We stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel this past long weekend. A mini getaway for my husband and I. They had excellent covid screening measures in place - from the front entrance staff, to the elevators, to our room. We were gifted with a PPE kit that contained masks, gloves, and sanitizer. The room was small but clean. Air conditioner was great as it was a 30 degree weekend. The pool was refreshing and social distancing measures were in place and well monitored. We ate at the Chop House in the hotel. Very classy (expensive) but worth the money spent. Can’t wait to stay here again! Friendly staff.

An amazing hotel. Fairmont gold dining room / lounge is impressive. Great 33m indoor pool and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and Bow river. from the hotel. This is a beautiful, classically styled, expensive and impressive resort. Self Parking is a 3 min walk to the hotel. Take a 10 min bus ride into Banff Ave. Bus tickets for guests are complimentary. Banff is a very picturesque town and well worth a visit. Banff avenue points directly at Cascade mountain for an amazing view every time you walk out to the street.

The environment is beautiful, leaning on the foot of the sulfur mountain, very beautiful, the hotel is a bit old but does not affect its beauty! The service is particularly good, but the parking charge is a bit unreasonable! And breakfast is not included. Breakfast in the restaurant is quite expensive. Because of the epidemic, the waiter sent the room directly to the room, which is convenient! very good!

Booked this hotel for two days. The location of the hotel is average. Service is also almost non-existent. The hotel room condition is ok, relatively clean, the air conditioner is loud, the hotel location is very far from the town, you must drive.

Arrived at the Hidden Ridge Resort after a long drive and were immediately impressed with the friendly welcome. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and even arranged an upgrade for our (slightly) complicated family makeup. Special praise goes to Amelia who always greeted us with a smile every day and checked to see everything was OK. Although no eating establishment on site, the gas BBQs were clean, good to go and we used them on the first night (front desk provided BBQ tools). The bus into and out of town is available from the site and Banff itself is absolutely awesome. This is a great place to stay.

The room and hot tub were great and very cute! Everything you need in the kitchen and the fireplace with free wood is a great touch! Didn’t talk to a staff member who wasn’t completely lovely, and it was nice and quiet at night for sleeping. A little distant from the main strip and taxis are in short supply so keep that in mind. Great view of the mountains !

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights this past month. Our check-in process was very quick and efficient. The front desk staff were very friendly. We were fortunate to have a first floor room because the elevator was out of order. Our room was a good size and clean. They have a VERY interesting pool that is built like a cave and heated by hot springs. The water is pretty warm, so you might have to get out every now & then. A great way to relax after a long day hiking. It also is open through the roof so you can see out. Because we were often out early we were only able to do the Continental breakfast 1 day. It was nothing special, but it was free. We both ordered sides of bacon as an extra charge. NOTE: The hotel DOES have bear spray for complimentary use. This is important if you're planning to go out hiking. It's probably $40-50 to buy in town. This location is also a good walking distance to the main downtown area. There's also a local bus line that runs by if you don't want to walk or have to find a parking spot. Overall.....we had a great stay, would go back and would recommend

A group of 14 ladies stayed at the Fox Hotel. The hotel seemed not to recognize our reservation and some waited more than an hour for their rooms. Thankfully Fox did provide some sort of compensation. The other con was that while some ladies enjoyed the ”superior” room on one level, others did not. The pictures and description does not say that some of these rooms are bi-level on the website. I had a bi-level superior room (end stage knee arthritis) which meant a tight spiral of 14 stairs to the below grade bedroom which was quite dark (partly due to the wallpaper). Our view leaving the room was gorgeous but I would liked to have booked everyone in the same type of room - one level. Otherwise the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The ROAM transit stop is just outside the door and just across the street when returning from downtown.

Although there was a minor episode in check in, Ctrip finally provided a reasonable solution, and hoped that Ctrip would strictly check the order review, especially for overseas hotels. The location and environment are good, the bed is big enough, I will stay here next time.

The breakfast is very good, the cutlery is the kind used in restaurants, non-disposable, fruit salad, no single apple banana or the like.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the town. The traditional wooden structure feels a bit old and there is an underground parking lot. Breakfast is a Western breakfast, bread, yogurt, porridge and the like. Left the hotel notice, I hope to help everyone

I arranged a room opposite the fan. I was already tired and didn't want to bother. The whole feeling was that the whole bed was shaking. I went to the front desk to complain. I said that I had to make a heart attack. I changed the room and said that I upgraded. Who cares. The room type is just like this.

A must go hotel if you live on IG. You will take great photos anywhere in the hotel. Service is great and the ginger shower gel were so great and unique that made this place very memorable. It was a little dry in the room and the sharp edges of the furnitures might be a pain if you bumped in. Overall I had a good time here. Our Room was beautiful Furnished; the location is next to downtown. Recommend to gern Z and those Millennials without kids.

Banff Aspen Lodge provided me with a great hotel experience as part of my memorable trip to the Rockies. Staff were friendly and accomodating to all guests. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel’s general ambiance was warm and welcoming, which I always appreciate. I would stay here again if I ever have the opportunity to go back to Banff.

The hotel is on the hillside of Tunnel Mountain, a little distance from the town centre. There must be a car to travel, otherwise it is inconvenient. There is no air conditioning in the room, it is still a bit hot in summer, there should be no problem in winter, you can open a window, but you need to ponder for a while, very technical, screened, mosquitoes are estimated in the woods. When the hot pool was under maintenance, my daughter actually ran to the hotel next to it, saying there was a water playground and a slide. The most unexpected and most satisfying place is that when the scenery on the small gazebo behind the house is seen, three deer walked through the woods behind the house. It may be that the sun goes down to the nest and enjoys the wildlife in the eyes. Very lucky, it is estimated. It is also a kind of experience that is not too much.

Let’s start with the pros Restaurant food and service absolutely amazing Reception area very inviting with big roaring fire a really good first impression Now the cons Room absolutely filthy. Floor not hoovered Glass rings on dresser surface Dust clogging extractor fan in bathroom Mud up back of door and entrance Blinds do not cover windows properly, rays of light shining directly across bed head Wafer thin walls Kept awake by traffic including trains sounding horns Rude and arrogant reception staff Approached reception staff to ask for another room without any success. Was told there was nothing they could do. I suspect they are told by management to bat away any complaints, I expect they are frequent. Was promised a manager would be in touch to discuss, still waiting. There was some sort of event / function taking place and we were probably an inconvenience We’ve been in Canada for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time with fantastic hotels and cabins and experienced some of the best service ever. Banff is the final leg of our journey and to be let down by this place is a real shame. BML needs to take a long hard look at itself and remember that it is there to offer a service to its customers
