The value for money here is absolutely incredible! With three beds, it comfortably accommodated three adults and one child. The sofa in the living room was convenient, and there's a small kitchen with a microwave and four sets of utensils! There's also a balcony where you can wash clothes, hang them to dry, and rinse your feet. The service was excellent too! Not only did they help with luggage, but they also offered an umbrella when it rained. It's conveniently located everywhere. To the left is the largest 7-Eleven, and to the right is a big supermarket. Big C is just a 10-minute walk away. A taxi ride to Terminal 21 and the beach only cost around ten baht, which is super convenient. I truly loved it! I'll definitely come back again!

The hotel is wonderful. It's not new, but it's very well-maintained, and there were no issues during our stay. Everything was very friendly, efficient, and hospitable. You can see the hotel's high class and standard. The breakfasts are luxurious, with ice cream, all sorts of drinks, hot dishes, cheeses, miso soup – too much to remember everything. There's a nice area with pools, jacuzzis, and warm water. A small water park. A free bar every day with a good selection. The textiles in the room are excellent, and towels are provided by card at the pool. The views from the room are spectacular. There's a bar on the 32nd floor with an amazing view. It also has its own direct access to the Terminal. We absolutely loved it!

The absolute best value for money in Pattaya! I will only stay here whenever I visit from now on. First, let's talk about the facilities. Hotels with an outdoor swimming pool at this price point are few and far between in Pattaya, and this is definitely one of them. Plus, they offer free-to-use washing machines, a pool table, and a microwave in the lobby—truly next-level awesome. Cleanliness is also faultless. The room, toilet, and bathroom were all spotless with no weird smells. Housekeeping comes daily, and the bath towels, bed sheets, and pillows were all immaculately clean. As for the service, the Thai staff at the front desk greeted everyone with a smile. English communication was completely smooth, they were super responsive, and extremely polite. If you need coins for the washing machine, you can exchange them at the front desk, and you can also request a hair dryer from them. Notably, this is also the only hotel I've ever stayed at in Thailand that doesn't require a deposit upon check-in. Location-wise, it's very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven right nearby, Savannah Massage is right across the street, and it's a very short taxi ride to Terminal 21. Two funny things happened during my stay here. First, one day I was brewing some durian coffee I brought back from Malaysia in the lobby. The Thai receptionist had a super sharp nose and smelled the durian from far away, asking if we had brought durian with us. After I explained, we all had a good laugh. The second thing was that I noticed the music playing in the lobby and the pool table area was from the GTA V radio stations! I listened to three or four songs in a row straight out of GTA V, so it looks like the hotel staff are fans of the game too!

We stayed for 15 days in July, and a deluxe room cost 15,500 rubles. This was very cheap, so we didn't have high expectations. Upon arrival, we were offered two rooms to choose from: one with a balcony and one without. We opted for the room with a balcony. The room was small but comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. There was always hot water. It wasn't spotlessly clean, but that didn't bother us much as we only slept in the room. Water and coffee were replenished daily. To get your room cleaned, you need to hang the sign on the doorknob; otherwise, it won't be done. The Thai staff were very responsive and helpful with all our requests. The small pool was in the shade, and hardly anyone used it; my husband and I swam there a couple of times. Beach towels are provided at the reception. Overall, we were happy with our stay at the hotel; we didn't expect anything like it for that price. One more thing: the main entrance to Koji Beach closes after 8 PM, but there's an access path to the sea at the Cozy Beach Hotel, which you can use without any issues.

This hotel looks really nice. The room size was decent, and having two chairs was a plus. It was clean, and I opted for a room with a bathtub. Overall, it was a good stay with high value for money. It's also very close to a 7-Eleven, convenience store, and supermarket. The only downside is there's a nightclub next door, so if you're a light sleeper sensitive to bass, I wouldn't recommend it.

You are just a short few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach Road and Central Pattaya. Getting around, finding food, and hitting the shops is incredibly easy. * **Staff & Service:** The staff here are fantastic. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive. * **Rooftop Pool:** The outdoor pool area on the roof is a great feature, very clean, and offers a cool spot to relax with a view. **The Not-So-Good:** * **Noise:** Because it's so close to the action and surrounding bars, the nightlife noise bleeds into the rooms quite a bit at night. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. There was also some active construction nearby during my stay. * **Room & Cleanliness:** The room layout is modern and the smart TV setup (with Netflix) is a nice touch, but the actual execution fell a bit short. This is our 4th time staying at this hotel, and it's disappointing to see that its standards have slipped. Firstly, the staff are no longer as friendly. No one greets you with 'Sawadika' in the mornings anymore. The breakfasts have become much sparser, and even worse, twice there was spoiled food, which was very unpleasant. The room cleaning is good, but it's always very late, usually after 5-6 PM. When you want to relax after a hot day, you have to wait for the cleaning. Luckily, we had two rooms. For the entire duration, the toilet in one of the rooms was leaking, and the staff ignored requests to fix the problem, at most just placing towels to absorb the water. Most upsetting is that two of our items went missing: a pearl ring and a pair of glasses. We only realized this after returning home. I can't definitively say it was theft, but these items were not taken out of the room during the entire vacation, so now it's just speculation. What's still great is the pool, it's as excellent as always! Will we return again? I'm not so sure anymore.

We stayed at the Garden Sea View Resort in the new building. The room itself was excellent: very clean, fresh, and housekeeping was top-notch. However, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings due to the service and some strange incidents. The main issue was the mornings. Out of our five-day stay, someone knocked on our door every morning, and the fire alarm went off at 7 AM three times. It strongly felt like the staff had a peculiar way of 'waking up' guests for breakfast, as there were no other reasons for the siren to blare so regularly. Speaking of the staff, all the Thai employees seemed rather melancholic and sad; the usual hospitality was notably absent. The clientele was almost exclusively Russian. Breakfasts were quite mediocre and lacked variety. The grounds are pleasant, and the pool itself is nice, but it appeared to be rarely cleaned. There was always a 'herbarium' floating in the water: leaves, sticks, twigs, and flowers. In conclusion: The new building offers comfortable accommodation, but be prepared for an early 7 AM wake-up call and less-than-cheerful service.

I really enjoyed my stay at Akara Hotel! ❤️ First and foremost, I want to highlight the wonderful staff – everyone was very polite, helpful, and attentive. They were always ready to assist and make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was nice, clean, and cozy. Daily cleaning, always fresh and clean towels – everything was excellent. I especially loved the swimming pool – it was really great, and it was pleasant to relax there after walks. I also particularly enjoyed the coffee on the top floor – a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. ☕️ I was also very pleased with booking through Trip.com – the terms were genuinely very favorable and stood out from other booking options. The only minor drawback for me was that the money is charged upfront when booking, even if the rate allows for free cancellation. It would be more convenient if payment for such conditions was made later. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel and would gladly return here again! ❤️

The hotel is new and the little balcony is tiny—just enough to hang clothes to dry, though there are no drying racks provided. Breakfast isn't very varied, but everything tastes good and the coffee is excellent. If you're traveling with kids, keep in mind that they'll likely give you a mattress wrapped in plastic; it's impossible to sleep on because it crinkles so loudly the neighbors can hear it. We ended up all sleeping in the same bed, which was thankfully 2 meters wide. The pool is small and will feel crowded during peak season. There is a window between the bathroom and the room, and everything is visible through it, so you'll need to hang something over it for privacy. There's a market and plenty of cafes nearby.

We stayed at the hotel from July 24th to August 4th. The breakfasts were varied with plenty of choices, and the kitchen staff made sure all dishes were always available. Our room was cleaned daily, and the linens and towels were changed regularly (separate towels were provided for the beach and pool!). The air conditioning, microwave, electric kettle, and hairdryer in our room all worked perfectly. Our room was ideally located with a view of the pool, situated in the inner courtyard, so it wasn't too noisy. For its level, this is a very decent option. We're not picky, so there was nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel for families with children looking for a quiet holiday. There is some noise transfer between rooms, but during our stay, there were no noisy groups.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our family trip to Pattaya with the kids. I had previously looked at Grande Centre Point Space and Centara Grand. Space is newer and has more water facilities that kids love, while Centara offers more extensive resort amenities, but during peak season, the rates are generally over 1,000 RMB. Then I discovered Garden Cliff Resort & Spa in North Pattaya, with rates starting around 500-plus RMB. Although the decor isn't as modern as the newer hotels, our actual stay proved it to be truly great value for money. Plus, dining and massages at the hotel are much more reasonably priced compared to Space and Centara, and you get a 10% discount just by showing your room key. Both the spa treatments and the food at the hotel were wonderful! First of all, the hotel is right on the beachfront, with its own private beach and swimming pool. My kids spent most of the day just swimming and playing in the sand. Our absolute favorite was the sea-view breakfast—sitting by the ocean in the morning makes time feel delightfully slow. Secondly, the hotel has quite complete facilities. They have restaurants, a spa, and a coffee shop. At the Blue Kirin Ocean View Restaurant, you can enjoy your meal while taking in the sea views. The kids wanted Western food while the adults wanted Thai food, so we hardly needed to go out searching for other restaurants. There is also a daily shuttle bus to and from Terminal 21 mall, running 7 times a day, which makes shopping and strolling around very convenient. Of course, I should also mention the downsides. The hotel has been open for quite a while, so some of the facilities definitely show their age. If you are particularly picky about how new the room decor is, Space might be a better fit. However, if you place a higher value on sea views, a beach, a swimming pool, and your budget, I think Garden Cliff Resort & Spa is well worth considering. Especially for families staying multiple nights, the money saved on accommodation is more than enough to cover meals and massages right here at the hotel. A quick tip: There is another hotel with a very similar Chinese name called ”Pattaya Garden Resort”. Be careful not to enter the Chinese name when using navigation apps, as it's very easy to end up at the wrong place. Just search for the English name ”Garden Cliff Resort & Spa Pattaya” and you won't go wrong!

The body wash, shampoo, and hand soap in the bathroom were all Dove products. Breakfast was a buffet style. While the selection wasn't huge, there were Thai dishes, bread, and salads. The eggs and bacon were cooked fresh at the courtyard kitchen. The hotel is located along Soi Buakhao, with songthaews readily available right outside the door. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was very convenient. Although I didn't use it this time, there's a coin laundry on the 1st floor, with washing machines costing 60 baht and dryers 90 baht.

The hotel reserved a family room away from the elevator as previously agreed, which was an end room. This is understandable, given they needed to fit three beds. Check-in and check-out were both quick, and there was no discrimination against Chinese guests, though the front desk staff spoke a bit fast, making them hard to understand at times. As other reviews mentioned, the air conditioning was indeed very noisy, possibly due to the hotel being older. The water quality was poor and yellowish; a shower head I brought turned black and yellow within 20 minutes, which seems to be a common issue. The restaurant service was excellent; every staff member I encountered greeted me proactively with a smile. The hotel's location is superb, with the restaurant and pool right by the sea, allowing you to easily switch between freshwater and seawater. Because there were many Western guests, the sun loungers were usually full, but you could also sit on the hotel's sofa beds. The staff were very nice, letting you sit there even if you didn't order drinks, and even held spots for you. Oh, and the famous 'Sliver' restaurant (pictured in image 8) is right next to the hotel on the left.

However, if you want to smoke, unfortunately, you have to do so on the stunning 23rd-floor rooftop smoking area. Smoking is not allowed on your own balcony, which I can totally understand though. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit loud at night, but I was so tired each day that I fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed. The beach across from the hotel was perfect for a relaxing evening stroll.

During this trip, I stayed at several local hotels consecutively, and overall, the experience was satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient. It's close to surrounding shopping areas and restaurants, which is perfect whether you're exploring, looking for food, or buying daily necessities. Taxis and public transport connections are also smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were in good working order with a stable hot water supply. The room had good ventilation and natural light, and essential amenities were complete. The air conditioning ran quietly, ensuring no noise disturbance during rest, which contributed to a good night's sleep. Hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and service was prompt. They patiently answered all my inquiries, making for a great communication experience. The public areas were clean, had a great atmosphere, and featured distinct local characteristics. Safety was assured during my stay, and the quiet environment was ideal for resting and relaxing after a long journey.

I only stayed for 2 nights, which wasn't nearly enough. Next time I come for a tennis holiday, I'll definitely stay for a longer period at Dusit Thani Pattaya.

After spending a good deal of time exploring and wandering the main city of Bangkok, the idea of retreating to Pattaya for some time came about naturally. With great ease I took a grab and found my hotel here without issues. Upon seeing my room I was amazed by the inclusion of a balcony that overlooked the majority of the campus downstairs as well as the beach and the greater Pattaya city all in one view. It was beautiful and alone worth the stay. I explored nearby hot spots including the temple of truth, a Pattaya night market and of course night life on/near the beach. I prioritized my time walking the length of the beach at night time back to my hotel which had it entrance almost directly to the beach. Location was ideal for me and my exploring. The room itself was clean and tidy and I appreciated the staff very much for pushing my beds together to make an even larger sleeping space. After the intense busyness of local beach night life I was glad to be able to retreat back to my room where the quiet space allowed me to rest with ease. My bathroom was also well kept and I very much enjoyed how the pool downstairs was designed and laid out. I partook in the morning breakfast buffet on site and was please with the great food options there. Overall staff was helpful during my stay. I also liked that there was a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel which i also took time exploring. Overall this was a great stay that I would recommend and consider again on my next visit.

The hotel is in a very busy area. At night, the noise from the shops down the alley is really loud, but surprisingly, the room itself was quieter than I expected – I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs. The room always had a faint, pleasant scent. It was spacious, and the bathroom was large with a comfortable bathtub for soaking. You could also see a distant sea view. The breakfast offered a lot of variety; some dishes were delicious, some were just okay, and some weren't very good. The downsides were that the hairdryer was incredibly weak (only 1200W, and even on setting 3, the airflow was very low). Also, I couldn't adjust the air conditioning; I'm not sure if it was actually adjustable. Overall, it was very good.

The air conditioning in the room was very strong. Although it was a bit noisy, it didn't disturb our sleep at all. Housekeeping was also very prompt; our room was always cleaned by the time we returned around noon, allowing us to rest immediately. The breakfast selection was quite varied, though I couldn't find authentic Chinese flavors. The sea view was unobstructed, and while it did rain, they were just brief showers. There weren't many beach activities, with the main focus definitely being the water park.

After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The view was great, and the balcony was very spacious. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, and the executive lounge breakfast had even fewer options. The pool was quite large with a nice view. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights on the 27th floor. The city view was beautiful, with mountains visible in the distance, and up close...workers painting walls. So be prepared for anything!)))) You're sitting there, drinking coffee, and there are people outside your 27th-floor window... We liked the breakfast, especially the sweets, the saltwater pool, the shuttle to Terminal 21, and the very comfortable beds and excellent pillows. We read reviews about crowds of Indians... and were surprised not to see any for the first three days... But on the fourth day, suddenly they were there... and everything mentioned in previous reviews... was true. It felt like we had been to India. But overall, we have no complaints about the hotel. We read the reviews and knew what to expect.

Whenever I visit Thailand, I pretty much always book with Holiday Inn PATTAYA by IHG. This time, we stayed at the beachside property. Our room was on the 17th floor facing the beach, offering fantastic views. The room itself was quite nice—essentially two rooms combined into a suite. Having two bathrooms and two toilets made it super convenient. The bathrooms were huge with great views, and the room as a whole was wonderful. The breakfast at Holiday Inn PATTAYA by IHG was also very good; we went down for it almost every day. The hotel pool is great too, with a direct view of the beach, and we practically lived there every day. Although Holiday Inn PATTAYA by IHG separates the kids' pool from the main pool, some kids would still occasionally make noise in the beachfront pool, which disrupted the relaxing vibe a bit. Everything else was great, though. Overall, Holiday Inn PATTAYA by IHG is a solid choice, but from a resort perspective, it lacks that true resort ambiance. The lobby, in particular, feels a bit too corporate and business-oriented, lacking the resort feel of the Holiday Inn in Phuket. However, the location of Holiday Inn PATTAYA by IHG is fantastic! Just a right turn out the main entrance takes you to plenty of shopping malls, and the famous Terminal 21 is just a 10-minute walk away. Turn left, and you're at the beachside walking street. Convenience stores are all around on both sides. If you are looking for a great location, this place is hard to beat—it's not too noisy, and transportation is very convenient. Housekeeping was also excellent. Whenever we told them when we wanted our room cleaned, they always tidied it up thoroughly and changed the towels regularly.

It's a chic, authentic hotel with a fantastic water park, a fitness center, and a pool on the 31st floor. The views alone make this hotel worth visiting at least once. One day definitely isn't enough to see and explore everything; the hotel is enormous. The fact that there are only six elevators speaks volumes. The interiors, rooms, and all the relaxation, entertainment, and leisure areas are superbly done. You truly feel special amidst such futuristic luxury. The quality of the finishes and materials is astonishing. I recommend getting a room on as high a floor as possible to enjoy the beautiful evening views. The room was clean and nice, the beach was great, and there is a kids' play zone, which makes it very suitable for families. The staff provided good service, the room size was decent, and we weren't disappointed at all. There is a lovely boardwalk to enjoy the atmosphere at night, and it's close to many attractions.

The price of the Shamrock Hotel Pattaya is quite reasonable for what it offers. The location is not too far from the center, making it easy to reach the city. Pharmacies, supermarkets, and various restaurants are all conveniently nearby, which adds to the convenience. The room itself is fairly spacious, and I appreciated having a microwave to heat up food. However, there were some issues with the bathroom. The toilet was quite small, and after taking a shower, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the direction where the water drained. It made the entire room smell unpleasant, which was not ideal. Unfortunately, I was given a room on the lower floor, and I’m unsure if this issue is specific to that floor or a general problem. Other than that, everything else was pretty decent. Given the price and location, I’d rate it 7 out of 10.

Stayed here for 3 days.. not bad. The reception is 247, has a lift. I was on the 7th floor and it also had a balcony. The view was overlooking a empty lot, but for the price it was ok. Out in the middle of nowhere, about 25 mins to Walking Street and an hour to Central Pattaya. The room was big and clean, 2 single beds. Invited my friend over, she just walked into the hotel, no questions asked. Room has shampoo and shower gel, I paper, towels, and drinking water in the form of 2 glass bottles which are replenished when they do room cleaning. If staying few days it's ok.. if long time like a week and want more night life vibes, then look elsewhere. This place is situated in a very quiet area.. this place has a lot of Indian, Arabs, Middle Eastern people so not very clean - crowded, rubbish everywhere, touts on the street trying to sell you a suit, etc. I won't stay here again, too far, and in a dirty area.. But hotel itself was clean.

The hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Although it's an older property, it's right by the sea with ocean views. Sitting on the balcony at night enjoying the pool view, and then the sea view during the day, was truly delightful. The breakfast was excellent; you could eat while looking at the sea, and many small animals even came to visit. The only minor downsides were the noisy air conditioning and the slightly damp bedding, which is common by the sea. But overall, it was excellent value for money!

This is a lovely place to stay, I've been back twice already. It's great for the younger generation. The rooms are clean and have good amenities, plus there's a swimming pool. The room rates are good, but the rooms aren't very soundproof and aren't super big.

It's a bit of a walk, but taking a motorcycle taxi via an app costs only 25 baht, which isn't expensive. It's also close to 7-Eleven. The deposit is 500 baht, cash only. Only two towels are provided per room; requesting more requires an extra charge, even if you upgrade your room. I was traveling with my children and had to use their diapers to dry my 2 and 6-year-olds. It's very inflexible. Other places I've stayed provide towels according to the number of guests. I can understand for the younger child, but for my 6-year-old, I had to go buy two towels myself.
