Miss CKIM at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so kind! She guided us to our room right from check-in, always smiling and speaking softly. Any questions we had, she patiently helped us with! She was even lovely on check-out day, haha. As for the hotel environment, some say there's motorcycle noise, but I didn't hear a thing all night, haha! Plus, the room was really spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel gym also met all my basic needs. The only minor issue was that the AC in the room kept turning itself off for some reason, but it wasn't a big deal! It was also very convenient for food and getting around. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, and a huge 7-Eleven right across the street – I went there to stock up every day!

I specifically booked a room for three people, knowing that it would be several hundred more expensive than a room for two. However, upon check-in, the slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries were only provided for two. In that case, can I request a refund for one person's room fee? On top of that, I was assigned an end room! I specifically requested no end room when I booked, so it feels like that request was completely ignored! There was also a door in the room leading outside, not to another room, and I have no idea what it was for. On the last night, I was woken up by a door opening at 1:30 AM. I'm not sure if it was guests from another room trying to open the wrong door. It scared me so much that I couldn't sleep for a long time! Everything else was pretty good though. Housekeeping was prompt and clean, and there was a free minibar with snacks every day. The room had a sofa bed, and I asked for two extra blankets to make it up, which was enough for one adult, so it felt very spacious for a family of three. The balcony was also a nice touch, especially for drying clothes.

The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was cute, clean, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is truly one of the best things about this resort. It is situated in a quiet, green area with a very charming atmosphere, while still being within walking distance of the city and the beach. It was the perfect balance of peace and convenience. The hotel is conveniently located near Terminal 21 and the North Pattaya Bus Station. There weren't any strange guests staying there, and breakfast starts at 7 AM. If you're staying for an extended period, you can negotiate the price with the front desk. A couple of downsides: the Wi-Fi in the room wasn't very stable and would occasionally disconnect. Also, I didn't see a comb in the room, so I assume they don't provide them.

The service is great! As soon as we stepped out of our taxi our luggage was taken care off, check in went quickly but since we arrive before 2pm we needed to wait a bit before we can enter the room. The room was clean, it is nice and big and it is as described. I would say that the bathtub was a bit small for me and I am 175cm tall, in the night it can get a bit noisy due to multiple bars being close by however it didn't bother me personally. There are some free items for the minibar like a coke and some water which is a nice extra. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. I forgot to take pictures but the room looked like advertised.

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and we really love it. Unfortunately, we couldn't book a family room like last year, so we took two superior rooms instead. They're actually just as good. The management accommodated all our extra requests, for which we are very grateful. They gave us two connecting rooms on the 4th floor. The hotel is cozy, and the staff are friendly. Even though many guests stay for only 2-3 days, with constant check-ins and check-outs, we didn't notice any excessive hustle and bustle. The cleaning is quiet and peaceful; no banging, no slamming doors, and no shouting among staff. In other words, they absolutely don't disturb your peaceful rest. The pool area is also very pleasant; it's clean and doesn't smell of chlorine, and there's a wonderful waterfall. They have good, sturdy sun loungers and soft, always clean towels. You have to walk a bit to get to the sea, and it's better to take a tuk-tuk to the city center. Nearby, right opposite, there's a 7/11, and a bit further down, there's a self-service laundry, a massage parlor, and cafes for every taste and budget. There are also currency exchange offices and souvenir shops with good prices. The hotel maintains a high standard for its price category. Now, after visiting the island, we're returning here again. For now, we have no desire to look for anything else.

For those looking to book, especially my fellow ladies, I want to note that the drain smell was a bit of a concern for me, and I'm not sure if it's an issue in all rooms; I stayed in a sea view king room. This was my first stay at Akara Hotel Pattaya, and I'll definitely be back! The hotel is sleek, stylish, and incredibly clean. The staff are all so friendly and provide excellent service. The valet parking is super convenient. They also offer an Onsen Package which is wonderfully relaxing. You can go up to the 24th floor where the Barracuda Sky Gala bar & pool is located – the views are amazing and it's very chill, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel is small but tidy. The staff are polite and always ready to help. We even celebrated the last day of Songkran with them, which was a lot of fun! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. What really dampened the experience were two cockroaches – one scurrying across the nightstand in my room, and another in the lobby. Both met their demise, bravely, of course. I had a double room with two beds and a small balcony, which offered plenty of space. (The balcony overlooked a neighbor's pool). It would have been great to have a clothesline to dry things, but a chair worked just fine. Breakfast was decent; I always found something to eat. The pool on the 8th floor is small, but it was almost always empty, so that was okay (it's only 1.2m deep). The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, but it's a bit dirty, so it's better to go somewhere else. If you walk the other way, you can reach the main street where you can catch a songthaew, or you can arrange transport from the hotel to get to popular spots. The hotel is located on a very 'Russian' street, with many Russian tourists, restaurants, etc. There's also a small night market right across from the hotel.

Newly opened hotel. The environment is upscale and clean. Breakfast offers a good variety and is delicious. Excellent value for money (approx. 500 including breakfast during peak season in July). They have connecting rooms and strict security. The bedding is comfortable and the air conditioning is just right. Although it's not on Beach Road, it's convenient for those driving, about a 15-minute drive to Terminal 21. It's also very close to the pier for trips to Koh Larn. It would be even better if they had self-service laundry facilities. The pool is small but beautiful, perfect for photos, but not ideal for actual swimming.

The room was clean and modern. The AC worked perfectly (essential for the Pattaya heat!). The rooftop pool is definitely the best part of the hotel, and it also has a nice gym.  There is a 7-Eleven right nearby and plenty of local street food stalls within 2 minutes of the lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the beach (10-15 minutes), so I’d recommend using the Bolt app for transport (approx. 80 THB to Bali Hai Pier). Highly recommended for those who want a modern hotel without the luxury price tag.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for the price. The location is excellent and highly convenient. There is a 7-Eleven right outside, and popular tourist areas are easily reachable.The rooms were very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, clean towels, and bottled water daily. The air conditioning was working perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable.The staff at the front desk were helpful, professional, and very welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center which are great for relaxation. Housekeeping did a brilliant job of cleaning the room every day.It is an absolute value-for-money property, and I would highly recommend it to both families and solo travelers. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We booked an upgraded room with breakfast, but upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room. I'm very grateful to the staff (our room was 505 on the 5th floor). The room was huge, clean, and tidied daily. The breakfasts were superb; I was so surprised that such a small hotel could be so customer-oriented. Over the two days of breakfast, the selection varied, and everything was incredibly delicious. They served instant coffee. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were magnificent. You truly feel like a valued guest. We left for an excursion but will be checking back in for the rest of our vacation. The only downside is the location: it's not really walkable. There are no 7/11s, cafes, or fruit markets directly opposite; you have to travel. However, tuk-tuks pass by, or you can call a taxi. We had a scooter, so it wasn't an issue for us. There's also some noise from night-time scooter racing, but it's not critical. The clientele at the hotel are mostly Russians; everyone is well-behaved and pleasant, making it quiet and peaceful. I recommend this hotel 1000%!

This time, I brought my daughter to Pattaya and stayed at the Pattaya Garden Sea View Resort. The overall experience was better than expected. The hotel lobby is very spacious, and the environment is comfortable. Our room directly faced the pool and the sea, so every morning, opening the curtains revealed a stunning blue view, instantly giving us that vacation vibe. The hotel's infinity pool is also incredibly photogenic, and the sea-view restaurant offers a remarkably expansive view. Enjoying dinner there in the evening, with the sea breeze and ocean views, was truly delightful. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the Sanctuary of Truth, which is super convenient for photos and sightseeing. You absolutely must check out that popular hammock photo spot 📸 – any shot you take there will look like it's straight out of a vacation magazine. Overall, the hotel's environment, sea views, pool, and location are all excellent, making it very suitable for a family vacation with children in Pattaya. The value for money is also great, and I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

Room clean with a good size and breakfast are just nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the only thing that upset me was on the day when checking out. It was bit of messy with guests coming in early but only 1 staff managing the front desk. He was so busy with the check in, till the check out Q started to form up. After more than 15min another staff finally show up, it will be good to have at least 3 staffs. Another suggestion will be the towel, management might want to consider replacing all the towels as most of the towels look wear out and old. Nevertheless, Holiday Inn Express with still be my choice when I'm here for holiday. 😉

Overall, it was great. The only drawback was the elevator situation. All the facilities, including those on the 33rd floor, rely on just three elevators. It's really frustrating 😤, especially since only the first floor has air conditioning. Waiting for an elevator on other floors leaves you drenched in sweat. I hope they can improve this. The breakfast was good too, and the daily welcome drinks and pastries were a nice touch.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G – it's an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. However, I'd like to point out a couple of things that I hope management will consider. Unfortunately, renovations began in the reception and lobby area right when we checked in, and they lasted our entire 8-night stay. There was no warning about this when we booked. As someone with allergies, the paint smell was an unwelcome surprise, and the noise from the work made it difficult to relax in the public areas. I also recall a minor incident with the staff. While trying to wait for our taxi away from the renovation noise, we sat down in one of the lobby areas. A staff member approached us and politely but firmly asked us to order drinks, stating that the area was for café guests. We were just waiting for our taxi to arrive and wouldn't have had time to drink anything, but the staff member was unyielding. In such a situation, especially with renovations happening in the main lobby, it would have been more logical to show some flexibility to guests. Aside from that, the hotel is commendable, and we hope that once the renovations are complete, the experience will be even better.

After an upgrade, the room was decent, but I wouldn't recommend booking the basic room type at this hotel. We originally booked the 'Deluxe King Room' because we planned to be out all day. However, the room was old and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, a family member got a fever and needed to stay in the room, so we asked the front desk to switch us to the same room type on a higher floor, which was noticeably better in all aspects. * The staff were all very friendly and always helpful. * The facilities are excellent, with several swimming pools, including one with a small waterslide. The adult pool almost connects to the beach. * Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find Terminal 21 and a night market, making it convenient for dining and shopping. * Ctrip was fantastic! I was unhappy with the old room and contacted Ctrip to negotiate a refund for one night. Although the hotel didn't agree, they offered another solution, which was a pleasant surprise and ultimately helped us achieve the relaxation and enjoyment we wanted from our vacation. * Rooms with sea views and balconies are definitely worth it! The balconies are spacious and comfortable. * The breakfast is extensive, featuring live grilled meats, sushi, Cantonese dim sum (siew mai, custard buns, and char siu buns), yogurt, ice cream scoops, and more, with daily variations.

After spending a good deal of time exploring and wandering the main city of Bangkok, the idea of retreating to Pattaya for some time came about naturally. With great ease I took a grab and found my hotel here without issues. Upon seeing my room I was amazed by the inclusion of a balcony that overlooked the majority of the campus downstairs as well as the beach and the greater Pattaya city all in one view. It was beautiful and alone worth the stay. I explored nearby hot spots including the temple of truth, a Pattaya night market and of course night life on/near the beach. I prioritized my time walking the length of the beach at night time back to my hotel which had it entrance almost directly to the beach. Location was ideal for me and my exploring. The room itself was clean and tidy and I appreciated the staff very much for pushing my beds together to make an even larger sleeping space. After the intense busyness of local beach night life I was glad to be able to retreat back to my room where the quiet space allowed me to rest with ease. My bathroom was also well kept and I very much enjoyed how the pool downstairs was designed and laid out. I partook in the morning breakfast buffet on site and was please with the great food options there. Overall staff was helpful during my stay. I also liked that there was a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel which i also took time exploring. Overall this was a great stay that I would recommend and consider again on my next visit.

Excellent hotel! We were a bit worried that there wouldn't be any quiet and peaceful areas, as it's mainly families with children who stay here, but everything turned out perfectly! Everyone can find a spot they like! The suite rooms are very good, as are the club lounges. The lounge on the 12th floor now offers decent drinks and cocktails with snacks from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. At breakfast, you can enjoy a glass of Australian brut. Juices, water, tea, coffee, fruits, and cookies are available throughout the day! The staff are very polite and friendly! The sea in mid-July was calm and very warm, with no waves. The water temperature near the shore reached up to 35°C.

They must have informed the manager, because when we returned from taking the kids out for dinner, we found a fruit platter in our room as an apology from the hotel. We were absolutely delighted! I stayed in a 20th-floor sea-view room. It was clean, facing the ocean with an unbeatable view. The beach road is right downstairs, and getting around by songthaew (shared taxi) was very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy nearby, which was very handy. The breakfast was abundant and excellent. The hotel also provided free bottled water. It's just a few minutes' walk to Terminal 21, where the 4th and 5th floors have a food court offering a wide variety of delicious options – mango sticky rice, noodles, curries, fruits, milk tea, seafood, Japanese, and Korean cuisine, you name it. There are many bars along the beach road, with foreign singers performing. The old road, which runs parallel to the beach road, has many massage parlors and open-air food stalls, and Chinatown is also located there. My personal advice is to eat at Terminal 21. It's clean, hygienic, and offers options for every budget. I felt that the open-air food stalls around Chinatown weren't very clean and had a foul smell. The bar street wasn't clean either. At night, with so many people eating, drinking, and having fun, the air was filled with the smell of BBQ. But when I walked past there during the day on my way to the pier, I noticed a bad smell – not hygienic. Hotels on the back streets are probably much cheaper, but they didn't look clean. Luckily, I chose Holiday Inn. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for getting around, and had a great environment. The overall experience was excellent. I don't recommend visiting the Pattaya Floating Market; it's a tourist trap. It's full of mass-produced goods, a waste of time. Bangkok also has floating markets. Plus, most floating markets smell bad. Instead, I suggest going to ICONSIAM in Bangkok; they have a floating market experience on the basement floor which is clean and hygienic. We didn't experience any stomach issues during our entire trip. I've read online about people getting sick from food, which might be due to choosing cheaper hotels. When on vacation, safety, comfort, and cleanliness should always be a priority.

Booked this hotel with friends for our Pattaya trip, and it was great value for money! The facilities aren't quite as new as the place I stayed in Bangkok, but they're still perfectly fine. The environment is very clean, and there's a swimming pool on the fourth floor. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Pattaya. There are plenty of food options and massage places nearby, and Jomtien Beach is just a short walk away. Ordering food delivery is also super convenient.

Overall, it was great. The only drawback was the elevator situation. All the facilities, including those on the 33rd floor, rely on just three elevators. It's really frustrating 😤, especially since only the first floor has air conditioning. Waiting for an elevator on other floors leaves you drenched in sweat. I hope they can improve this. The breakfast was good too, and the daily welcome drinks and pastries were a nice touch.

The security guards at the community entrance are very responsible; they thoroughly check every person or vehicle entering. It seems there are many different property management units within the community. You can instantly contact the owners by adding them on WeChat or calling their direct phone numbers. They will arrange for staff to come to the entrance to pick you up, usually within about ten minutes. Your passport photocopy will be scanned and printed in the security office. The community is very quiet. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was under renovation due to the off-peak season, otherwise I would have loved to try it out. There's an umbrella provided in the bedroom, and all basic amenities are complete. The value for money is pretty good. I imagine the experience would be even better if it were a sea-view room. It would have been helpful if there were instructions for the water heater in the bathroom. If I have another chance to visit Pattaya, I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is good, the lobby is great, but the rooms are old. The two pools on the property are excellent. Breakfasts are super, and the view is amazing. Stayed in room 513. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was in good condition. The staff provided standard service. The swimming pool was nice with a beautiful sea view, and there were good seating areas around it. They should consider adding rules for pool use, like no loud music disturbing other guests. On May 29, 2026, I encountered a situation where guests brought a speaker and played very loud music while eating. To top it off, my next-door neighbors in room 312 had their TV on full blast all night until 3 AM. Just when it finally quieted down, at 7 AM, I thought I could get some sleep, but then a child started crying loudly along with the TV again. Oh my god... The hotel itself is good 🥳💐, but some guests were incredibly inconsiderate 🤭. When staying at a hotel, one should follow the rules and not disturb others. It was a sleepless holiday 😂🥲🎉

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for the price. The location is excellent and highly convenient. There is a 7-Eleven right outside, and popular tourist areas are easily reachable.The rooms were very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, clean towels, and bottled water daily. The air conditioning was working perfectly, and the bed was extremely comfortable.The staff at the front desk were helpful, professional, and very welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center which are great for relaxation. Housekeeping did a brilliant job of cleaning the room every day.It is an absolute value-for-money property, and I would highly recommend it to both families and solo travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip

✅ The room is spacious with plenty of natural light, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. ✅ There's a 7-Eleven right around the corner downstairs, which is very convenient. ✅ The front desk staff speaks both Chinese and English. ✅ There are two washing machines outside the hotel entrance, which I assume are self-service and coin-operated, but I didn't use them. 😐 The air conditioning vent blows directly onto the bed, and adjusting the remote didn't help. 😐 The water pressure wasn't great, which made washing hands and brushing teeth a bit inconvenient. 😐 I had to press a brand new tube of toothpaste almost halfway down before any came out. Luckily, I brought my own. The toothbrush was more suitable for a toddler. 😂 😐 There was no conditioner or comb (even though the platform stated they would be provided, so I recommend updating that information).
