advantage: 1/The younger brothers at the front desk have a very good attitude! 2/The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Universal Studios, but you need to check with the front desk in advance and return time. 3/ Opposite the big supermarket that is open until 2am, it is very convenient! Disadvantages: 1/ Hygiene, the room is a bit smelly, I am very sensitive to the smell, 2/The toilet constantly finds ants 3/The room is large but the bathroom is small! 4/ Only give us a set of towels, forget to put a hair dryer, but also ask the front desk. Was disappointed with our four night stay in the 2bed/2bath unit. The hotel floor we stayed on (Room 214) smelled so bad. The smell was so powerful that it came into our room. The hallways had splatter on some type of liquid on the walls. The carpets had what looked liked water damage and were bunched up.The room itself was tired and warn out. Frig was dented and dinged. All the furniture was scratched or warn out. The couch had a huge indention in the cushions. The bathroom tub had been touched up probably because of rust but looked old. The HVAC sounded liked a jet taking off. We tried using the fire place and it made the whole room smell horrible. The towels were thin. The bed sheets had some stains and were rough. The breakfast was mediocre with little to no variety. The things you expect from a Residence Inn (quality furnishings, evening reception, solid breakfast, good housekeeping) were lacking. For whatever reason they only offered housekeeping 3 times a week and there was no evening reception. The good - great shower pressure. Having just stayed at a Hyatt Place a week before, the differences in quality really stood out. Maybe we just got a really bad room this time around but I think there are better options in town.

The room booked on Ctrip was a bit noisy, with the window facing the highway outside, and it was much better to change the room after adding money. The air conditioner is also noisy, every room is the same. The surrounding environment of the hotel is not bad, there is COMMON ’S diagonally opposite.

The hotel is in the center of the town, but no one is visible on the road at night. Very suitable for a family of three. The daughter said that she liked it the most. Overall it is very clean and the service attitude at the counter is very kind There is an outdoor atrium on the first floor, very comfortable, you can sit outside and have breakfast The room is quite spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet; there are vending machines on my floor to buy drinks. But it may be on every floor. There are some souvenirs and chocolates beside the counter. When I booked the room, I indicated that I needed indoor slippers. I wanted to say that I might have to ask for it at the counter. I didn't expect to see slippers beside the bed when I walked into the room. It was really sweet! I saw that there was a bar at the counter but there was no one. I asked my sister at the counter. They said that it was still under preparation, but it should open before the end of the year. I will give it a try when it opens! There is a whole foods supermarket nearby, the price is a bit expensive but the stuff is special and high-end, I haven't seen it in other general supermarkets There is a small massage pool and a gym. My boyfriend went to work out. He said it was clean. All in all I like this restaurant very much. It is a very period now, clean is the most important thing! Push!

The hotel needs an overhaul. The old carpets, locked sliding glass doors (for your safety), old elevators, and whatnot contribute to a dated feel. The hotel guests here sit out front and smoke. I was glad when I saw a security guard doing a great job of walking through every floor to make sure we’re safe.

I've been doing meetings for over 35 years and I must say, this hotel did everything right and then some! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I knew I was in good hands. The event team was amazing! Nothing, and I mean, NOTHING was missed. The food was amazing as was the service and attention to detail! Having to get picked up at 3:30 am is a challenge anywhere but the freeway was closed for construction, so I was worried to say the least. I just mentioned this to Eric at the front desk and he made arrangements with ”Nick the dependable” taxi driver. At 3:25 Nick was there and I was on my way. Just perfect from beginning to end!
