pool. There is charcoal available, very close to the market, and the market, you can go to the market at night to go shopping and eat, there are also good letters to buy, Pattaya is a very good place to travel.

The room was clean and tidy, though a bit small. The location is excellent – only a five-minute walk to Terminal 21 and less than ten minutes to the Tiffany's Show. The beach is also very close, perfect for an early morning stroll when it's less crowded and the water is beautifully blue. Central Festival shopping mall is about 1.5 km away, and there's a Pop Mart right downstairs. However, I found the hotel staff to be less than enthusiastic. A staff member was mopping the floor, and I nearly slipped, but she just stood there laughing, which really upset me. Also, there wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese. Considering how many Chinese tourists visit, they should really have someone who speaks fluent Chinese.

I was very satisfied with my entire stay! 👍 I particularly loved the check-in process – no tedious queues, showing ID, or signing countless forms. After you successfully place your order, a dedicated butler adds you on WeChat, creates a group chat after you send a message, and you just pick up your key card upon arrival. It's worth noting that many Chinese travelers worry about safety nowadays, and when I took a taxi into the hotel, security personnel checked my booking before letting me through, which made me feel very secure. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card once to press a floor. The occupancy rate is quite high, and there's a rubbish room on each floor, so trash doesn't sit in your room and create unpleasant odors due to the weather. The butler service was excellent too; they could book and arrange most popular activities in Pattaya with just one click, saving me the hassle of figuring things out myself. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach – fantastic! The hotel's interior is spacious and the environment is lovely. For this price, it's arguably the best value for money you can get. For other details, check the photos. There's an infinity pool on the 31st floor and a gym on the 30th. That infinity pool is incredibly photogenic! If you're not swimming, there are sun loungers nearby where you can relax and enjoy the stunning night view 🌃.

First off, the hotel's location is quite out of the way. The road outside is like a highway, with a lot of fast-moving traffic at night, so be careful if you're out after dark. There's a convenience store across from the hotel at a gas station, but I didn't go in to see if they sell food. To the left of the hotel entrance, during the day, there are vendors selling stir-fried noodles, pad kra pao, rice noodles, and such. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but you need to book it in advance. The staff at the entrance are very friendly and helpful with luggage, which was great. The hotel itself felt very clean upon entering, with free drinking water and coffee available by the entrance. The main draw of this hotel is its excellent water park facilities, which my child absolutely loved. We stayed on a high floor, the 22nd, and the view was decent. The hygiene was also good, though the bathroom for showering and using the toilet was a bit small. Overall, it's great value for money, especially if you're traveling with kids, considering the price. We paid just over 300 for a king-size room for one night, which was a fantastic deal compared to The Mirage we stayed at the next day! All the staff were very friendly. The hotel has vending machines for snacks if you get hungry at night, but the selection isn't huge.

We booked two rooms for our family trip. **Cleanliness:** It was okay, about average. **Service:** The high-rise pool isn't very big and doesn't offer much of a view. It's also a bit far from the beach, so you'll need a taxi, but taxis are easy to get. The hotel staff, both in the lobby and the breakfast restaurant, were incredibly enthusiastic. The hotel provides free bottled water, which is a nice touch, so you don't have to buy your own. I think the best thing about this hotel is its breakfast. It's a combination of à la carte and buffet, and it's incredibly rich. Every day, you can enjoy Thai specialty dishes. I highly recommend the curry noodles; they are delicious!

I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

Just wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review! We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

This is a beautiful hotel. We booked a room for two adults, even though we had two adults and one child (8 years old). They didn't charge extra for the child for the room or breakfast, which is good to know – we just showed all three passports at check-in. We arrived at 11 AM and were able to check in early. After downloading the hotel app, we headed straight to the waterpark. Around 3 PM, the official check-in time, we received a notification that our room key was ready. I highly recommend checking in early if you can; when I went to collect the key at 3 PM, the lobby was packed, and the check-in line was incredibly long. The front desk staff was very friendly; when I asked for a high floor, they readily agreed. However, I soon realized that the floor level doesn't really matter here – every room offers stunning views of the pool and the ocean, even those on the sides. I had booked a non-cancellable room three months in advance, and later found out the price dropped by 800. To my surprise, after contacting Trip.com, they actually refunded the difference after our stay – what a pleasant surprise! There aren't many dining options right outside the hotel. On our first day, we ate pizza and other things at the hotel, which was a bit pricey. Getting tired of that, on the second day, we tried a street food stall right outside the main gate. They made some incredibly delicious stir-fried dishes – highly recommended! It's just one stall by the entrance, easy to find. The service wasn't the best, but the food was fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-10 minute walk away. This hotel is definitely the best choice if you're traveling with kids.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Pattaya Beach. Central Festival mall is downstairs, and there are many dining options nearby. I highly recommend the chicken noodle and Thai food restaurant next to the 7-Eleven store, which is to the left when you exit the hotel – it offers great value for money. From the street behind the hotel, you can easily flag down a 'songthaew' (pickup truck taxi) to Terminal 21 mall for only 10 baht per person. The hotel breakfast was decent, and the swimming pool is large with great views. In the evening, you can enjoy a drink and the breeze at the bar on the 34th floor, which is very pleasant. However, the drawbacks are also quite obvious. The in-room facilities and equipment are very old, with many things broken. The shower floor tiles are so slippery, yet they didn't provide a non-slip mat; I had to call to get one delivered. The shower door couldn't close properly, causing water to spill all over the floor after a shower, which I then had to clean up myself. Frankly, the facilities and equipment do not meet the standards one would expect for a 'Golden Diamond' (high-end) hotel. If you have high expectations for room facilities, I advise you to choose with caution.

Just remember, there's a 2000 baht deposit. The soundproofing is decent; you can hear conversations in the nearby hallway, but it doesn't disturb sleep. The walk outside the hotel is beautiful, perfect for photos, and the swimming pool is perfect. **Transportation:** It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Terminal 21, or you can take a 'songthaew' (pickup truck taxi). Along the way, there are 7-Elevens, small eateries, and massage shops. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Pattaya Beach for sunset views; navigate to OZO Hotel, and it's just a short walk from there. It's a 20-minute taxi ride to Bali Hai Pier. After visiting Koh Larn, you can just take a songthaew back. **Massage Recommendation:** I highly recommend 'Origins.' There are two branches on the street outside; go to the slightly larger one closer to Terminal 21. The masseuses there have strong hands. **Minor Drawbacks:** The water pressure is unstable, and you have to let the hot water run for a while before it gets warm.

I originally booked a different hotel next door, but it was so bad that I made a last-minute booking to move to this hotel in the middle of the night. Overall verdict: It's a decent place to stay. The facilities, as shown in the pictures, are quite modern and standard, offering good comfort. It's located in the middle of an alley, about a 5-minute walk to the beach if you go left, and a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 if you go right. You can catch a 'songthaew' (shared taxi) from either end of the alley, which is very convenient. When checking out, I couldn't get a Grab car, so I asked the front desk for help, and they managed to get one for me. The service was excellent. PS: There's a big bar downstairs that's loud until the early hours every day. If you're a light sleeper, definitely ask for a room not directly above the bar.

The front desk staff spoke Chinese, and I didn't experience any of the discrimination against Chinese guests that I've read about online. I did get the very last room available, which was spacious and had a good atmosphere. I stayed for two nights, but I didn't sleep well either night. The first night, there were no issues with the room itself, but I just kept tossing and turning and couldn't settle down. On the second night, every 20-30 minutes, there was a creaking sound, like a rusty door, which made me anxious, and I didn't get any sleep at all. I finally dozed off around 5:00 AM. Everything else was fine, though.

I’ve never stayed at this brand of hotel before, and I was pleasantly surprised. While it’s a very family oriented hotel, it was still quiet and peaceful with excellent views of sunsets. Check in was great and I even checked in early on the day. Mika was efficient and she explained all the events and where to find everything. The room is very spacious, the pretty view of the sea was so lovely as you lay in bed. The room was cleaned well and even though bathroom facilities seem old they are maintained well. Breakfast was lovely, selection is a bit smaller but they still have varied dishes. I suggest serving Thai tea at breakfast, hot or cold, I had that at every hotel breakfast in Thailand except Holiday inn. Breakfast is very very busy ( family hotel).The location of the hotel is great, a short walk to terminal 21 mall is a short walk away and the sunset walking down/ up the road to it is spectacular. You can walk to central Pattaya in like 15 minutes to experience more restaurants and night markets. The pool was great to swim in, outside food is not allowed poolside and with excellent reason after I fished out a 7/11 bag from the pool. The hotel has a nice courtyard style restaurant with views of the ocean where you can just sit and eat and enjoy the views, but also note sewer smell is also strong along Pattaya beach There’s a 7/11 next to the hotel Also they have an atm at the entrance of the hotel, very very convenient and accommodating!! I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to visit Pattaya again!!!

Loved this resort tucked into the hillside and having a beautiful view of the ocean. Check in with Thanyanid ( she checked me out too) was fast, she is professional and gave all the relevant info about breakfast and other resort activities. I arrived earlier at around 12:30 pm and was given my room. The room was spacious, clean and lovely with a of the pool and sea. Breakfast was great, the staff went out of their way to make me a pot of English breakfast tea even though it was not usually served. I had an amazing view at breakfast even though I was solo, I had fun swimming at night and lazing by the pool after breakfast ( free bottled water is given at the pool) the room service was great too & food delicious.

I originally booked a premium room, but was a bit disappointed to find it was a connecting room. The front desk upgraded me to a much better room. I had several interactions with them, and their service was excellent every time. I even got a towel elephant! The private beach's sand wasn't the best, but the fact that it was uncrowded made up for it. It's a shame I missed out on the cafe and happy hour.

This is the second time I've stayed in this property but the previous time it was a Dusit D2 property and I guess this property has changed hands and is now run by HEETON concept and it's called Hotel Barraquda by HEETON It's a very spacious room and a very inviting pool to hang out with fellow travelers. Also a great place to do some laps and catch some rays. I have stayed in different types of hotels, worldwide, and I have to say that this hotel Barraquda needs a revamp. I think they have neglected in the maintainance part of this hotel, especially in the rooms in the room where I was assigned there was a ”mildew or perhaps moldy” smell. I give it a chance of hopefully that smell dissipating however, after two hours that smell was still looming around I then decided to inform them of the situation citing reasons that this ”smell” could affect my lungs I requested for a room change and that request was promptly acceded to . The new room was not all that different as far as the smell was concerned  However, it was not as looming as in the previous room. Overall, it was a pleasant day, especially with the very friendly staff all around

I stayed here for two nights, both in a Deluxe King Room with Pool View. The room was 49 square meters, and rooms ending in '8' have one 1.81-meter king bed plus a sofa bed, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two small children. The hotel is right by the beach, next door to OZO Hotel. There's a free shuttle service to OZO (as they're part of the same group, but Amari is more upscale than OZO). Pros: 1. Super convenient location, just a crosswalk away from the beach. 2. The hotel has an adult pool, a kids' pool, and a water slide – I went on it 20 times, it was so much fun! 3. There's a Kids' Club with daily activities. 4. Excellent accessibility; there's a free, on-demand shuttle bus to the adjacent OZO hotel (same group). From OZO, it's just a one-minute walk across the street to Terminal 21, which is incredibly convenient. 7-11 and Chinatown are also just a five-minute walk away. 5. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. 6. The room was very spacious. The king bed could easily sleep one adult and two small children, and there was also a sofa bed that could accommodate another adult. 7. Plenty of complimentary bottled water. We were two adults and two children, and asking for extra bottles from the staff was no problem at all. 8. Great value for money. Even during Chinese New Year, it was only 1000 baht per night including tax. 9. No extra charges for exceeding the stated occupancy. My son is over 12 and my daughter is over 8, which, according to hotel policy, should incur adult and child breakfast fees, but when I checked out, I wasn't charged anything extra. Cons: 1. The breakfast restaurant was a bit crowded. 2. The balcony door and room door have very strong self-closing mechanisms. I was closing the balcony door with my phone in hand, and it got caught, shattering my screen protector. Luckily, the phone screen itself was fine. 3. A slight impact on sleep quality: the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, and the curtains weren't fully blackout. Also, the bathroom door is glass, so light would stream into the room early in the morning.

Stayed for three days, and the facilities and service were both excellent, definitely worth the price. I'd consider booking again next time. They gave us a room with a fantastic view and even provided a honeymoon setup. Minibar: Had complimentary soft drinks and snacks, replenished daily. Wonderful hotel, well located, the lobby was already very nice and super spacious. All the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean and with a marvelous view of the city and the sea. The pool area was also wonderful with a beautiful view. Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience.
