We stay here for 2 nights, our room was very spacious and clean, bed is very big and comfy. Bathroom area is also big. We had great customer service especially Michael, he is very attentive. Our room is right in front of the pool, the pool area was nice & relaxing. Things I don't like about the hotel is that it is too close to the airport can hear aircraft, also croaking frogs in the pond couldn't sleep at night, the wifi there is not that good and yes that weird room key...no a padlock! Apart from that it is a ok hotel to stay ;)

I stayed more than a week here and really liked that it was spacious and had what I needed to relax i.e a vanity area, kettle for tea, a fridge with 2 complimentary bottled water daily, sofa for reading, adequate sized cupboard, small table, small balcony etc. There is a 7 eleven nearby if you would like to try some salted egg or sea**** potato chips, vanilla cream rolls, thai iced tea etc Generally, the area was quiet and calm and I was lucky to have a view of some green space. It took me about 30-45 mins to walk to the Chiang Mai University Art centre, Suan Dok Gate and Chiang Mai historical museum. There were many places to eat cheaply around the area that were vegetarian friendly. I am a solo female traveller and felt safe to walk around in the daytime. I was always back by sunset so can't say what it was like at night. That meant that I did not go to the night market but I have no regrets. Overall, this was a trip for the enjoyment of local food and drinks more than sightseeing. Go around lunch time and there would plenty of food promotions for cheap that includes fresh juices. I enjoyed my trip and I was glad to have stayed with them. 100 baht breakfast includes a selection of hot meals (at least 2 could be made vegan - fried rice and fried noodles), some toasts and spreads, 3 different choice of cereals, some vegetables. I think it's worth it given the price. It took me longer than 90 mins to walk to the airport when I could have reached there in 50 mins due the road closure by the army.

Looking at all the 5 star reviews, I was expecting perfection but what we actually got on our one nights stay was fairly average. On arrival they requested 500 baht deposit in cash, wouldn't accept card. Luckily we had some cash left but this meant another trip to the ATM. The AC in our room was too noisy, even on the lowest setting, 23 degrees. It would be quiet for a few minutes, then kick into overdrive for 5 minutes and then double overdrive for 10 minutes longer. Then stop, and repeat, all night. It was only noticeable when we finally went to sleep, which by then was too late to do anything about it as it was 11pm. Personally for me, the location was too far away from the main road. It was a long walk back to the main road and the tuk tuk service was always out of action each time we asked as the driver was collecting other guests from the airport. We found ourselves using grab taxi to get around due to the heat! We had a lovely big balcony overlooking the golf course, but no furniture to sit on, a couple of chairs and a table would be appreciated, as there was minimal space in the room for two people to sit together (without sitting on the bed). Aside from this, the staff were excellent, the hotel looks nice and the rooms were well kept.

The house is very cute, the most important thing is clean, well proportioned. Suitable for working people who want a simple rest. But friends who will stay must plan carefully. On the trip, it is written that stay 15.00 a.m. But when the accommodation contacts It will be 16.00 p.m. Send the person that the stay can be too slow. The check-in system also stays by yourself. There is no housekeeper service both in and out. (OK, not arguing about the security system)

The apartment is the same as the photo, the house is large, the rooms are large Fully equipped, washing machine dryer, laundry About ten minutes walk to maya shopping center About 10 minutes drive from the airport The landlord is very good and needs to be greatly appreciated! After checking out, the landlord immediately contacted me and arranged for grab to send  to the airport for me. The only downside is that there will be ant cockroaches in the bathroom. I will come to Lapin again next time I go to Chiang Mai no.8❤️

I was initially staying for one week but I extend for one more week as I loved Chiang Mai but also this hostel. Everything is super clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and the hostel is extremely well located ! I was always greeted by Jenny on reception with a warm smile. After enjoying Chiang Mai city for 2 weeks i extended my stay and paid a good price for 2 more weeks. The rooms available are fan only or fan and air conditioning. Although there is no fridge in the rooms there is a communal fridge in reception which is always stocked with ample water, soft drinks and beers all at very cheap prices. My large room had a fan, AC, TV, wardrobe, dresser, king size double bed with very clean bedding, which can be changed upon request. The shower area, although a bit outdated, is still quite adequate. Panda House is located on a no through road, there is hardly any traffic outside and it is exceptionally peaceful considering how close it is to the city. I could take a slow walk to Tha Phae Gate in less than 10 minutes. Nearby Tuk Tuks are easy to flag down; or reception will order a private taxi in a matter of minutes. Panda House does offer a food menu, however there are endless bars and restaurants all within walking distance. I stayed for one month and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

After tossing for a long time, I found that our bedside is next to the four main units of the air conditioner on the floor? ! ! ! This kind of room needs to be sold! Speechless! The next day, I added more than two hundred yuan to exchange for a large room. I thought it would be good, but it seemed that there was a waiter downstairs or something laughing and chatting, until one point! Fortunately, I only booked two nights, and I really need to see a doctor one night! ! ! The service is very good, LP's facial cleanser forgot to remember it the next day in the room and called to help us find it. But this hotel is really not suitable for staying, it is recommended to take pictures, just sit in the rooftop bar! ! !

QUU Hotel in Chiang Mai was the best hotel by far we have stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and helpful and go out of their way to help you and make your stay one to remember. The rooms are almost brand new, large in size, clean and very modern and stylish. The breakfast is generous and fresh, and their cafe and coffee is also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Chiang Mai, and now wished we’d stayed in Chiang Mai at the QUU hotel longer than the 4 nights we booked. It is incredible value for what you pay. We’ll definitely be back to stay!

The room was great. When the host, sister Yiyi, showed me the room, I saw a very large floor-to-ceiling window as soon as I entered the door, with Mount Suthep outside. I fell in love with it right away. In the evening, I can always lie in bed and see the red sunset of Mount Suthep outside. The room is simple and clean. There is a temple at the door of the B&B in a quiet alley. The sound of wind chimes during the day is particularly healing. There are 711 on the left and right when you come out of the B&B, which is very convenient. There are so many delicious food at the door! The host, Yiyi, is Chinese and very nice. You can chat with us in the coffee room on the first floor. If you have anything you don’t understand during the trip, you can ask the people in the store. You can also hang out with other friends at the B&B. Highly recommend this B&B!

I visited Chiang Mai for a few days. The Valentier Cafe and Hotel was a great choice as it is near many places of interest. The street the hotel is on is quiet and has many interesting cafes and restaurants. It's in a cool neighborhood in Old Chaing Mai. The room was super cozy and comfortable. AC worked very well and was super quiet. The hotel has a pool perfect for families with small children. I definitely recommend the Valentier Cafe and Hotel

This is our second visit to Chiang Mai. This time my wife and I stayed in The White Elephant Home for two nights. The location is great, very close to old city, only several minutes’ walk. I prefer to stay outside the old city for quiet, clean and comfortable neighbourhood. We booked a room for two and they upgraded us to a family room for three. The room is spacious, new and clean with a lovely balcony. The interior and exterior match the photos and description on the website. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is delicious. We enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The staff are nice and helpful, they have friendly smiles all the time. They speak good English and provided useful information to us in buying Green bus ticket to Chiang Rai. I didn't drive this time but I saw them providing car covers to guests and helped to cover and to remove it. Will definitely stay in The White Elephant Home again if we visit Chiang Mai again. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a beautiful lush green garden. Our room was huge and we even had a private garden. The hotel was close to the viewpoint and an entrance to the National park. There was also a cafe very close by with a large outdoor play area which was fantastic for my two kids. There were a few restaurants around and we found the stay lovely and peaceful. This is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from noise and into nature.

The room we booked has a balcony. The space is quite large and the bed is huge. Both of us slept very spaciously. There are disposable supplies and a refrigerator, which is cleaned every day and two new bottles of water are put in it. The location is excellent. The road in front of the hotel is quiet except during the rush hour. The must-visit temples are only a few hundred meters away, and some are diagonally opposite. Walk to the left at the intersection and you will find the night market, which also has a 711. There is another 711 100 meters to the right. We rented a motorcycle and parked it in the wrong place. The Chinese boss helped us negotiate with the police and drove us to the police station to deal with it. Without his help, we didn't know what to do. Thank you!

I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip and because it wasn’t my first time to the city, I was rather specific about where I wanted to stay, and I chose this hotel for its location in old town near to the many cafés I had wanted to visit. First app - the service. It was amazing! I was scheduled to arrive at 10pm and although the late check in procedure was originally a personal email on unlocking various locks to get the room as the lobby that connects to the bar was closed, after I responded, they actually said they will have someone to wait for me at the reception to help me with my check in. Already a very positive note even before I arrive! Check in was swift and the room was exactly like shown. Its not a style for all, but I love it. Its simple, classically modern and functional. My only gripe is that there are not enough power points near the main bed (or you will Need a longer wire) so you really have to charge your phones at the TV Consol (with my short wire) which means that you don’t get to have your phone right besides your bed. The bed is Asian style firm so if you like it cushy, then its not for you. The pillows were also not that ok, even though with 4, its not the firm kind so i did have trouble sleeping. But if you like fluffy kind, these are your heaven. The bathroom had all the amenities needed - toothbrush, cotton, et al., but no mouthwash, so bring your own. There is also handwash next to sink and a good hair dryer provided. Shower pressure was surprisingly good and the wall mounted heater means u can tune the hot water manually to your liking. The location is superb as its near Thae Pae gate and You can really explore the old Town easily within walking distance from this location. The hotel also has a coffee bar with very cool drinks.

We were a group of 5 friends and we were super comfortable. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. The pool is a lot. But cleaning is paid (500b). No reception. The girl who sells the excursions is the girl who gives you the key and don't give you any information. We were still super good. Very good location. Just on the street of Night Bazar.

This hotel is located by the river. When I first arrived, I saw the surrounding environment and felt a little cold. After check-in, the impression is completely changed. The staff at the hotel have a very good attitude, speaks and smiles decently. I asked them to help arrange the Hua Lanna massage and the taxi to the airport on the third morning. They all arranged it properly. Where can I go? , The waiter will take out the map, mark the route and provide it to me, and even check the location on the computer. After telling me the route, he will print the route to me. The work is very meticulous and thoughtful, especially praise! This time we stayed in a family room on the first floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a restaurant, which is very convenient for swimming and eating. The hotel’s restaurant provides 24-hour free mineral water, watermelon, pineapple, hot water, tea, coffee, egg rolls, rice crackers. You can make a cup of coffee at any time, sit under the tree, facing the river, and rest. In terms of location, there is a 7-11 on the diagonally opposite side of the hotel, and there is a supermarket a little past. Turn left and walk a short distance from the hotel to the iron bridge. After crossing the iron bridge, go straight for two intersections to the Changkang Road Night Market. I considered the resort before staying in this hotel, but it would be more troublesome to go out in the resort, and I finally chose this one, which proved to be correct. Of course, there are regrets about this stay: 1/The hotel just arranged for someone to trim the branches the next day, so that the tables and chairs at the door could not be seated, and the room would be noisy, and I could not enjoy the hotel environment well; 2/The bathroom drained slowly , There is water on the floor at the end of the bath; 3/The bathroom does not have a place to put towels and clothes, which is very inconvenient as a family room; 4/We stayed for two nights, and there was no cleaning staff in between to clean the room and collect garbage. Changing towels, putting paper towels, no cleaning work. Anyway, this is a highly comfortable hotel, a hotel that makes people want to stay all day without going out. Hope that next time you stay, there will be further improvement and experience. Answer a few questions from travelers: 1/Breakfast is good, I like purple mango sticky rice and chicken drumsticks; 2/Family room has a large bed and two single beds, suitable for a family of four; 3 The location of the hotel is not in the center, but it is far from Changkang The road night market is not very far, about a 15-minute walk; 4/ There is a little open space in front of the hotel, you can park about 6 cars.

I booked this place after checking out the review and was skeptical since it is cheap and near the bus station, but decided to try it anyway. Surprisingly the hotel looks modern, carpark space at the back is big, right across a temple which is not too noisy, yet by the road side near the bus station (50 meters away) So it will be great for people who come to Chiang Mai by long distance bus. Safe and secure, nice room with big LED TV, big room and comfy bed. Tips : Ask for a quiet room and you will get one facing the back, even more quiet than usual. They have buffet breakfast too.

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.
