The room is nice, and the location is excellent, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The self-service laundry is also great, costing 4000 KRW for washing and 4000 KRW for drying, with an additional 1000 KRW for detergent. The only downside might be the round sink in the bathroom, which tends to splash water onto the floor, making the slippers slippery. I suggest improving this. Everything else was quite good! We extended our stay for a day due to the typhoon, and the price was almost the same as the original, which was very fair. ^_^ PS: The hotel offers a free pillow exchange service. We asked for one latex and one magnetic pillow. If you need one, just call the front desk! 🌟

This is the ideal hotel to stay-in in Seoul because it is literally located right at the heart of Myeong-dong everywhere happening. There is a large 7-11 conveniently located just 10 metres away, the start of a night market just another 20 metres away. Cross over to the other side and there's all the luxury shopping (Lotte Deparment Stall) which in my opinion is better than Gangnam. another direction and you will hit Myeongdong shopping main street. Go underneath and there will be a huge underground shopping mall that leads all the way to City Hall main station. Rooms are very spacious, the gym was excellent and last but not least, the staffs were all very friendly and kind to allow us to check-in early due to available vacant rooms. My family and I will definitely be back here when we comes back to Seoul again.

## Location: Perfect Score Right across from Lotte Duty-Free and less than a 5-minute walk to Shinsegae Duty-Free, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. Its location is comparable to the Aloft nearby but significantly better than Voco (which requires a bit of a detour). If you're here for serious shopping, this location will definitely save you time and effort. ## Room & Facilities The room size is similar to Aloft's – both are on the 'compact' side. It's a bit smaller than Voco, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might want to reconsider. The hotel is located within a mixed-use building, so you'll need to go to the 9th-floor lobby for check-in. Waiting for elevators during peak hours can be a bit of a pain. There are free luggage lockers on the 9th floor lobby, which are very convenient to use. ## Service & Details The service was adequate, neither exceptionally good nor bad. However, there's a noticeable drawback: my Trip.com reservation explicitly requested a 'high floor,' but I was given the 11th floor (guest rooms are on floors 10-18). This compromised both the view and the quietness. I recommend calling ahead to confirm or actively requesting a higher floor upon arrival. The central air conditioning noise from the adjacent building runs 24/7, which somewhat affected my sleep. ## Alternatives Next door is Ibis. If you're not sensitive to floor level or room size, you could compare prices for the same location and pick whichever is cheaper. ## Summary: If you're looking for ultimate convenience and don't mind a smaller room or the occasional elevator wait, this place is worth considering. However, if a great view, spacious rooms, or a high-floor experience are important to you, I suggest lowering your expectations or looking elsewhere.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the price was just right. It was also very conveniently located, with four subway lines nearby and a convenience store just a short walk away. David at the front desk was very accommodating; even though it wasn't yet 3 PM for check-in, he told us we could check in early because a room was already cleaned. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was excellent, and I'll definitely come back again.

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Myeongdong for one night before flying out of ICN. My only requirement was that the hotel have easy access to the airport limousine route. While there is a stop a few steps from the hotel, we found that, given the time of our flight the following morning, we ultimately needed to use a different stop. We trekked the extra 10 minutes in the morning with our luggage, which was less than ideal, but ultimately worked out fine. The hotel was easy to access, tucked into a quiet corner of Myeongdong. While we arrived quite late in the evening, the staff was glad to receive us. The check-in instructions were simple and easy. We received a room on the 20th (I think) floor with a lovely view of the city. It was clean and well-appointed with space for four suitcases, which was necessary as we prepared to depart Korea with many new purchases. The famous Myeongdong walking street was only a 7-minute walk away, which is a major selling point. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a solo traveler, a pair, or a couple. The room is small, but clean, and the location is prime.

Upon entering to check-in, there was no proactive greeting. The attitude during check-in was also just so-so. I chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as a 'Chinese selection,' but I felt their attitude towards Chinese guests was indifferent. Other explanations were general, mainly emphasizing the 11 AM check-out time, warning of a penalty otherwise. Personally, I think the hot water issue, which I'll mention next, is more important than that. Aside from these points, the hygiene was acceptable. The facilities are a bit old. There's a convenience store nearby, and the bus stop downstairs is also very convenient.

Good experience over all. Very close to the Coex mall. Lobby is on 20 floor, which is different from others. Recently SamSung station has been remodeling, made it little noise when cars drive over the steel covered road. But it is reasonable price being in the center of Gangnam-gu. One of the pros was I made a reservation under my daugter's name, which I didn't recognised that time. they couldn't find the reservation a bit long time, and they was wrong where I booked it through. The trip.com.. not ***********. the room is clean. I would like to recommend to stay this hotel. Over all reasonable. There are many restuarants in the Coex mall and shopping spots too.

The room was great, located on the 23rd floor with a stunning lake view. When I booked, I selected a three-person meal option for two adults and one child. The price for a two-person meal and a three-person meal was different at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that one of the meals in my three-person package was a complimentary children's meal. Since my child is 13 years old, exceeding the 12-year age limit, they were not eligible for the free buffet breakfast, and I was asked to pay. To avoid disrupting our travel plans and mood, I paid for the meal. However, I find this explanation completely unacceptable. I purchased a three-person meal package, but at the hotel, it was treated as if I bought two meals and received one free. If I had known it was a complimentary meal from the hotel, why would I not just book the two-person meal package and save some money?! I urge Trip.com and the hotel to communicate and provide a satisfactory resolution.

While Ctrip shows this hotel opened in 2024, it's likely an older hotel that's been rebranded or renovated. The facilities are a bit dated and the lighting is dim. However, its prime location is a big plus. The sandwiches at the TWO SOME cafe downstairs are delicious. You can walk directly to the hotel from Seoul Station by following the overhead walkway, and you even get a view of Namsan Tower. Namsan Hanok Village is also nearby and worth a visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway and bus stops. You can easily walk to the Hanok village near Changdeokgung Palace, and Gwangjang Market is also very nearby. At the eastern end of the market, there are fruit shops, so you can really indulge in fresh fruit. Downstairs, there's a supermarket that seems to be open all the time, so no matter how late you come back, you can always find something to buy. We were given a room facing north, which offered fantastic views of the mountains and the palace. The bed in the room was large, and there were no strange odors, making it perfect for a family trip.

The downside is that there were former employees striking outside the hotel the entire time. It seems this hotel treats its staff very poorly. The daily room cleaning was also done very late, probably because they laid off so many employees. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location, however, is excellent. It's super convenient for getting to major shops in Myeongdong like Olive Young (though a bit far from the duty-free shop). The subway station is right downstairs, and there's also a very large 7-Eleven downstairs with spacious seating for instant noodles. Other stores like GS25 are also nearby, and a 12-story Daiso is just across the street. The hotel doesn't provide disposable dental kits, so you can just buy them directly from Daiso. Myeongdong Cathedral is right behind the hotel, and there are quite a few historical attractions in the vicinity. Luggage storage is very convenient, and check-in is self-service.

First off, this is a legitimate hotel, not a guesthouse or a self-built inn. It has all the standard hotel amenities. It's definitely a suitable place to stay. Now, regarding the location, don't trust some of the online guides. This area isn't a commercial district or where tourists would typically want to go. It's a wholesale market hub, much like Beijing's Zoo Market or Chengdu's Lotus Pond Market – places that open at night for stocking up and close during the day. Within a two-kilometer radius, there are tens of thousands of tailor shops. Of course, there are some malls that are open during the day, but they're very few, so it's not recommended for tourists to stay here. I chose this place because I was returning to China from Busan, wanted a good night's rest, and needed to go to Gimpo Airport the next day. For everyone else, it's probably best to stick to hotels near Myeongdong; having Lotte Department Store right outside is the way to go. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste; you have to buy them from a vending machine. They really don't offer them at all, unlike other hotels where they might not actively provide them but will give them to you if you ask, like a razor. The two beds are roughly the size you'd find in a student dormitory. The breakfast *looked* like it would be good, but the reality was that it ended at 10 AM, with last entry at 9:30 AM. I went around 8:40 AM, and all that was left was sliced bread, sliced baguette, and instant noodles. As for scrambled eggs, bacon fried rice, which should have been there, I didn't see any – they were gone by at least 8:30 AM, and they didn't restock at all. The small pots for dishes in my pictures were all empty. I only managed to eat four small mushrooms. The hotel description mentioned sausages and other items, but there was absolutely nothing. In the end, I had a cup of instant noodles and a glass of grape juice.

This hotel is fantastic! To get there, take airport bus 6015 and get off at Namdaemun Station. The hotel is located in the alley directly opposite where you get off. Just cross the road via the underpass, and it's a maximum 10-minute walk. It's also incredibly close to Myeongdong. If you exit the other end of the alley, it's a three-minute walk, and a right turn will lead you to an underground shopping center. From there, you can access Lotte Department Store through several entrances, or keep walking to exit 18 which leads directly to Myeongdong Shopping Street – perfect for avoiding the sun during the day. I highly recommend this hotel; the breakfast is excellent with a self-service ramen machine, and there were many Western guests. They provide disposable slippers and two bottles of mineral water. The room is cleaned, but they don't fold the duvet. Check-in was easy; even with a bit of gesturing and guessing, there were staff who spoke Chinese, though you might not always encounter them. I didn't experience any unfriendliness. This hotel is far superior to the Ibis I stayed at later near Myeongdong. If you're going to Seoul, this hotel is highly recommended for its convenience to attractions and shopping, plus direct airport bus service for your return. What's more, you need to swipe your card not only for the elevator but also for the hallway, and then again to enter your room, which made me feel much safer. Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Although it's located halfway up a hill, there's a shuttle bus for tourists to Myeongdong and Hannam-dong, and it's also very convenient to call an Uber or a taxi right outside. Ambiance: The hotel has a very old-money feel. The window views are beautiful, and the colors of the mountain forest change with the seasons, which I imagine would also change one's experience of the hotel. The rooms are very beautiful; I highly recommend a mountain-view room. Service: The service is exceptionally attentive, breaking away from traditional Korean service. I stayed at this facility at a rock bottom price thanks to trip.com deals...this year, korean hotels are more expensive actually, rightfully so, due to 🚀 tourist interest..let me go back to travelodge dongdaemun...I like the fact that it is an environmentally responsible hotel, but the fact that you have to ask for everything from the reception, even for a long stay, is a nuisance.. As I was out all day, I could not get clean towels for 4 of the 6 days, Noone came for cleaning without being asked...I asked for a make up bed once and that was done but other than that environmental is an excuse to ignore the room altogether....I never ask for daily cleaning w'ever I stay, but this hotel charges 100-130/ daily nowadays, you have to change the towels every two or three days without being asked...this is not good or satisfactory service..my two cents...

The lobby is gorgeous and has a great style. The room isn't big, but I found it quite cozy, and it was very quiet at night, so I slept soundly. We booked a twin room, but the two beds were quite small, only about a meter wide each. We had two small children with us, and the front desk charged an extra 200 yuan or so per person per day, which I found quite unreasonable. If they had provided extra towels, toiletries, or even an extra duvet, or a small toy (without being asked), it would have felt like we were getting something for that value. But as it was, there was no difference compared to not paying, especially since even toothbrushes cost extra. As for cleanliness, don't scrutinize the details too much; a germaphobe would have to turn a blind eye. For example, the bathtub felt dirty to the touch, and there was hair wrapped around the faucet, but we probably wouldn't use it anyway, so don't dwell on it too much.

Overall, I had a good stay, although I would recommend keeping expectations reasonable for a Novotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright with plenty of natural light. The bed had a good level of firmness, and both the pillows and duvet were very comfortable. However, I encountered two issues during my stay. First, there was a problem with the motion-sensor light near the entrance of the room. It was supposed to turn on when someone entered or walked by, but the sensor in my room seemed to malfunction. The light kept turning on by itself even when no one was moving nearby, and this happened dozens of times throughout the night. As someone sensitive to light while sleeping, this was quite disruptive. I contacted the front desk the next morning, and they quickly sent a technician who removed the sensor/light system. I really appreciated how efficiently the staff handled the issue, although unfortunately it had already affected my sleep for the entire night. Second, the bathroom floor and the area connecting the bathroom to the room were quite slippery when wet. Extra caution may be needed, especially for elderly guests or families with young children. Before check-in, I received an email informing me that the hotel swimming pool was under maintenance and that guests would need to use the pool at the neighboring Grand Mercure instead. However, during my actual stay, the swimming pool at the 4F Fitness Club was still available for use. The information was therefore somewhat inconsistent, although it did not negatively affect my stay. I also paid to use the sauna facilities. The area was clean and well maintained. The facilities consisted of one cold bath, one hot bath, and a dry sauna. There was no wet sauna or steam room, and I personally found the dry sauna temperature to be relatively mild. If the sauna is an important part of your stay, you may want to consider whether the facilities meet your expectations before paying the additional fee. Overall, the room itself was comfortable and spacious, and I was impressed by how quickly the staff responded when I reported the sensor issue. There were a few minor issues with the facilities and communication, but the stay was generally pleasant. A good hotel overall, just don't set your expectations too high.

Not a bad hotel. The most convenient thing about it is the 24-hour CU (convenience store), whose staff are always friendly and polite. Now I have to mention the downsides, which, to be honest, I wasn’t prepared for at all. The first and main drawback is that I was supposed to get an Executive class room. However, instead, I stayed in a Deluxe class room. Let me clarify right away: I had previously stayed at the Swiss Grand Hotel under the Play&Stay package, which means I didn’t know what room category I would be given until the very end. To make things easier for me and avoid having to check out and check back in, they gave me one standard room for the entire stay. You can imagine my surprise when I found out that my new friend, who also checked in under Play&Stay for the same dates as me, was given an Executive class room – even though she checked in later. So basically, I could have been staying in better conditions. When I received my voucher from Trip.com and saw that it listed a room like my friend’s – nothing like what I actually got – I went to the front desk. The administrator just smiled and shrugged. All he said was, 'You agreed to stay in that room.' Yes, I agreed, but no one told me about any alternatives at check-in… And the situation was NOT resolved at all. That said, I can’t say the conditions in the Deluxe Room were bad (otherwise I wouldn’t have let it slide). It was quite cozy, spacious, and overall pleasant to stay in. That said, one day, the person in charge of housekeeping apparently decided I didn’t need to take a shower, so they removed the shower gel container for a whole day (luckily, I had brought travel-sized ones with me, even though I had hoped I wouldn’t need them). Other than that, everything was fine, and even that somewhat questionable attitude from the staff didn’t ruin my vacation.

It's only three subway stops directly to Shinsegae Centum City department store, making shopping and dining hassle-free. 2. **Great Layout**: It’s a standard two-bedroom, one-living-room layout with two queen-sized beds (1.5m). The two bathrooms mean no fighting over facilities. It also has a separate living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a washing machine in the room, which makes daily laundry and cooking very convenient. 3. **Unique Balcony & Amenities**: The most unique feature is the rotating balcony, offering a good view. There's a café on the ground floor where guests can have breakfast (I didn't pre-order breakfast). The overall space is spacious and has a strong homey feel. There are three air conditioners in the unit, providing ample cooling. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: 1. **Housekeeping Request**: Unlike regular hotels, there's no 'make up room' light. If you want your room cleaned, you have to call the front desk to schedule it, which is quite inconvenient. 2. **Lack of Blackout Curtains**: The second bedroom only has a sheer curtain, no thick blackout curtain. As soon as it gets light, direct sunlight streams into the room, making it easy to be woken up and affecting sleep quality. I hope the hotel can add blackout curtains to improve this. 3. **AC Remote Control Issue**: There's only one remote control for three air conditioners. If you want to turn on the AC in different rooms, you have to keep moving the remote back and forth, which is very inconvenient to use. 4. **Hot Common Hallways**: The common hallways on each floor don't have air conditioning. When entering and leaving the room, the hallways feel noticeably stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, the value for money is good, and the location and layout are very suitable for family travel. However, there are quite a few hardware details that could be optimized. Friends who are particular about blackout curtains and AC remote convenience might want to consider these points beforehand.

After staying at the Conrad Yeouido, I moved to this hotel, and the comparison was striking. First, the gym (Pic 2) – it's excellent! The equipment is new and comprehensive. The pool isn't huge but it's spotless. The views are also great; I really enjoyed working out while overlooking the city. The Conrad's gym on the 8th floor, in contrast, felt very ordinary. Next, the bar (Pics 3, 4) – the service was just okay (it felt like an outsourced operation), but the music was good, and the views were fantastic. I hope they improve the bar service. Finally, the hotel overall: I must commend their truly *outstanding* service. They were incredibly responsive. When we checked in, we asked for help booking a Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel. We thought the staff had forgotten, but to our surprise, he left a note in our room later, apologizing that the reservation had failed. Then, when the mini-fridge started making noise in the middle of the night, we called for assistance, and someone quickly came to fix it. The next day, they sent pastries and an apology letter. These little touches really show their meticulous attention to service. There was a slight odor in the bathroom, possibly due to the strong winds and continuous rain during our stay. The hotel lobby and front desk have a museum-like quality, full of artistic flair. Overall, I really loved it. This will be my top choice for future visits to Seoul.

Facilities: Excellent, the flowers in the lobby are beautiful. Service: The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hygiene: Very clean, the room was great, they even helped with an extra bed. Facilities: Excellent, the lunch buffet was delicious, reasonably priced, and had a great variety. The steak on the second floor was also very good.

This was a hotel I'd always wanted to stay at, and it didn't disappoint; it was a very fulfilling stay. Although access from the station is poor, Uber (or Kakao Taxi) solved the problem. The view of Seoul Tower nearby was beautiful. I ordered truffle French fries through in-room dining, but unfortunately, they had almost no truffle flavor. Breakfast offered a choice of three sets, and there was a juice bar and egg station, and one type of noodle dish was also available. It was elegant to be able to drink sparkling wine in the morning. There was a wide variety of food, and I was completely full. The staff were very helpful, and I would like to visit this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The room was clean and tidy. It was great that the mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and there were welcome snacks too. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, and surprisingly, the best thing was the gimbap! They could definitely add more variety. The location is fantastic; it's a 5-minute walk to Hyundai Department Store, and trendy Cheongdam-dong brands are within walking distance. There's also a subway station right downstairs! Getting around is super convenient!

It was our first trip to Seoul with the kids, and we had a great rest at this wonderful accommodation. Our schedule for the day was packed and tiring, but we rested well at the place. Our summer clothes were soaked in sweat, but thanks to the washing machine, we were able to bring them back safely without any lingering smells. All the facilities were well-equipped, and we experienced no inconvenience using them. We couldn't find any laundry detergent, so we bought some ourselves and left it behind. It would be great if you could leave some out for us to use. If you are using public transportation, it is closest to get off at Seoul Venture Town Station on the subway. I think it would be great for families traveling to Seoul. You can cook your own meals, and the large refrigerator is a plus. It was a wonderful trip. Thanks to you, we were able to handle the next day's schedule and return home safely. Thank you. Oh, the photos are exactly as the owner posted them, so I just uploaded a shot of the front entrance. It is impeccably clean.

The hotel's service is great, and its location is very convenient. It's close to the subway station, with various snack shops, convenience stores, and bus stops nearby. There's even a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach many downtown areas by bus.

Super modern and stunning hotel, chic decor and vibey atmosphere. Great location too, very short walk from public transport stations and a 7-eleven next door. Staff are kind, room key was a passcode and QR code for the lift. Rooms are clean and stunning, very modern, huge smart TV with youtube etc, and THE comfiest bed ever!! Bathroom was quite small but had everything I needed - floors get quite wet due to shower positioning but lovely shower and products. Only downside was I had no safe and the lounge on 18th floor was under construction however the 19th floor rooftop was open to use, but slightly disappointed there wasnt anything up there other than seating areas - although these were nice and had stunning views! Could also leave luggage there before check in and after check out which was great.

We had a really nice stay overall! 😍The hotel owner is super friendly and easy to talk to, which made everything feel very comfortable.😻When we weren’t sure how to use the aircon, she even came over and showed us step by step—really appreciated that!🥰 The facilities are great too—there’s a water dispenser, washing machine, and even a ramen machine, which was a fun bonus and super convenient.🤩 Overall, it’s a very cozy and welcoming place with thoughtful touches.

Absolutely 100/10! Location: fantastic! 2x metro exits right outside the hotel with the others near by!!! It is close to Ikseon-dong.. less than 1 min walk, Insadong - 2-3 mins walk. Myeongdong - easy 30 mins walk! Location really is amazing! Service: customer service is 5 stars! The reception can all speak English and they were soooo helpful! They always say hello in Korean when they see you! And they helped me locate the correct bus stop towards the airport. If they didn’t help, I would have got the wrong bus stop haha. Cleanliness: can’t complain, I thought housekeeping did a great job! Overall: I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE FROM NOW ON :) ohhh and there’s a bath tub in the bathroom, it was also a really spacious big bathtub! Everything was great! Definitely one of my favourite stays! I wish they had a gym then it would be superperfect!

Location: First time staying in Yeongdeungpo; it's a short walk from the airport limousine bus stop so that was convenient. There's a Starbucks and C U convenience store right outside the hotel. YDP station and Lotte Department Store are a short walk away, though I recommend taking a short bus ride to the Hyundai Department Store. It's also near the Yeouido Hangang Park. Room: Layout is a little strange as other reviewers have noted, and indeed there's very little space to open your suitcase. I placed mine at the wardrobe area, which meant it was a little difficult to access the clothes I hung up. I liked the two couches against the window. Toilet: The sink is the first thing you see when you enter the room. I didn't like how the shower and toilet shared a door, and there's no bidet for the toilet. Water pressure and temperature control for both the rain shower and handheld shower were good. Bed: Fairly comfy, however it was the first time I've ever experienced a creaky hotel bed. Miscellaneous: Might be a minor thing for most but the room slippers were a joke...the top part was literally paper and difficult to slip on and off because of the way the paper was folded. Fridge was small and not very cold but did its job. Lobby is small and only has one seating area, so it's not a place to chill or wait around long. Staff were friendly, and I was allowed to check in slightly earlier than 3pm. Checkout was fuss-free.

Stayed in a Family Type A room with 2 people. Pros: * **Spacious room:** Plenty of space to open two suitcases (one large, one medium). * **Large beds:** Both beds were generously sized. * **Amenities:** Comes with bottled water, chopsticks, plastic spoons (can get unlimited from the amenity shelf on the first floor), a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, pajamas, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairdryer, 2 bath towels, 4 face towels, and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. * **Housekeeping:** On the first night, only towels were changed, but from the second day onwards, both towel changes and bed making were done properly. * **Ceiling height:** Some reviews mentioned low ceilings, but it didn't bother me at all. The room (or perhaps the building itself) felt more like a renovated apartment than a typical hotel. * **Adjustable AC:** Air conditioning could be individually controlled. * **Large TV:** Big screen TV with access to Netflix and YouTube (can log in to personal accounts). * **Separate toilet and shower:** The toilet and shower are in separate areas, so the floor doesn't get wet. * **Free access to basement bath:** Seemed like the large bath in the basement was free with a QR code given at check-in (though I ended up showering every night as I returned late). Cons: * **No screen on large window:** The small window had a screen, but the large one didn't (though I didn't need to open the window much, as I returned late every day). * **Toilet paper flushing:** You can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. * **No locks or changing area:** The shower room was to the right of the sink, and the toilet to the left, but neither had a lock, and there was no dedicated changing area. * **One key card:** Only one key card for two guests. * **Elevator security:** No need to tap the room key to use the elevator, which means anyone could potentially access the floors. * **Weak shower pressure:** The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. * **Lack of bedside outlets:** Couldn't find any power outlets by the bed (only found two in the kitchen and two to the left of the washing machine).

The hotel’s facilities and policies were not good at all. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and almost everything else were charged separately. You could simply make the room rate slightly higher and provide at least a toothbrush for guests. The bathroom was very small, and there was nowhere to place shampoo bottles or other toiletries. The slippers were not disposable; they were plastic slippers, which raised hygiene concerns. On our last day, they did not even provide a bottle of water because we were checking out that day. The service was terrible, although the location was good.
