I had a amazing experience in Taj Bengal , I am here for the first time. Ms Nunte gave us a Great exposures toward the services of Taj and specially offered us Jhalmuri and Chai. She is very humble and ground to earth person, I am glad Taj has employees like Ms Nunte. Keep up the good job☺️

Everyone is very helpful starting from front desk to housekeeping staff, kids were very happy as they got gifts during check in & in room. Subrata, Sambarta and Bhaswati of Housekeeping took special care of us. Hotel should appoint more staff during breakfast. Overall a great stay

Best for weekend vacation.staffs are very helpful.The food was very tasty. Their behaviour to us was like family and not guests.It was a lovely experience. The property is well maintained, neat and tidy. You get amazing view of the lack from the room is amazing. Here we got pool, boating,and ***y more other.happy the visit Creek Club.

Good for a one day trip. Nothing much to do there. There should be some activities planned and driven by the ***agement. Staff behaviour is excellent and they accomodated all our requests.
