This hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends.
The only negative was the breakfast, quite expensive for what you get. For ordering you can basically only get eggs. Great if you love eggs but not so much if you don’t 😂 but still lovely.

The basic room type I booked is average in size, the sanitary napkin is big enough, it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the aqueduct, and about 15 minutes to walk to the castle, you can fully experience the city walk, the hotel building has a history of more than 400 years, and it has a strong sense of history

Facilities: The facilities are great, it is on the mountain, if it is convenient to drive by car, parking is free, the parking lot is large, overlooking the entire Segovia Old Town, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is full.
Hygienic: Why is it very good? The suite is set. There will be a full set of toiletries.
Environment: Environmental landscape invincible

Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.

El Parador es una estructura hotelera de primer nivel con una situación excelente.
Pero al no tener nada mas que personal de admisión, se echa de menos unos carritos para trasporte de equipaje, dadas las distancias a las habitaciones existentes.
Se echa de menos la existencia de un punto informatizado con al menos dos ordenadores conectados a internet que puedan cubrir las incidencias de trabajo o comunicación que pueda tener algún huésped.
La cafeteria tiene mucho que mejorar en rapidez de atención, temperatura y ejecución de los platos. los sándwiches con un contenido correcto llegan fríos y con el pan a medio tostar.
Es fácil de resolver.
Y hay que poner una TV actualizada y de gran tamaño y calidad de sonido, la mayoría de las veces que se llena la cafeteria coincide con la retrasmisión de un evento deportivo y ya no se puede ver en una TV como la actual.
No es de recibo que no se pueda pagar una factura del Bar mediante la utilización de las diferentes tarjetas de los clientes con las cantidades fraccionadas que decidan. Es una facilidad para pago compartido que ya es practica habitual en cualquier establecimiento.

Eurostar Plaza Waterway Hotel is in an excellent location, just by the waterway bridge, you can see it when you open the window, it is worth living. The beauty at the front desk is fluent in English, warm and the room is good. There is a paid parking lot.

Although it is far from the center, it has a bus stop right in front that runs every 15' and only costs €1. The hotel has free parking, which you rarely find. The decoration is beautiful and the cleaning is very good.

Check-in must be after 3 o'clock. The room is very spacious, more than 35m2, and has good facilities. The location is very good, just 100 meters next to the main church of Segovia, and only a few hundred meters away from the large water tank and the castle. There is a square right outside the hotel with open-air restaurants, which is very lively. The service is very friendly and the breakfast quality is very good. The only two points to note are: The shower in the bathroom has a massage function. When used, a lot of water will splash onto the bathroom floor, so be careful not to slip. The windows are old-fashioned European wooden windows. How to close them tightly is a technical task, otherwise the sound insulation and light shading will not be good, which will affect your sleep. There are a lot of people walking around outside at night, drunk and noisy, which disturbs your sleep. However, the surrounding hotels probably have similar problems. This kind of room costs less than 900 a night, very good👍

酒店在廣場上，自駕開進去廣場的時候會有一個禁行標誌，大家不用擔心，因為預訂是廣場裏面的酒店，車是可以開進去停在酒店門口短暫停留的，卸下行李後，酒店的工作人員會把我們把車開去合適的地方停車，鑰匙放在酒店前台，有需要的時候他們就會幫我們把車再開過來。
酒店的位置很好，去哪裡都很方便，走200米就是Google推薦的吃乳豬很好的店，但是大家記得先在官網上預訂好哦，他們家是座無虛席。

Good location, good reception, parking available (must drive around from the front of the hotel, but can take the elevator from the parking lot to the accommodation building)
The only downside is that the bathroom has a pipe smell. I informed the staff and hoped that it would be improved and would be perfect.

Very happy trip. We came here to travel. The front desk of the hotel has unimpeded English communication. There is also a breakfast service. It is very close to the attraction. It is worth staying at a hotel.
