I was initially very satisfied with this hotel, but my entire experience was completely ruined on the morning of March 29 at 10:00 AM. A staff member knocked on my door in an extremely aggressive and urgent manner. Even after I clearly told them to wait, they continued banging loudly on the door without any respect for my privacy. When I finally opened the door, expecting something urgent or important, I was shocked to find out that they were simply asking whether I needed housekeeping. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. There was no emergency, no prior request, and no justification for such intrusive and disrespectful conduct. This was not only unprofessional, but also extremely disturbing. I do not need or appreciate this kind of forced “morning call.” It shows a serious lack of basic training and respect for guests. Because of this incident, I immediately decided to check out and leave the hotel. I strongly do NOT recommend this property.

This isn't exclusive to this hotel, but the road leading up to it is full of potholes, and just driving back and forth to the city center in a rental car was exhausting. The hotel's main building is incredibly grand, and that's what attracted me to book it. I was given a room on the first floor, and the view was just so-so. The humidity was awful; even with the air conditioning on, the sheets felt clammy. I thought the price was quite high.

Great, quiet place with secluded location on the lagoon. The place has very friendly staff, in-house cafe + paddle boats and kayaks for use on the lagoon. The room we stayed at had the kitchen, which was very convenient, but also a few big roaches, which wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Fantastic Family Stay – Even Better Than We Remembered! We spent 5 wonderful nights at Iririki Island Resort and absolutely loved our time there. Although we went into town for lunch and dinner a few times, we mostly stayed on the island and soaked in the beautiful surroundings. The kayaking and snorkeling were a highlight, especially thanks to Etella and Teraa—these two went above and beyond to look after our family and made the experience memorable. The ocean view villa was spacious, airy, and perfect for watching the fish swim right by our deck. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included halal chicken options, which we really appreciated. The staff catered to our dietary needs and made sure alcohol was left out, which meant we could enjoy every meal without worry. Only downside: they didn’t accept Amex and charged a 3% surcharge on Visa/MasterCard, which, combined with international bank fees, added up. Although we had a discount from Trip.com, we couldn’t really take advantage of it due to these charges. Next time, we’ll prepay online instead of using the “pay at hotel” option. This was our second visit to Port Vila after 13 years, and both the city and Iririki were just as magical as we remembered. A special shoutout to Taste of India in town—absolutely fantastic food! Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind in paradise.

This is one of my favourite places I’ve stayed by far! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it was so much fun taking the kayak out on the water. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, giving tips for places to stay and things to do in the area. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying in Port Vila!

Advantages: The hotel has a good environment, garden-style, quiet, and the room facilities we live in are basically complete. Although the kitchen utensils are very good, there is no decent supermarket nearby, so it is not used. Insufficient: far from the airport, especially the public transportation in Port Vila is not perfect, which is not the preferred place for ordinary tourists. Talk to the small bus driver about 1,500 watts (equal to RMB 90), the driver is not familiar with the road, circle around, and finally send it to the hotel after 500 watts. The overall integrity of the Bus bus driver in Port Vila is poor.

One disadvantage is that it is located on the main road and is very noisy at night. Wa people go to bed very late at night, wake up very early in the morning and speak loudly. There is no possibility that they will noisy other people's consciousness. I heard someone talking loudly until 3 o'clock in the evening, and it was very noisy outside at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is not suitable for travelers who like to sleep quietly at night. There is also a poor hotel service. There is a guest reception room downstairs in the hotel for check-in and check-out matters. It says that there will be reception from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and call for service the rest of the time. As a result, I did not check in at 4 o'clock in the evening, there was no one in the reception room, the door was locked, and no one answered the service phone, so I could not contact Ctrip to solve it. The hotel called me until a quarter past five in the evening, saying that someone was there and I could check in. Checked out in the morning and asked the receptionist. She said that someone would start reception at 8 o'clock in the morning, but she didn't come to work until 8:30. I have also stayed in several hotels in Port Vila, and this one has the worst service.

It is a very convenient location to the Airport. The staff are constantly cleaning the environment. The management are not quite fluent in English, which creates a language barrier for effective communication. The food options are not great. I attempted to order one chicken dumplings meal from an outdated restaurant menu, but I was told that it’s no longer available. So, if you want better food options, it’s best to walk around town. Be prepared to give 1,000 VATU, for key deposit that would be returned upon checkout. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others!

Warick Le Legon Resort and Spa is amazing, I was lucky enough to have a villa over the water.. and it didnt disappoint. The Staf are awesome, and the facilities are very good. This is a fantastic place for everyone to stay, especially families as there is many pools of varying depths to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I have sene anywhere, so much to choose from and everything was hot.. rather than luke warm like many others. Thank you to everyone at Warwick Le Lagon Resort for everything. And thank you for the lovely treat I found on my bed when I came home from dinenr last night. Such a lovely surprise.

Communication around the airport bus transfer wasn't great either.

Every time I visit Vanuatu, I make sure to stop by the Grand Hotel. It's been renovated since the earthquake, and now it's even more modern! The staff are all so friendly, and their smoothies and fresh coconuts are delicious.

This is one of my favourite places I’ve stayed by far! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it was so much fun taking the kayak out on the water. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, giving tips for places to stay and things to do in the area. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying in Port Vila!

This isn't exclusive to this hotel, but the road leading up to it is full of potholes, and just driving back and forth to the city center in a rental car was exhausting. The hotel's main building is incredibly grand, and that's what attracted me to book it. I was given a room on the first floor, and the view was just so-so. The humidity was awful; even with the air conditioning on, the sheets felt clammy. I thought the price was quite high.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I was pleased to see that they have made some improvement in their breakfast but it could be even better. I am unhappy though with their early checkout time which is at 10 am. That's such an inconvenience.

Fantastic Family Stay – Even Better Than We Remembered! We spent 5 wonderful nights at Iririki Island Resort and absolutely loved our time there. Although we went into town for lunch and dinner a few times, we mostly stayed on the island and soaked in the beautiful surroundings. The kayaking and snorkeling were a highlight, especially thanks to Etella and Teraa—these two went above and beyond to look after our family and made the experience memorable. The ocean view villa was spacious, airy, and perfect for watching the fish swim right by our deck. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included halal chicken options, which we really appreciated. The staff catered to our dietary needs and made sure alcohol was left out, which meant we could enjoy every meal without worry. Only downside: they didn’t accept Amex and charged a 3% surcharge on Visa/MasterCard, which, combined with international bank fees, added up. Although we had a discount from Trip.com, we couldn’t really take advantage of it due to these charges. Next time, we’ll prepay online instead of using the “pay at hotel” option. This was our second visit to Port Vila after 13 years, and both the city and Iririki were just as magical as we remembered. A special shoutout to Taste of India in town—absolutely fantastic food! Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind in paradise.

Positives - the air conditioner worked well and the pool was kept clean. ”Casino” is a loose term, 20 old pokies machines in the foyer was the only thing happening there so don't go expecting anything more. No food or drink available at the 'resort', and no fridges in the room is poor. TV in room has 2 channels - one which can't be viewed. Communication around the airport bus transfer wasn't great either.
