The location is super convenient, right next to Terminal 21. We took a bus from Bangkok and got off at the North Bus Terminal, then it was just a 10-minute taxi ride to the hotel. We really appreciated the front desk letting us check in early, which saved us from waiting outside. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff are warm and friendly. It's also very clean, and the mini-bar is refilled daily with drinks and snacks. Breakfast is served until 10 AM and is incredibly varied and delicious. Highly recommended!

I really like this hotel chain! We stayed at one of their properties in Krabi and now we're in Pattaya. The rooms are clean, and the beds are large and slightly elevated, offering a great view from the window. It's important to know that the windows don't open, there are no balconies, wardrobes, or drying racks, and no traditional buffet breakfast. But we don't need those things, which is why we chose this hotel, as it offers a pleasant combination of price and quality. It's not far from the beach, and there are special walkways from the road. Nearby, there are cafes for breakfast and coffee. Food markets and supermarkets are also within walking distance. Terminal 21 is a short walk away, or about 80 baht by taxi. The gym equipment all works, and there are hardly any people. The pool is clean, and you can play billiards and table tennis. The hotel also has washing and drying machines for guests, starting from 40 baht. Overall, I recommend it!

Had a fantastic stay! We received welcome drinks, and check-in was a breeze with some basic Chinese available, so communication was no problem at all. The pool and beach are conveniently located right behind the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. This hotel is on Jomtien Beach, which is much less crowded than Pattaya Beach. Getting around is easy with Grab. Breakfast was also quite varied and satisfying.

The room and toilet were both really spacious, and the toilet had a bathtub. I really loved the balcony. It was lovely to sit out there and enjoy the sunset. There's also a small gym with some machines and weights. The pool is nice and has some really comfortable loungers. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choice. The hotel is small but tidy. The staff are polite and always ready to help. We even celebrated the last day of Songkran with them, which was a lot of fun! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. What really dampened the experience were two cockroaches – one scurrying across the nightstand in my room, and another in the lobby. Both met their demise, bravely, of course. I had a double room with two beds and a small balcony, which offered plenty of space. (The balcony overlooked a neighbor's pool). It would have been great to have a clothesline to dry things, but a chair worked just fine. Breakfast was decent; I always found something to eat. The pool on the 8th floor is small, but it was almost always empty, so that was okay (it's only 1.2m deep). The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, but it's a bit dirty, so it's better to go somewhere else. If you walk the other way, you can reach the main street where you can catch a songthaew, or you can arrange transport from the hotel to get to popular spots. The hotel is located on a very 'Russian' street, with many Russian tourists, restaurants, etc. There's also a small night market right across from the hotel.

Every photo turned out amazing. **Location:** The hotel is located in North Pattaya, close to the Sanctuary of Truth. You can capture great shots with the Sanctuary of Truth from the hotel's restaurant and even your room. It's about 3-4 kilometers from Pattaya's bustling Walking Street, which some guests might find inconvenient. However, for me, this is precisely the hotel's advantage. Walking Street is too noisy and, shall we say, 'vibrant' at night. Also, all hotels there lack private beaches, requiring you to cross a street to reach public beaches, which isn't ideal for a relaxing holiday. In contrast, the Pattaya Garden Sea View boasts an absolute beachfront location. The sea is right downstairs, with a designated safe area for swimming and kayaking. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, a spa, a nail salon, a coffee shop, and a sea-view restaurant... you can enjoy a one-stop vacation without even leaving the premises. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to Terminal 21, Pattaya's most popular shopping mall, with 5 departures daily. Just book with the front desk. This allows you to easily dive into the hustle and bustle, then retreat to the hotel for peace and quiet. **Age & Value:** Before coming, I did read about some online comments regarding the hotel being old. As someone who's traveled globally, I've stayed in hotels over a hundred years old in Europe and Japan. Many hotels in Thailand also have decades of history. Older hotels, in my opinion, simply exude a historical charm. More importantly, this is why the price is so reasonable! I compared it to other 5-star hotels in Pattaya, which cost upwards of 1600 RMB per night. Yet, the Pattaya Garden Sea View is just over 400 RMB per night. Staying for a week here won't break the bank, allowing you to truly savor your vacation. **Surrounding Amenities:** Since I stayed for seven days this time, I explored the hotel's surroundings quite a bit. There's a Tops supermarket right outside the hotel. A few hundred meters away, there's a small night market where many Westerners dine in the evenings, as well as a fruit market where you can get fresh, seasonal fruits at great prices! There are also many small shops and massage parlors nearby. And there's even Pattaya's largest seafood market, offering an abundance of fresh seafood that you can pick and have cooked on the spot – it was absolutely delicious! I also found a shortcut to walk to the Sanctuary of Truth in just over 10 minutes. **Hotel Expenses:** The hotel's Blue Kirin Sea View Restaurant is incredibly photogenic! They serve Thai, Japanese, and Western cuisine, all of which are delicious! The staff mentioned that the dishes are prepared by chefs who served the Thai Royal Family – no wonder the quality is top-notch! Prices range from dozens to over a hundred RMB per person. Sitting by the sea in the evening, enjoying the breeze, listening to the live band, and savoring the food truly makes for a wonderful holiday experience. The hotel massage costs 500 Thai Baht, and hotel guests receive an 8.5% discount. While a bit more expensive than the massage shops outside, considering it's a 5-star establishment, the cleanliness and ambiance are excellent. In the end, I chose to have my massages at the hotel for the remaining days. An hour for less than 100 RMB is perfectly acceptable. The masseuses are skilled, leaving you feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommended!

(Korean Review) I requested a high floor when I booked, and I was assigned one. The views, especially at night, were absolutely stunning. The room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The location was great, making it easy to get around, and I didn't have breakfast there. The pool and gym were excellent. This is a place I'd love to visit again. One thing to note: on the first day, my friend's room had a small bug, but we didn't see it again after that. I didn't see any in my room. For reference, my room was on the 14th floor. The room also had a washing machine, induction hob, and a microwave.

There were two adults and one 8-year-old child, and they didn't charge extra for the child or for breakfast. The room was clean. Although the pool was small, it was perfectly adequate for a quick dip. We stayed for three days, and since we were out and about every day, this hotel was very good value for money. After being out for most of the day, we could come back in the afternoon and let the kids have a quick swim. For the last two days, we could choose a resort hotel for a purely relaxing stay. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and also about a 5-minute walk to the terminal in the opposite direction. There's also a Ferris wheel night market about ten minutes away. It's close to everything, with plenty of massage places and restaurants nearby.

The McDonald's fries in Pattaya, especially the French fries, were surprisingly good – even though they're more expensive than in Hong Kong, the fries and burgers there are genuinely better than what you get in Hong Kong and Shenzhen! From the moment I walked in, the staff were great, taking my luggage to the front desk and helping me check in. The room was quite spacious. However, my neighbors, a group of Koreans, were drinking and chatting loudly until 2 AM, which really messed with my sleep. It took several calls to the front desk before things finally quieted down. If you're a light sleeper, definitely let the front desk know. There are tons of massage places downstairs, and a fantastic Thai restaurant not too far away. Besides the poor soundproofing, I think everything else was pretty good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Samsara Pattaya. We traveled as a couple and booked a room with a large king-size bed, which was very comfortable. The food was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and included fruits, desserts, and main dishes. Every day the minibar was refilled with Coca-Cola, Sprite, soda water, and even a pack of M&M’s chocolate. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the welcome fruit plate — a very nice touch. At the moment, the floors above the 8th are still being completed and furnished, but there was no noise at all during our stay. We stayed on the 5th floor and felt very comfortable. The rooftop pool and gym are fantastic. At first, we had a room facing the road, and it was a bit noisy because of the motorcycles. However, the staff changed our room to the opposite side without any problems, and that completely solved the issue. The staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. The hotel is in a very convenient location — close to tuk-tuks, the pier, and the city center. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is relatively close to the Sanctuary of Truth, about 1.x kilometers away. However, it's quite far from Terminal 21 and the bustling beach area. The upside is that there are various restaurants and massage parlors along the way. The downside is that you'll need to rely on songthaews for all your transportation, and during the May Day holiday, with many Thais also on vacation, the roads were extremely congested. My advice is to prioritize places closer to Terminal 21 for easier access. The air conditioning in the room blew very cold. Even though it was directed towards the window, the cold air bounced back to the head of the bed, and the bed faced a mirror... I woke up feeling cold in the morning because the air blew all night. Turning it up made it too hot, and turning it down just increased the fan speed, making it cold again. The AC filter was extremely dirty, covered in a layer of dust, and the bathroom exhaust fan was the same. It felt unhealthy. It seems like they host a lot of tour groups. A 1000 baht deposit is required, and they'll give you a receipt. Make sure to proactively present the receipt when checking out to get your deposit back, as the front desk won't remind you... speechless... Breakfast was decent for a couple of days, but eating it more than that would get repetitive.
