A fabulous hotel. So much fun!! All the rooms are named after something Italian; I stayed in the Pavarotti room with a hot tub. Bliss!!

This is a good place located in central Hamilton, close to both the GO station and the main east-west bus lines. I like the complimentary dinner and breakfast; I wanted to try out the swimming pool but didn't have time, unfortunately. Friendly service and easy check-in.

The hotel is in the city center, and a taxi from Hamilton Airport costs about $38. Parking is $35 per night. There's a Starbucks downstairs, which is convenient for breakfast, and it's connected to an indoor mall. The room was very clean, and the coffee was excellent.

Stayed here with my sister and 2yr old .Place was clean newly renovated ,All amenities .rented the queen studio and had all kitchen utensils we needed to cook for baby .Staff we professional and friendly very grateful for accommodating our early check in .Will book again when visiting area.

The hotel service is very good, but the front desk is a little confused, insisting that we don't have breakfast. You have to figure it out when you check in, otherwise you will be charged more.

The hotel is beautiful and quiet.The room is so big and clean ,also it can accommodate five peoples to stay. Our family had a wonderful time together during the weekend last week in Hamilton .

Got stranded at Hamilton Airport after shuttling from Toronto on an detoured inbound flight from Edmonton/Abbotsford. Also, there was a miserable snowstorm. So glad this place was so close and cost me under $100 booked on Expedia. Thanks to the friendly staff that helped me out!

The hotel is in a great location. There is a large supermarket and McDonald's nearby. There is also a free parking lot for self-driving travel. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling by car~

Breakfast is simple and clean! The room is quiet, the bed is large, there are windows, the price is more suitable! Very close to the bus stop, 10 minutes walk to the city center!

Strictly not for families.Rooms, bedsheets, pillows all smells smoke. Saw a rat in our room as well. Booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night and thankfully staff refunded one day price. Staff is excellent and kind.
