Sri koustubham residency name got changed as Gandasala inn.
Management of the property is changed .we find it difficult in reaching the place as the name has got changed . It is GANDASALA INN now.
Initially we faced problem due to change of management and they have not updated the details.
The receptionist Mr.Giri contacted the owner of the property
and we got allotment of room only after 2 hours of waiting.
During our stay Mr.Giri and other staffs are very cooperative.
You can mention land mark of this property as pk layout adjacent to pradatp theatre.
Somewhat good for middle class family .

We went to Tirupati Balaji temple with the strength of 15 members (including kid and Senior citizens). After completing our Tirupati Balaji temple visit, we planned to stay nearby at Tirupati, found Jayaram Residency in MakeMyTrip. The location is in shanti nagar back side of the municipal park, I would really highly recommend Jayaram Residency (Home Stay). Their customer service is really appreciable. The quality of service is outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Even though your check-in and check-out time is noon to noon they'll give additional timings for you to vacate the room without asking any extra amount.
Last but not the least we are going to miss Devamma's Tea and Coffee!!!

Same old place nothing changed, since alone and I have patronised this place for 25+ years during my sales career, I booked here. Food in Maya is still good quality. Staff speaks Hindi , disappointed that old Telugu staff were removed. Nature of business I guess. This hotel has a unique heritage and can raise their quality and amenities even better.From€27

hello, I visit tirupati every year since last 4yrs. and everytime I always make it a point to stay in best western hotel. the staff, people at reception are wonderful. the room is just right. small renovation required here and there in the room but still the price and comfort the hotel provides is just fabulous.
I highly recommend people who are visiting tirupati for a day or 2 for darshan best western is the right place for you to stay.From€27

Ramcharan hotel is good in terms of room space. It is near to Tirumala entrance car check point compared to other hotels which are in the city. The air quality level is good. Breakfast is fresh and tasty 😋. I recommend using it. In a room you will get 2 queen size beds which are good for four people. Parking is there, you will get space, however it is limited. Properly is centrally located. It is opposite bus stand from where you can get ordinary and AC buses to Tirumala. There are several food joints and restaurants around. Food at hotel is good and reasonably priced. Rooms are not so good and bathroom taps leak. But renovation is going on. As informed, they shall be ready in 3 months. Staff does not talk much but service is good. Soap provided in bathrooms is substandard
