Such a beautiful, and peaceful hotel, the staff is good and welcoming. Unfortunately, it’s far from Aveiro city center, but you may find the right connection to the nature.

I am really surprised to have seen a few negative reviews about this hotel and especially about the service. We had an excellent experience and we found all the staff - Front of House, bar staff and housekeeping were great. The Front of House staff always greeted us with a smile and did whatever they could to help us. We couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend Melia Ria and it will certainly be my first choice when I return.

The hotel is located in the small town of Aveiro, next to the river, and the scenery is very good. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are large and comfortable to live. The breakfast is very rich and will continue to choose this hotel next time.

This stay in Curia Hotel, was actually in the ir of 2005 i believe. But still in my memories, I remember the grandiosity of the building, the very high floor and the space mixed with stories and te years give you peace just siting, and enjoy the surrenders. Nice services, nice staff, don’t lose de massages options and the restaurant if remember a good experience

Amazing place to spend some quiet time. Great amenities, staff is wonderful, awesome restaurant and breakfast. Spa was closed. Bar restaurant had the best Americano ever. Outside setting area was awesome. Highly recommended.

Aveiro is a quaint city - access to main attractions was easy from hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff helpful with luggage storage. Breakfast was excellent. Recommend it.

Needs live piano in evenings & better bar menu considering no room service . Not impressive breakfast . Highlight location . Towels in bathroom needs renewing & choice of toiletries in bathroom not great . Not all rooms great . Beds small . Pitty as with little care , it would be a great hotel

This was a good feeling hotel. They treat you right here. I watched them handle many customers and they were perfect. Stay here for sure. The rooms were very clean and warm feeling, but cold and so refreshing after a long walk.

Excellent city centre hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. excellent breakfast choice and good value for money. Easy to locate and very close to the city, quiet area with little traffic noise. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to other friends in Portugal. Well done to the management and staff for operating such a great hotel.

Charming hotel in perfect location in center of Aviero. Quiet neighborhood. Outstanding breakfast. Comfy beds with lots of different pillow types. Staff is attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. Lots of plugs. Great shower/bath.

Excelente localização, bem no centro da cidade. Garagem fechada. Staff muito simpático e pronto a ajudar. As meninas da recepção, simplesmente fenomenais! Quarto com boa área e com cama king size.. Pequeno almoço um pouco pobre para um hotel de 4 *, compensado com a extrema simpatia da senhora que nos serviu. Aconselho!

The breakfast is good and the location is great in the heart of Agueda. The environment is OK and there is free parking.
The front desk staff is very good and friendly.
