Top 10 Artesia Hotels

I came into town on my own to attend a funeral the second week of January 2022. I used to live in this part of town so I picked this hotel because I knew it was a convenient location with freeway access and places near by for food. I’m also super picky about hotels and this is the only 3.5 star hotel in the area. When I got to the hotel I asked for an early check in because I needed somewhere to work for the early afternoon and was denied. But then when I was trying to find a place to go, the receptionist came and found me and then offered me a room. So I appreciated that. Other positives: free parking and clean room. Negatives: I was on the 5th floor and the walls are pretty thing. I could hear the person next to me talking on the phone. Also on my second night I got no sleep because there were some drugged out people arguing in the hall. Once they went to their room they continued making even more noise. This went on till about 2:30 a.m. This was probably a fluke, but definitely ruined my next day. Overall, good business hotel

With swimming pool (but I'm on a business trip, never used)

We initially planned for a two-night stay, providing us time enough to both visit nearby Soak City, as well as relax in the pool. We were enjoying ourselves so much, however, that we elected to extend our vacation another day. We were glad to see, upon arrival, that keys are required for entry into the building. While the hotel is somewhat secluded, I always appreciate added security measures when traveling with teenaged girls. The room was tidy, with ample space for the belongings of four overpacked women, and three mirrors, which sped the primping process along prior to dinner. There are several restaurants within a very short walking distance. We chose Mandarin at the Panda Inn, directly adjacent to the hotel, and it was fabulous. Sushi, The Habit, and pizza are available as well, all without having to get into the car. We had a few interactions with the staff, including when my friend had a seizure and spilled coffee on the bed. She was extremely embarrassed, but the night manager responded graciously and immediately provided new linens. (I'm sad that I didn't catch his name in the chaos). Danielle, who checked us both in and out of the hotel, was an absolute doll. She was professional and courteous, and had a smile in her eyes that made us feel welcomed. I will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Knott's.

Great staff easy to book and clean was very happy quiet and check in and out was great

I stayed here because I returned the car on the last night, and everything else was good, but I didn't know what medicine I took wrong upstairs. It was noisy until 34 in the morning. There were children running around. The plane must find the front desk to solve it, fearing that the plane will be delayed the next day.

Very clean and quiet. Staff Very friendly and nice. They take security Very seriously. Had a wonderful stay.

It was preety clean compared to other motel 6 and Good for business travel for one night
