My last experience was not that good with Fern. They had serious issue with their service particularly with food as we got extremely late service with the ala carte system they had in place for consecutive two day. Earlier they had buffet system for dinner as well which wasn’t the case this time. Really not happy with their service this time around

We discovered ivy park resort via mm t and were drawn to its location using google map. Situated on a hill off the main panchgani road, the journey to the resort was both scenic and adventurous, passing through charming strawberry farms. However, the road was quite narrow and steep, requiring cautious driving. The location was serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, though we noticed some cost-cutting on toiletries, which was a minor inconvenience. The on-site restaurant offered limited food options, and while the prices were on the higher side, the dishes were undeniably delicious. Overall, our stay at ivy park resort was pleasant and satisfactory, with just a few small adjustments needed to enhance the experience further. Would recommend it for a peaceful retreat amid-st nature!

Pros- The property is located near to the view points. Staff was polite and helpful. Cons- It is not exactly what is shown in the pictures. Rooms are spacious but the bathroom was very disappointing. We booked the Regalia room because of the bathtub but it dint even looked like a bathtub. It looked more like a water storage tank made up of tiles. Moreover it didn’t look clean and hygienic. Breakfast was horrible with limited options and quality was very poor. Also the breakfast area and kids playing area are in the same space in the basement which is not very inviting. Worst part was that they gave us 2 extra small sized complimentary water bottles and charged if asked for extra water bottles. They are charging way too much for what they are offering. Overall it wasn’t a value for money and is nothing like a 3 star property.

A friend suggested this property we booked 2 rooms for the weekend. This resort is 90min drive from pune. Located near a small lake with mountains in the backdrop, its a picture perfect location to unwind. The resort is designed very well. Property not maintained. We had paid for three adults but the extra bedding arrangement was so messed up. The linen also didn't look well washed. The toiletries weren't enough. The breakfast was told to be commencing at 7. 30 but when arrived nothing was ready. On arrival the receptionist also poker faced. The only person who knew hospitality and was customer centric was mr dnyaneshwar whom we met at cafeteria and for breakfast. He was welcoming smiling and also customer centric.

Definitely worth it to stay again!!

My last experience was not that good with Fern. They had serious issue with their service particularly with food as we got extremely late service with the ala carte system they had in place for consecutive two day. Earlier they had buffet system for dinner as well which wasn’t the case this time. Really not happy with their service this time around

What a wonderful experience we had. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. The service by sale-em was extraordinary, he didn't make us feel as though we were staying at a resort. The food was very fresh and tasty. The entire resort is kept so clean. While checking out the owner mr. Pawar especially came down to enquire if everything was ok and if we had a comfortable stay. Looking forward to my next visit.

The stay was amazing, specially a view from valley view rooms and infinity pool is superb. Food is also good. Big garden is an added amenity to spend some quality time with your loved ones.

Had excellent time staying at jivanta. Staff was very supportive, rooms were excellent making sure we will get all comfirt. Brakefast spread was very nice and food quality was excellent. Overall a very good property to stay at and love to visit again !

10 sec from satara pune highway, was a pleasant stay, food service great, room was small and bed sheet could have given a better opinion but overall after day long drive it was a pleasant sleep. Biggest positive point is room bathroom had its own water heater and it was a delight to get hot water shower in the morning. Majority of hotels ran out of hot water by 9am. In property parking was convenient and i was very humbly treated by front desk gentleman. Appreciated! will definitely stay again whenever crossing the satara.

Property not maintained. We had paid for three adults but the extra bedding arrangement was so messed up. The linen also didn't look well washed. The toiletries weren't enough. The breakfast was told to be commencing at 7. 30 but when arrived nothing was ready. On arrival the receptionist also poker faced. The only person who knew hospitality and was customer centric was mr dnyaneshwar whom we met at cafeteria and for breakfast. He was welcoming smiling and also customer centric.
