For the money this was a great stay. The Front Desk Service was awesome, the room was clean. The pool was great and not busy at all. The maintenance guy was always working to keep everything nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Have recommended to others. A HUGE little improvement would be to get some command strip hangers for towels, or just install hooks. We also did wonder why the shuttle guys would not pick up right at the resort, that is not the hotels fault, but we did get pretty wet in the rain waiting on the corner.

To say we loved our vacation here is an understatement. The hotel lobby representatives were so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I had to call before arriving and I’ve never received such a warm welcome. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names because they know how to treat customers well! We loved our room—clean & the perfect size. AC worked well, bed was comfy, and clean. The pictures are from when we were departing. I wish I had taken before pictures. The walk to beach is very short and convenient. The restaurants nearby were excellent! The beach is so unbelievably pretty. The new pool (they have 2) was so gorgeous and was created by a famous pool architect/designer. The young man attending to the pool was friendly and helpful. We will be back because I have found my dream vacation place!

The room is still good overall, Owl 🦉 hotel theme, clean, the front desk staff is warm and patient, breakfast is special, tastes good. The hotel also provides shuttle van, within five kilometers of the surrounding area to set a time in advance. The grandfather who drove, very gentle. The only downside of the hotel is the air conditioner. The air conditioner of Sarasota Hotel belongs to the ground machine. The wind blows up. Maybe the equipment is old. Every time the work is refrigerated, it seems that the construction site suddenly opened the machine. The noise is a bit loud. The first day starts several times and wakes up several times. I don't know if I am not tired the next day, but I heard it once in one night. I hope to update the air conditioning equipment, it will be better.

I don't even know where to begin America's value downtown beautiful Sarasota Florida it's definitely one of a kind whether it's a steak Asian or a vacation. Customer service for desk are always so professional well-mannered and willing to help and will always go the extra mile. I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.

Service did not actually exist because you received all information in advance, such as door code, driving service etc. via QR codes or email. Therefore here only 3 points of 5. There were beach chairs, screens, toys on the basis of “First come”. The plant appeared a little unmanaged. There would just have to pass through someone and remove the old palm leaves. The private beach was beautiful. Otherwise you can well stand there.

The white building opposite the hotel road is a must-go to the Mote Aquarium, beautiful scenery, and manatees on the top floor! I booked a room before hurricane Ian because hotel is away from storm surge area and my condo is in zone b. Unfortunately, I only got to use your amenities briefly before a power outage took away electricity for most room lights and hall lights, tv, a/c, elevator, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, internet, etc. Not a single outlet to charge phones. The staff managed breakfast since they had power in one room and one tv was on in the lobby. Your manager said it was FPL fault. Before that, only one elevator was working. A staff person said one had been out at least 4 months. This seems like neglect. When Ian was nearing, the wind popped a window and the latch would not hold. Maintenance problem? At least there was quick response and a staff person drilled hole to put in hardware to fasten it closed. All power went out on Wednesday ~ 2, due to the storm for sure this time. Thursday am the staff put together a reasonable cold breakfast in mostly darkness. I was surprised that the hotel did not have more than a few battery lights for lobby and breakfast area. This is Florida, even smaller storms often cause outages and the need for lightning is something that should be anticipated. About $50 to $100 worth of little led battery lanterns would have helped a lot. The stairwells were so dark and unsafe also. I think this is also neglect.

The worst breakfast of all my trips to America. No omlet or waffle. There were cold eggs cooked, yoghurt, chips and bubbles. Kashu can be made, but 2 days were only tasteless. The last day, the cache was served with different tastes, though they could be eaten. The first day, the basket was lying rotten apples. They were taken away and replaced on complaint. Coffee of terrible quality, but available all day, like a fountain with water. The room was clean, but did not clean at all, although we said we were coming out in 5 minutes, the room with cleaning did not return. I asked to give a quiet room, and eventually gave the one whose windows go to the intersection. Very much the machine is heard, that is, it is impossible to sleep normally. The rooms with windows from the track should be better. Hotel I don't recommend. For such money the quality is bad.

The room is still good overall, Owl 🦉 hotel theme, clean, the front desk staff is warm and patient, breakfast is special, tastes good. The hotel also provides shuttle van, within five kilometers of the surrounding area to set a time in advance. The grandfather who drove, very gentle. The only downside of the hotel is the air conditioner. The air conditioner of Sarasota Hotel belongs to the ground machine. The wind blows up. Maybe the equipment is old. Every time the work is refrigerated, it seems that the construction site suddenly opened the machine. The noise is a bit loud. The first day starts several times and wakes up several times. I don't know if I am not tired the next day, but I heard it once in one night. I hope to update the air conditioning equipment, it will be better.

The front desk was nice and helpful. I got a room on a higher floor (thanks Trip.com). The location is very good. City Center in walking area, safe neighborhood. But: the hotel is encircled by building and street construction sites. It is very loud. Not what you expect if you have holidays and want to relax. And USD 32.- (incl tax) per night for the self-parking, is too much.

Sarasota is expensive, this is a typical motel, the price is a three-star hotel, and you have to carry your own luggage on the second floor. The new decoration is relatively clean, the split air conditioner is changed, and the vibration sound is quite loud when installed on the wooden wall.

I booked a room before hurricane Ian because hotel is away from storm surge area and my condo is in zone b. Unfortunately, I only got to use your amenities briefly before a power outage took away electricity for most room lights and hall lights, tv, a/c, elevator, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, internet, etc. Not a single outlet to charge phones. The staff managed breakfast since they had power in one room and one tv was on in the lobby. Your manager said it was FPL fault. Before that, only one elevator was working. A staff person said one had been out at least 4 months. This seems like neglect. When Ian was nearing, the wind popped a window and the latch would not hold. Maintenance problem? At least there was quick response and a staff person drilled hole to put in hardware to fasten it closed. All power went out on Wednesday ~ 2, due to the storm for sure this time. Thursday am the staff put together a reasonable cold breakfast in mostly darkness. I was surprised that the hotel did not have more than a few battery lights for lobby and breakfast area. This is Florida, even smaller storms often cause outages and the need for lightning is something that should be anticipated. About $50 to $100 worth of little led battery lanterns would have helped a lot. The stairwells were so dark and unsafe also. I think this is also neglect.

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. On our first night, we had an issue with noisy neighbors, but the reception staff kindly offered to change our room, which we really appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.
