TOP 10 Bentonville Hotels

We had a get-together with friends. The hotel is well located - quiet, but only about 10 minutes from downtown and Crystal Bridges (the main reason for our visit). The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (we recommend the omelets). The siting room allowed us to meet in a quiet and comfortable setting. Daily maid service kept our room fresh and inviting.

Very good, although it is a Samsung hotel, it is definitely better than the facilities and sanitary conditions of most domestic four-star hotels. There is free coffee and lemonade in the lobby, great! The bed was very comfortable and the beds were very good.

We checked into this hotel at 430 a.m. Thanksgiving day. We knew it was an older hotel, had stayed here for our honeymoon 21 years ago, but IHG and Holiday Inn have always been a good brand, and the pictures were all updated. Went straight to sleep after having to go back downstairs because the key didn’t work. I woke up about 8 a.m. and saw the ceiling. After taking a shower, I saw the rust in the tub, the floor, the water, the ant. (Can’t load pictures due to size limit) I went down stairs to request I be moved from the hotel. No manager available. She suggested I let her know when I checked out and I could go check in at the other hotel. After some discussion I finally got her to call the other hotel to make sure they had availability, but she didn’t give them my name or anything. She was nice, but customer service was lacking. I also called IHG again no supervisor to speak to. They would put in a ticket and call me back. After two hours, ultimately checked out of the hotel with nothing resolved. The following day I got a message from a “likely spam” number with no return number, telling me that I had received a refund per someone named Elizabeth and they were closing the ticket. Later that day, I received another charge on my account. The amount is still pending.

The Studio room was clean but even more cramped than expected. In addition to the room feeling stuffed to the gills (especially if using the sofa sleeper), the room was dark. The popcorn-ish textured walls made the room feel dated. The sleeper sofa did appear to be brand-new but its style was wasted in the otherwise blah room. The bathroom needs a cosmetic refresh; the sink cabinet is battered and wall paint was chipped in several places. When we checked in, our TV did not work. The front desk did come up promptly to reboot the TV, which fixed it. The flat-screen TV was small by 2023 standards, but space was limited because the room was a studio. We selected the hotel because it had an indoor pool. We had planned for our preschooler to burn off some energy before bedtime. The pool heater was broken and the water uncomfortably cold for swimming. This threw our bedtime plans for a loop. The hotel is waiting on a part to fix the heater. This issue is likely beyond their control. But if you're counting on the pool for a quickly approaching stay, you might consider calling the hotel to check about the heater. The location is good. Right off the interstate, it is convenient to downtown Bentonville and the museums. Several chain restaurants are located just a few minutes by car from the hotel. There is ample and easy open-air parking in the hotel lot. Staff were friendly. My husband reports that the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel met the basic requirements. Therefore a three-star rating.

The hotel was very close to the Armwrestling Tournament that my husband had entered. The check-in and checkout was very friendly and efficient. We would use this hotel on our future trips to Bentonville and will recommend to our friends!!!

Stayed for a full week. First: Employees were polite and apologetic. But... * Hot water ran loudly in sink for 4.5 days and they had nobody to fix it. Said they had no other room to move us to, but I overheard them on the phone telling a caller they had a room just like ours available. * Smoke detector directly over bed flashed two very bright, green lights every 8 seconds all night for the entire stay. They told me that was normal. * Door key wouldn't work and I had to go to desk every time I wanted to get into the room to have desk person come up and use their key to let me in. * Most of the time, there was a single person at the desk and no other employees, so if you needed something (like a towel) you had to come downstairs and get it yourself. * Cleaning only available 3 day per week AND ONLY IF REQUESTED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Promised to clean room as requested and did not show up - twice. When they did clean, they did not replenish cups, bath mat, soaps, etc. Once when I requested cleaning, I came back to the room to find a black, plastic trash bag in front of our door. I didn't know if it was trash or something else. Turns out it was towels, but the room was not cleaned. No note explaining why. * Promised clean towels and did not deliver as promised - once. * Bathroom floor was sticky and there was a lot of dirt behind the door and under the sink (not a cabinet - just open under sink). * Carpet was sticky and cereal pieces were along edge of floor by bed. * Free breakfast was, um, worth the price. * There is no shuttle service to nearby locations or to the airport. I complained about the 4.5 sleepless nights due to constant running hot water, and was offered a $78 refund (less than one night's stay). I said that wasn't an appropriate amount. The desk person consulted with ”management” and called back and offered the equivalent of 2 nights refund. I accepted it, but think they should have done more.

The hotel is very close to the XNA of Northwestern Airport in Arkansas. The hotel is free to pick up and drop off, about 7 minutes by car. It is the best place to stay for an early flight or night flight to Arkansas. The hotel is quiet, breakfast is standard American breakfast, you can eat enough, like vegetarian eggs, yogurt, nut pieces + cereal, bananas and so on.
