Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my trip to Seoul and Busan, this one was by far the most spacious for three people. The room was significantly larger than the other two, impeccably clean with no strange odors, and even had a dedicated area for luggage, so we could open all three suitcases without feeling cramped. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from both Line 2 and Line 5 subway stations. It's also not too far to walk to Line 4, Myeongdong (great for shopping!), and Lotte Duty-Free, maybe about 10-15 minutes. From our window, we had a fantastic view of N Seoul Tower and could even spot the G2 Hotel where we'd stayed previously. There's a GS25 convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which was handy for snacks, drinks, and instant noodles. Our floor also had a public dining area and even a garment steamer! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay 🏨. On the walk to Line 2, there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. There's one coffee shop on the corner across the street that serves excellent coffee and has pastries that looked much more appetizing than the trendy Japanese bakery 'Aso**something' behind the hotel. Definitely recommend checking it out!

This is the ideal hotel to stay-in in Seoul because it is literally located right at the heart of Myeong-dong everywhere happening. There is a large 7-11 conveniently located just 10 metres away, the start of a night market just another 20 metres away. Cross over to the other side and there's all the luxury shopping (Lotte Deparment Stall) which in my opinion is better than Gangnam. another direction and you will hit Myeongdong shopping main street. Go underneath and there will be a huge underground shopping mall that leads all the way to City Hall main station. Rooms are very spacious, the gym was excellent and last but not least, the staffs were all very friendly and kind to allow us to check-in early due to available vacant rooms. My family and I will definitely be back here when we comes back to Seoul again.

The Incheon Airport Bus 6001 takes you directly to the hotel in just over an hour. If you have a lot of luggage, I highly recommend taking the bus as it's quite convenient. It costs 17,000 KRW per person. The room was clean and tidy, and there's free coffee on the third floor. Check-in was easy with basic English communication. If you turn left when you exit the hotel, there's an underpass that leads to the subway station. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel on the right, and another one across the street to the left.

I would give 10 stars if that option is available. We were a bit worried when we read reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms and did a thorough check upon check in (bed bugs? Dust? Suspicious stains?) and found none. Also, I booked the rooms to be near Myeongdong Station but it was a bit of a walk with our luggages and I thought “that was it… how is this near any station?” And then we found Euljiro (3) station at our doorstep! The rest of the day and the rest of our journey became a breeze! It is actually a short walk to Myeongdong station once we figured out the location, hotel is opposite plenty of restaurants. We left our luggages at the counter before and after check in and both times our luggages were well taken care of. If I have to nitpick, the lift took a longer time than usual to arrive at our level esp during check in check out because lobby is at level 4. People are pressing to go up and down level 4 and 1 so waiting time increased. That’s actually ok though, just leave the room earlier. We’re travelling, just leave earlier and everything is good anywhere. To summarise, if we travel back to Seoul, we will come back to Four Points by Sheraton Josun Myeongdong Seoul. Get every word right because there is another Four Points by Sheraton Josun and we have no experience with that one.

There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but it's a bit far from the subway, making it inconvenient to get to tourist attractions. The hotel facilities are dated; the TV is as small as a computer monitor, and the toilet isn't a smart one. On our first night, the toilet clogged twice, and the repairman couldn't fix it. It was overflowing with water in the middle of the night, forcing us to switch rooms. Mr. Li at the front desk provided excellent service. He helped us change rooms and even gave us chocolates and an apology letter when we checked out, which showed great sincerity.

My stay at the Shilla Stay Samsung COEX Center was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially for business trips and shopping, with easy access to COEX Mall, restaurants, cafés, and the subway. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with great city views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast selection was also very good, with a nice mix of Korean and international options. The hotel offers great value for money considering the quality, cleanliness, and prime location in Gangnam. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul for business or leisure.

The location is good, directly opposite of the lake and next to Lotte world mall. To MTR it’s 5-7mins. The front desk staff is not accommodative at all, any request is like „no, we can’t“ attitude. As of the cleanness and amenities, first of all, the shower head did not work properly, the aircon did not work during the first night ( better the second and third) and the tooth brush glass had stains when I checked in ( see photo attached ) Overall, not recommended for luxury stay, but if it’s just a family vacay, why not.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Korea for a health check-up at Korea University Guro Hospital, and my first impression was excellent thanks to the incredibly kind front desk staff. Since I needed to drink a lot of water for my colonoscopy preparation, they generously provided plenty of bottled water and showed such warm hospitality throughout my stay. I stayed in Room 803, and the small private balcony with a beautiful city view was absolutely wonderful. I stayed with my mother, and the bedding was so clean and comfortable that I was able to forget my worries about the health check-up the next day and sleep very peacefully. Another thing I really appreciated was the taxi stand located right outside the hotel. Since I did not have a Korean phone number, it was difficult to call Kakao Taxi, so having taxis readily available made everything so convenient. It only cost about 5,800 won to comfortably get to Korea University Guro Hospital. Thank you again for the kindness and wonderful service. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

The staff were very helpful and communication was quick. The main entrance has stairs, and there's a small slope leading to the back entrance, but the signs aren't very clear, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're lugging suitcases. First off, the hotel's location is fantastic. It's really close to both the number 2 and 3 subway stations Ⓜ️, and the 6015 airport bus goes directly to the hotel, which is a huge plus! I understand that hotels in Korea don't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes for environmental reasons, and that's fine. However, we stayed for three days, and they didn't even bother to replace our slippers, which were as thin as paper. After three days, the slippers were literally falling apart – that's a bit much, don't you think? As for cleanliness, there was a layer of dust on the bathroom shelf that we had to clean ourselves. All in all, it's an okay place to stay, but definitely nothing to write home about.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past, and it didn’t disappoint again. The room is huge, the bathroom is nice and clean, and the staff are always kind and helpful. The room temperature was excellent and kept very warm during the cold winter in Seoul. The hotel is right outside a metro station, which makes getting around very convenient. This time I also discovered they have self-lock luggage lockers, free for the first 24 hours (or available for a small fee after), which was very useful. Facilities: Overall, pretty good. Even though the hotel is old, the facilities are well-maintained. The main drawbacks are that there are no power outlets by the bedside table, so you have to charge your devices at the desk. Also, one washing machine was out of order, leading to queues during peak laundry hours in the evening. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great location, close to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station Exit 6 (just a few hundred meters walk, very convenient). You can see Namsan Tower from the window. The CJ ENM building is directly opposite the hotel. It's very convenient for visiting Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung, etc. However, Exit 6 of the subway has many stairs, which can be really tiring if you're carrying a large suitcase. Service: Overall good. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so communication is smooth. Any issues are resolved promptly. (All photos were taken with a 1x lens, no wide-angle. The room is genuinely very small, but it's clean, conveniently located, and a good choice when the price is right.)

The Koreana Hotel truly stands as a representative hotel in Korea, embodying understated luxury and elegance. It's nestled in the heart of Seoul, right next to Gwanghwamun Square and Cheonggyecheon Stream, offering stunning distant views of Namsan Mountain, especially beautiful at night. Opened in 1972, the Koreana Hotel played a significant role in international events, operating the main press center restaurant during the 1988 Seoul Olympics and later the Paralympics Athletes' Village restaurant. It has consistently served as an important hub for hosting international guests! We booked the Koreana Hotel this time because we had tickets for the Harry Potter 25th Anniversary Concert at Sejong Center for the Performing Arts on Friday evening from 7-9 PM. ^u^ For check-in, you need to prepare your ID card or passport. We were given a fantastic room on the 15th floor with an unparalleled night view. We are truly grateful for the hotel's excellent care! Although the room is around 30 square meters, it actually felt like 50 square meters. The decor is luxurious French style, comfortable yet elegant, and perfectly quiet. I had expected it to be somewhat old, but it's incredibly well-maintained and renovated, and the TV even connects directly to YouTube – a clear sign of how the world is changing and hotels are continuously improving! The bedding was also excellent with a very comfortable mattress. For travelers, getting a good night's rest, relaxing completely, and waking up refreshed and energized for the next day is crucial, and we both slept wonderfully! The room came with an iPad for ordering room service and hotel amenities, allowing many tasks to be completed quietly, which I absolutely loved. The hotel's response was incredibly fast; service requests were delivered within 5-10 minutes! We ordered abalone porridge for breakfast, and it was delivered promptly 20 minutes after we scheduled the preparation time. One portion was more than enough for both an adult and a child, and we enjoyed it very much! Do note that the hotel does not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, facial cleanser, or combs – only soap! Other items are available in a paid amenity kit, so be aware when checking in. There are two bottles of complimentary water; it's more economical to purchase additional water at a convenience store.

Each room comes with a KRW 50,000 gift card: I forgot how to use this one. Located in Myeongdong, it's an older five-star hotel. Because it's an older five-star, the building is a bit low-rise and not very prominent in Myeongdong (as a person bad with directions, I had to use navigation every time to get back to the hotel). The Airport Limousine Bus 6701 goes directly there, which is super convenient! Across from the hotel: There's a 7-Eleven and GS25 if you use the underground passage. Next door, there's an emart24. Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Good. Ambiance: Stylish, but the corridor outside the room had a slightly unpleasant smell. It's very close to Lotte Department Store, and Shinsegae Department Store isn't far either; Shinsegae is a bit better for shopping. Service: Polite and enthusiastic. The view is great, and as a suite, it's generally very good with no major drawbacks. The suite includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour. I didn't take photos of the breakfast, but it was extremely rich and delicious. Afternoon tea is shown in the pictures; there were no alcoholic beverages. The lighting and curtains are all smart-controlled, and there's an iPad by the bed to contact the hotel for requests. The space is also ample. The shower water pressure is excellent; both the overhead and handheld showers can be used simultaneously, and there's a seat. Various types of pillows are provided, such as memory foam pillows. Seoul's air quality is often poor, so the room is equipped with an air purifier, and you can call to have a humidifier delivered. The location is convenient, with the subway station just a 5-minute walk away. If I had to point out a drawback, the hotel has indeed been open for a number of years, and some basic features are a bit old. For example, the air conditioning lacks any advanced functions like scheduled shut-off; it only has a single temperature and fan speed setting.

I always used to do my 'hotelcation' at Lotte, but this time I stayed at the Grand Hyatt, and it was an excellent choice! 🫶👍 I regret not coming to the Hyatt sooner, honestly. Haha. True Wellness Point 1: The location and views are perfect for a quiet hotelcation and refreshing stay. 🫶 Even if it costs more, absolutely make sure to book a Namsan view or Han River view room! There's no need to wait in line at crowded cafes or rooftop cafes in the heat; you can relax in your room and fully enjoy a cafe-like atmosphere. If you convert time into money, this is much more reasonable. 🍀 Cafes in the central Hannam-dong area typically charge 5,500 to 7,500 KRW for an iced Americano. Hotel guests can buy an iced Americano from the 1st-floor deli for 6,500 KRW. ❤️ Wellness Point 2: There's a walking path connected to Namsan, so you can take a stroll after breakfast or even walk to Namsan Tower along the trail. ⭐ Truly the best! 🤗 Another great tip 👉 If you exit through the side path in the parking lot to the left of the hotel's main entrance (instead of the main entrance itself), you'll find Korean restaurants, convenience stores, and rooftop cafes. If the breakfast feels a bit too rich, you can easily balance it with some Korean food. ✨ The central commercial area of Hannam-dong, Itaewon, and Haebangchon are all within basic taxi fare distance, which is very convenient. 🫶 Wellness Point 3: If outdoor activities are too difficult in the heat, you can visit the Leeum Museum of Art right in front of the hotel to enjoy an exhibition and find some mental relaxation. Downsides: If I had to find any, the gym gets crowded. You need to be quick for breakfast. And if you go to the deli shop late in the afternoon, the salads are often sold out.

The room was really tiny. Whatever you do, don't buy any package deals, like the one for Petite France – it's incredibly far, like an hour and a half to two hours away, and you can't even get a refund. It doesn't really feel like a five-star hotel; more like a four-star. You can walk to Myeongdong in about 20 minutes from the hotel by taking the underground passage straight from Dongdaemun. But I found Korea to be quite run down, with power lines everywhere. Unless you're a big K-pop fan or love concerts, a trip to Korea can be pretty disappointing. Overall, for Seoul, where finding new hotels is a challenge, this one is pretty decent (the facilities feel new). The Four Seasons was booked, and other options (old/many bad reviews) were simply not appealing. 1. The bedding is just okay, a bit firm. But generally acceptable. There's a Type-C port on the side of the headboard, so no adapter is needed. 2. The public areas are quite comfortable and spacious! The entrance is on B1, which offers good privacy (no ground-floor entrance). 3. The pool and sauna are also quite pleasant and worth checking out. 4. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast. For lunch that day, I opted for in-room dining, and the ox bone soup with rice was decent (perhaps because I was quite hungry). Booked through Trip.com, and they helped me get an upgrade to a corner river view room! Also, I was able to check in around 1:10 PM, which was great! Room service took about 20 minutes, very responsive! In the evening, I tried the lounge bar, which offered good value for money and a nice ambiance! By the way, although the in-room toothbrushes are marked as chargeable, they are essentially not charged. I guess it's a balance between Korean legislation and customer service, haha!

This is a decent hotel, right next to Shinsegae Department Store, and directly outside Exit 7 of Hoehyeon Subway Station. There's a large ramp leading up to the lobby on the first floor, but you have to go to the seventh floor to check in. It seems like there's a police station building nearby with an escalator that takes you right to the lobby entrance. The hotel gave me a room on a higher floor, the 25th floor, which I believe is the top floor for guest rooms, but it was a corner room. The room layout was a bit odd; the room itself wasn't very big, with not much space beyond the bed, but the bathroom was exceptionally large, almost the same size as the room. There was a connecting door to the adjacent room, which was a suite. From the layout, this room seemed designed as a maid's room for the adjoining suite. When I complained about the corner room to the front desk, I was told that all rooms of this type are corner rooms, likely due to the design. Those who dislike corner rooms should consider this carefully. The mattress in the room was exceptionally high. Before arriving, I had requested a baby crib, but the hotel didn't reserve one for me that day and instead provided a rail. This rail was hard to describe – it made little difference from having nothing at all. There's a tablet by the bed that controls the mattress and air conditioning. You can directly order bath towels, water, ice, etc., and even send text requests to the front desk. The hotel appears to be a recommended hotel by LV. Upon check-in, I received an invitation to the LV exhibition, where you could get an LV canvas bag at the Shinsegae LV exhibition across the street. Overall, the hotel is quite good, with medium value for money.

My stay perfectly matched my expectations for The Shilla Seoul; if you're looking for an old-money vibe, this is a great fit. Hardware-wise, for a hotel with some history, it felt newer than I anticipated, and the crystal chandelier in the lobby is absolutely stunning. The room size was just right, with a wet and dry bathroom featuring a separate shower and bathtub. The windows and the view from the room are a major highlight. Even though my room this time didn't face Namsan Tower, it was still excellent. You'll need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush, but cotton swabs and shower caps are provided. The mini-fridge, snacks, and minibar are all chargeable. In terms of service, from getting out of the car to reaching my room, it met the high standards of a five-star hotel. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, and one even spoke Chinese to me during checkout (though I don't expect all of them to). This time, I also made sure to try the Room Service. The menu is in the desk drawer, and you can order using the in-room phone. The fried chicken and fries were very good; the portion was easily enough for two people or more. Regarding amenities, the bakery on the first floor of the hotel was bustling, mostly with local Koreans. I thought the taste was good, and the salt bread was particularly nice. The hotel lobby was almost always full, and there were constant business meetings and events happening on the left side, so you see a continuous stream of locals. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but you need to check the schedule carefully. Since I didn't use it, I can't offer advice. On either side of the hotel are Aesop and Moynat stores, and Shilla Duty Free is just a five-minute walk away. If your itinerary is well-planned and not rushed, staying at The Shilla is a great choice. It's not far to get to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Seochon, Bukchon, Myeongdong, Seongsu-dong, and Hannam-dong by taxi from here. However, if you're trying to pack a lot into your schedule and rely mainly on the subway, it might not be as suitable. Seoul traffic can be quite bad. Personally, I would consider staying at The Shilla again. The service experience was very satisfying.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious. I also appreciated that they asked for my preference between a bathtub or a shower room during check-in. This was my first time staying in Yongsan, and the location was incredibly convenient. The biggest plus was being directly connected to the station (no getting wet on the way back to the hotel, even in the rain!) and having a large shopping mall, iPark Mall, at the same station. I loved being able to shop for clothes and goods (like Muji) there. I'll definitely be back to explore more of Yongsan!

I specifically chose a hotel that had been renovated in recent years, and while it might not have all the latest tech of newer hotels, the overall experience was excellent! The afternoon tea in the lobby was a wonderful touch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the many antique European furniture pieces and porcelain displayed, which perfectly matched the design aesthetic. The gym was very spacious and even included a sauna and a swimming pool. Breakfast was also quite abundant!

Not a bad hotel. The most convenient thing about it is the 24-hour CU (convenience store), whose staff are always friendly and polite. Now I have to mention the downsides, which, to be honest, I wasn’t prepared for at all. The first and main drawback is that I was supposed to get an Executive class room. However, instead, I stayed in a Deluxe class room. Let me clarify right away: I had previously stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel under the Play&Stay package, which means I didn’t know what room category I would be given until the very end. To make things easier for me and avoid having to check out and check back in, they gave me one standard room for the entire stay. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that my new friend, who also checked in under Play&Stay for the same dates as me, was given an Executive class room – even though she checked in later. So basically, I could have been staying in better conditions. When I received my voucher from Trip.com and saw that it listed a room like my friend’s – nothing like what I actually got – I went to the front desk. The administrator just smiled and shrugged. All he said was, 'You agreed to stay in that room.' Yes, I agreed, but no one told me about any alternatives at check-in… And the situation was NOT resolved at all. That said, I can’t say the conditions in the Deluxe Room were bad (otherwise I wouldn’t have let it slide). It was quite cozy, spacious, and overall pleasant to stay in. That said, one day, the person in charge of housekeeping apparently decided I didn’t need to take a shower, so they removed the shower gel container for a whole day (luckily, I had brought travel-sized ones with me, even though I had hoped I wouldn’t need them). Other than that, everything was fine, and even that somewhat questionable attitude from the staff didn’t ruin my vacation.

I really liked the hotel, its location, and the fact that there was a lot of delicious food and local branded clothing nearby. There was one downside: my iPhone charger went missing. I reported it to the front desk, and the next day, while I was out, they supposedly found the charger under the sofa, even though I hadn't unplugged it from the wall. So, I recommend putting all small items in the safe. Even though it's a minor thing, it left a bad taste in my mouth. 😕

This is my second stay and I'm very satisfied. The room was quiet and all the facilities were fully equipped. The surrounding area is very peaceful, and the location is excellent; it's a five-minute walk to Dongdaemun Subway Station, and taxis are easily accessible. You can walk to Dongdaemun for fried chicken and a sauna. If you walk forward from the hotel and then turn left down the street, you'll discover a hidden gem of restaurants and cafes, all frequented by locals. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The service was also excellent.

This location is perfect for a super short weekend trip if your sole purpose is to see a show at KSPO Dome, with no sightseeing plans. From Seolleung Station, it's just one stop on Line 6 to Seonjeongneung, where you can transfer to the Line 9 express to Olympic Park (be aware that if you're taking the subway to the airport, it's the same line but in the opposite direction, and it's best to avoid rush hour as it gets incredibly crowded). First, the pros: The front desk staff can communicate in English. The bathroom provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and basic toiletries. There's also a convenient check-out process, and the accommodation terms are printed in multiple languages for easy reference, making it generally foreigner-friendly, especially for introverts. Within walking distance, there are at least two or three convenience stores, ensuring you can grab hot food even when returning late, which is reassuring. The downsides are that getting to and from the airport isn't convenient; it would be a real headache if you're in a hurry. Also, fully sealed windows inevitably affect hygiene; without regular ventilation and natural sunlight, bedding is more prone to breeding bacteria. So, if you're traveling during the coldest or hottest times of the year and need to stay for more than two nights, this is likely not the optimal choice (you'll either be cold during showers or hot while sleeping, which can be quite uncomfortable).

[Solo Travel / Budget-Friendly Gem 🎯 Tested & Approved for Safety and Thoughtful Amenities] I recently stayed at a modern, high-value accommodation in Gangnam-gu, perfect for travelers who value independence and safety! 💡 Pleasant Surprises: Comprehensive Access Control 💳 | Keycard required for all entry/exit. Elevators serve floors 5-7, making it very secure for solo travelers. 24h Self Check-in 📲 | Super high-tech! But if you really need help, the staff are always enthusiastic and willing to assist. Amazing Common Area ☕️🔌 | Water dispenser, coffee machine, microwave – all available. Even the seating areas have charging ports. With Type-C and USB charging available, you don't need adapters; just plug in and recharge your phone. Girls' Best Friend 🎀 | Basic toiletries provided, and they even have a hair straightener and hairdryer ready for you! Under-Bed Luggage Storage 🧳 | Even in standard rooms, each bed has a dedicated space underneath for luggage, which greatly enhances the sense of space. 📌 Honest Feedback: Upon check-in, there were some minor uncleaned stains on the pillowcase, but thankfully, the overall environment was still clean and tidy. Also, luggage storage service is only until 6 PM, so keep that in mind. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. The convenience and sense of security are definitely worth every penny!

The location is quite good. For dining, you can head to Myeongdong, and there's also a KFC and Burger King along the main road if you walk a bit. Public transport, including buses and subways, is fairly convenient, though it does involve a 8-20 minute walk. An airport bus stop is located just across the intersection to the right when you exit the hotel. There are also GS25 and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby. I booked the Deluxe Family Twin Room. The TV was large and easy to operate, and the air conditioning was incredibly fast and smart. However, the room size was a bit small; with three people, there was hardly any space to move around. There was no desk against the wall or upright chairs, and the sink was right next to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. The room provided complimentary purified water, coffee, and tea, along with an electric kettle and hairdryer. The cleaning was very thorough. Because we had many people and accumulated a lot of mixed trash, some of it wasn't properly sorted. I left a memo when we checked out. 🙏 The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Staff spoke Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. They also offered free luggage storage and had a restroom and lounge area. Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from its quality. Considering all these factors and the price, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

I had a really great stay at Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong—it was definitely the right choice. The location is perfect. I usually stay right in the middle of Myeongdong, but this time I chose Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong, which is slightly away from the busiest area. It felt much more comfortable and gave a more premium experience. It’s still very close to Myeongdong, and the surrounding area is clean and pleasant. The hotel also has a laundry zone, the rooms are very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping. Overall, everything about the hotel is 10/10. The hotel informed me that there is a Seven Eleven on the first floor. Unfortunately, the staff there had a poor attitude—they seemed unwilling to serve a tourist and were visibly upset. I was also given incorrect change, and when I went back, it seemed they already knew they had given me less. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

The hotel is just walking distance to metro as well as airport express rail making it so convenient. You can take the airport train to the hotel, which only cost 1/3 of airport express bus. Behind the hotel is the beautiful Gyeongui Line Park (attached photos) where you can have your morning jog or evening walk. It is connected to the latest happening Yeongnam park near Hongdae. But you have to walk for 2.7km to reach there. However, it is a very nice walk if you like to stroll through parks. Room itself is clean and tidy. Only thing to improve is the breakfast. Although the variety is good, all the food is exactly the same every day. You will get bored after your 3rd morning. Even there is no change of fruits, everyday orange, banana and frozen persimmon.

I booked a deluxe king room, which, according to the room type description, should have been on floors 8-19. However, when I checked in, the front desk assigned me a room on the 6th floor. Upon entering, I found the room to be quite ordinary. The bathtub and shower facilities were also poorly designed; even with a shower curtain, water would spray out, leaving a puddle on the floor. I later checked my booking and realized they had given me the wrong room type! That evening, I went to the front desk to discuss it. Initially, they insisted that room 601 was a large room and there was no difference, even claiming other rooms would be smaller... It was only after I insisted that they agreed to move me to a higher floor, 1301, the next day. As expected, the higher-floor room was noticeably newer. What a waste of money for the first night's room difference!
