A lovely place with elegant and cozy decoration. The service was top-notch at all times. We took advantage of using the spa where we also received a wonderful massage, and our daughters enjoyed the pool. The rooms were A1, with daily gifts. Truly an excellent choice if you want to spend a peaceful vacation with the best location.

The hotel has nice outdoor area, which is rare for hotels that are close to downtown. The room is spacious. The swimming pool is very nice. They have both dry and wet sauna. It was great. The staff was very friendly and nice. The restaurant was under rated. The food was very good. The waiters were nice. Definitely will stay there again. I hope the management can do more on environmental conservation. One is not to offer swim caps to guests. I brought my own caps. If people bring their own bathing suits,they will bring their own caps if hotel reminds them with email. I also hope they don't offer slippers or at least the slippers are wrapped in paper. I noticed at breakfast buffet many guests were wasting their food. They took more than they could eat. I hope hotel can address it.

The hotel has a spa and bar in another building ... to go to the spa you have to go wet by the street ... Food and good service

Overall, a very good choice in Andorra. Most: - Central location, in the heart of Meritxell Avenue - recent, spacious, excellent bedroom - very good water room (double bath, gross mirror, separate toilets...), bathroom and perfect shower - restaurant ”Coure” excellent and attentionful staff - very beautiful and functional common spaces - Arriving host staff But a few points to improve to reach 5/5: - no coffee shop, boiler, neither a bottle of welcome water - penderie design but really not practical - perfectionable noise isolation, you hear a lot of the street - missing a welcome guide (use of bathroom and shower, lights, services offered by the hotel...) - small parking, but possibility to park in a partner parking - impossible to book a double room on the internet if you come with a baby, triple room automatically allocated and very expensive price (particularly with regard to the use of an additional bed for a baby ...) ... To avoid this, contact the hotel by phone or mail and book a double room. - hotline Pierre and Vacances paying €0.25/min. The hotel is a very good choice for the old Andorra.

The hotel is the last hotel before reaching the rivers of the Ordino-Arcalis ski station. The rooms are not very large, but are more than enough for a couple to stay comfortable, have safe box and WiFi access to the Internet with a good signal and stable. The rooms are all clean and clean. The dinner room serves a more than correct and even abundant menu, which sometimes strikes those who are unusual to dinner with a strong habit. The breakfast buffet is more than right and perfectly maintained at all times. The spa is also available with massages, more than recommendable, to relax stress. The first is the parking in front of the hotel, which when the hotel is full sometimes can be complicated to leave the car at night. And the second is that they should think that decarbonisation has already begun and there will be more and more hybrid or electric cars to be buried overnight. This is, by the way, a more than recommendable establishment to spend a few days of relaxation away from the world's noise.

After spending four nights at Hotel Panda I would definitely recommend staying there. Ideal location for the slopes and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We ate in the bar two nights and the food was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Probably one on the best short breaks I have had spent with great friends in a great location. Modern hotel with rushing river and mountains around it. Lovely room, comfortable bed with good mattress, pillows and soft linens. Bathroom is open plan wet room with great double shower and nice quality products provided. The room was cold when we arrived and we had to speak to staff 5 times over many hours before anything was done. Restaurant is boring, underground, low roof and noisy. Plenty of food choices but food quite bland, often luke warm and everything has pork in it - poor for a vegetarian, almost impossible for vegan. The restaurant staff were all really friendly and helpful, though restaurant manager was a bit surly at times. The main entrance/reception staff were not good, except for the mature lady who was very helpful. The open plan reception/bar area is less appealing than a dentist waiting room. The bar was often unmanned. I said we would not stay again because during our week , 4xcoach loads of teenagers were there - the noise levels, unruly and bad mannered Portuguese and Spanish kids was disgraceful. Banging doors, shouting and running around until 2-3am, meals times was like St Trinians 😠 Complaints ++ were made by many but nothing changed. School trips a regular feature of this hotel - beware.
