We stayed here as a couple who wanted to relax because this hotel has pool, sauna, gy, spa etc. All the staffs were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, it is like a small apartment but still enough for two people! The only disadvantage was it is very noisy because the room we got checked in wasnear the road and also there was a construction work going on the opposite side of the hotel so yeah. But they gave us earplugs which barely worked, but overall it was a great stay, would recommend check in a room that is far from the road, so that you can enjoy your trip more calmly!

Amazing location, my wife was very happy to have a great shopping mall in her backyard 😃 All the staff from the front line reception and luggage crew, cleaning staff, breakfast crew, pool-water park, gym and all other services very welcoming and helpful with great hospitality.Breakfast has lots of variety  food for everyone but in my opinion they can do better with improving the food taste. We strongly recommend and will definitely be back in near future.

It is very conveniently located in the middle of Beach Road. There’s a market just a few steps away and the beach is right across the street. The Central Festival mall is also just a short walk away. The room and toilet were both really spacious, and the toilet had a bathtub. I really loved the balcony. It was lovely to sit out there and enjoy the sunset. There's also a small gym with some machines and weights. The pool is nice and has some really comfortable loungers. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choice. The chef at the egg station was really friendly. If I get the chance, I will go back.

The villa is big and clean. There are 2 rooms with a jacuzzi in one of the toilets. There are 2 king-size double beds and a double bed. The pool is also very large and the water is very clean. There is a blistering float board available. The kitchen has everything to buy and cook, or you can barbecue next to the pool. There is charcoal available, very close to the market, and the market, you can go to the market at night to go shopping and eat, there are also good letters to buy, Pattaya is a very good place to travel.

I was very satisfied with my entire stay! 👍 I particularly loved the check-in process – no tedious queues, showing ID, or signing countless forms. After you successfully place your order, a dedicated butler adds you on WeChat, creates a group chat after you send a message, and you just pick up your key card upon arrival. It's worth noting that many Chinese travelers worry about safety nowadays, and when I took a taxi into the hotel, security personnel checked my booking before letting me through, which made me feel very secure. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card once to press a floor. The occupancy rate is quite high, and there's a rubbish room on each floor, so trash doesn't sit in your room and create unpleasant odors due to the weather. The butler service was excellent too; they could book and arrange most popular activities in Pattaya with just one click, saving me the hassle of figuring things out myself. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach – fantastic! The hotel's interior is spacious and the environment is lovely. For this price, it's arguably the best value for money you can get. For other details, check the photos. There's an infinity pool on the 31st floor and a gym on the 30th. That infinity pool is incredibly photogenic! If you're not swimming, there are sun loungers nearby where you can relax and enjoy the stunning night view 🌃.

It's located in the upscale northern part of town and boasts its own private beach and an infinity pool. First off, the hotel's location is quite out of the way. The road outside is like a highway, with a lot of fast-moving traffic at night, so be careful if you're out after dark. There's a convenience store across from the hotel at a gas station, but I didn't go in to see if they sell food. To the left of the hotel entrance, during the day, there are vendors selling stir-fried noodles, pad kra pao, rice noodles, and such. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but you need to book it in advance. The staff at the entrance are very friendly and helpful with luggage, which was great. The hotel itself felt very clean upon entering, with free drinking water and coffee available by the entrance. The main draw of this hotel is its excellent water park facilities, which my child absolutely loved. We stayed on a high floor, the 22nd, and the view was decent. The hygiene was also good, though the bathroom for showering and using the toilet was a bit small. Overall, it's great value for money, especially if you're traveling with kids, considering the price. We paid just over 300 for a king-size room for one night, which was a fantastic deal compared to The Mirage we stayed at the next day! All the staff were very friendly. The hotel has vending machines for snacks if you get hungry at night, but the selection isn't huge.

I originally booked a different hotel next door, but it was so bad that I made a last-minute booking to move to this hotel in the middle of the night. Overall verdict: It's a decent place to stay. The facilities, as shown in the pictures, are quite modern and standard, offering good comfort. It's located in the middle of an alley, about a 5-minute walk to the beach if you go left, and a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 if you go right. You can catch a 'songthaew' (shared taxi) from either end of the alley, which is very convenient. When checking out, I couldn't get a Grab car, so I asked the front desk for help, and they managed to get one for me. The service was excellent. PS: There's a big bar downstairs that's loud until the early hours every day. If you're a light sleeper, definitely ask for a room not directly above the bar.

We are in a premium room and has a phenomenal sea view. The room is recently renovated and thus is clear and modern. However, the common areas in the hotel are aged and would require a makeover. The pool is great and makes the hotel a very good family choice, but also because of the same, the hotel tends to be quite noisy and some guests are too focused on their kids, ignoring the normal manner they should pay to other guests. Food is average and would suggest to dine outside. There are plenty of choices.

I stayed at Altera Hotel for three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is in an excellent location — close to everything yet away from the noise, so it’s peaceful and comfortable. The staff, especially those at the front desk and the ones helping with luggage, were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and everything — from the towels to the bathroom — was spotlessly clean. On my last day, I tried the hotel breakfast, which was reasonably priced and matched its value in quality. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back!

I recently stayed at Royal Cliff Terrace and had a wonderful experience. This is the second time I've stayed in this property but the previous time it was a Dusit D2 property and I guess this property has changed hands and is now run by HEETON concept and it's called Hotel Barraquda by HEETON It's a very spacious room and a very inviting pool to hang out with fellow travelers. Also a great place to do some laps and catch some rays. I have stayed in different types of hotels, worldwide, and I have to say that this hotel Barraquda needs a revamp. I think they have neglected in the maintainance part of this hotel, especially in the rooms in the room where I was assigned there was a ”mildew or perhaps moldy” smell. I give it a chance of hopefully that smell dissipating however, after two hours that smell was still looming around I then decided to inform them of the situation citing reasons that this ”smell” could affect my lungs I requested for a room change and that request was promptly acceded to . The new room was not all that different as far as the smell was concerned  However, it was not as looming as in the previous room. Overall, it was a pleasant day, especially with the very friendly staff all around

A true 5-star experience! My girlfriend and I had an amazing New Year’s holiday at the Amari Pattaya. From the moment we arrived, we felt absolutely pampered. Our first impression was the impeccable cleanliness—even the air felt fresh. The staff were well-groomed, professional, and incredibly service-minded. Despite the high occupancy of the holiday season, they made us feel welcome and right at home throughout our three-night stay. Our room was spotless and comfortable, boasting a fantastic view. While the pools were a highlight, we did find the fitness center equipment to be somewhat limited. However, the real standout was the breakfast buffet at Amaya. Having stayed at many hotels in North Pattaya, this is by far the most delicious breakfast we have ever experienced. On a minor note, the in-room TV’s Chromecast was a bit inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi was somewhat slow. Having native apps like Netflix and YouTube directly on the TV would have been a great addition. That said, we enjoyed our stay immensely. If we return to North Pattaya, we would choose Amari Pattaya 10/10 times!

Beautiful and Luxurious Stay with Spacious Rooms and Full Facilities – Stayed in the Zen Wing **Good:** -The room was spacious with cool air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony. I really liked it! -The swimming pool looked beautiful and very inviting, though it was raining during our stay. -Breakfast had a good variety. However, it was quite crowded and seating was almost not enough. Some dishes were not refilled once finished, and the toaster was out of order. **Bad:** -The walls were very thin. After check-in, we stayed in the room due to the rain and tried to rest, but there was loud noise from the next room — dragging furniture and moving things — especially disturbing as it was right behind the headboard. Around 10 PM, I was startled awake by the noise. -The bathroom floor was extremely slippery. The next morning, after breakfast, I ended up slipping and falling in the bathroom. -The walls, wallpaper, and floor edges had visible stains and marks. I understand some stains may be difficult to clean, and while not ideal, it was somewhat acceptable.

My girls love the pool and a water slide. The property has easy to access to Jomtien Beach. We satisfied our room with the sea view from the room. We got a technical trouble with the inroom AC, at9.30pm. The reception was promptly asked a hotel technician to fix within 15min. We'll definitely return if we're coming back to Jomtien.

Wonderful hotel, well located, the lobby was already very nice and super spacious. All the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean and with a marvelous view of the city and the sea. The pool area was also wonderful with a beautiful view. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. If you want to rent a scooter, there is a small rental shop just 50 meters to the left as you exit the hotel for 300baht per day.

Picture one is the hotel pool, picture two is the hotel gym, and picture three is a surprise birthday treat the hotel prepared for my partner during our stay. Picture four shows the breakfast spread. The bathroom had a bathtub and excellent water pressure. Try to avoid rooms facing the street as they can be quite noisy. There are many massage parlors and restaurants near the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Breakfast had a wide variety, though Chinese guests might find the Western-style dishes less familiar. The savory preserved meat congee was decent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even helped us switch rooms. This place offers great value for money. I really didn't want to leave, it was tear-inducing!
