Great deal for a stay in April. Wonderful front desk person named Marialouisa. The breakfast buffet was very nice, especially since it was included! The hotel is definitely not four stars—a solid three stars is accurate. Our biggest issue was that they locked the heat at 78 degrees. We asked the front desk about this but they said they couldn’t do anything and we should keep the window open. Problem with that is the winds on the island can be extremely strong and it was blowing up to 40mph during our stay. Plus ferries dock right outside the hotel every ~5 mins so there’s a lot of noise when you keep the window open. The front desk said they don’t turn on the AC until the summer months so keep in mind that your room may be 78 degrees in non-summer months! We loved the town and the island and overall the hotel was a good deal for its April pricing.

Excellent choice for our stay on Maddalena. No issue being close to the ferry dock. Great views from our room and at breakfast, which has everything we needed to get going win the morning. Special thanks to the reception for taking care a small problem we had, totally unrelated to the hotel. Great price, for location, service, room quality and services.

Attractive hotel, not too big not too small. We booked this hotel because website says all rooms have either a balcony or outside space, however we were given a room with no external space, we asked if we could move but told no other rooms available, (not sure a lot of effort was put in to move us). The room given was nice and probably considered a better room than the standard room so we accepted we were going to stay there, only the outside space was missing. We tried to book restaurant when we arrived but was fully booked, we asked about following and told we couldn't book until next morning, we subsequently found plenty of eateries in the town so ended up never eating in hotel apart from breakfast. Breakfast was very good selections and omelettes excellent. We weren't keen on the need to pay for a sunbed by the pool, we would only ever spend maybe an hour having a swim and even less lying on a bed so to need to pay 20 euros a day was a bit greedy, we never bothered. Staff were very good and friendly, in particular Luciano at the bar. Location was great for us, but it is at the top of quite a steep hill if not such s good walker.

We were amazed by the service provided by all the staff at the hotel. The restaurant has exceeded our expectations given we had dinner included and just expected the basic. You could see how much care and attention they poured into every evening. It made us feel on a real resort. Breakfast was also incredible with cooked eggs, crepe, waffle, bacon etc for you. Buffet also available with staples. Housekeeping tidied our room beautifully every day and we stayed for a whole week. Not sure if this is the level throughout the year but if you go on high season you won't be disappointed. Good shower and bed quality too. There was also a great shuttle service included to the beach and port which was handy as we didn't have a car. We would definitely go back!

Excellent boutique hotel. The concierges at the desk and the entire staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. This really made our time in Sardinia special. The location in is in the heart of Palau with great energy. We enjoyed walking right outside the hotel going and going around the town, going for a drink and dinner. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The excursion with the boat company the hotel set up for us was a highlight of our time. Not far from Olbia airport. Can easily take the bus to travel to other parts of Sardinia. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of Palau, right on the harbour (just a car park between hotel & boats). The room was really pretty & very comfortable. Every staff member was friendly & helpful, and, luckily for us, spoke English, or understood our inadequate attempt at Italian, and many appeared to be able to speak other languages too. Breakfast was included, with lots of pastry options, and a small hot choice. There is a playpark next to the car park, and a lovely coffee bar in the front of the hotel.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I rarely stay in a homestay. This time I booked this hotel because there is no good hotel in this small town, but the owner of the hotel gave me a little surprise. The hotel is very good by the road. Find. I booked more than a month in advance, and the hotel repeatedly confirmed the check-in time with me through Ctrip and emphasized that the front desk service will not be provided after 19:00. I originally said to arrive before 18 o’clock, but Ctrip may have communicated that it arrived at 18 o’clock, plus I was a lot earlier, and arrived at 15 o’clock. As a result...there was no one in the hotel, and there was no one. I found the phone in the restaurant downstairs. After calling, the person who answered the phone immediately realized who I was (maybe because no Chinese had ever booked this hotel), she asked me to wait for 10 minutes. After a while, an off-road vehicle stopped in front of the hotel and the hostess got off. , Confirm the information with me, then take me upstairs, introduce her father and younger brother to me, saying that her younger brother is staying in the hotel at night, and you can find him if you have something to do. The next day’s breakfast will be in the restaurant on the first floor, and ask us what time Eat breakfast. When she learned that we were going to Bonifacio by boat at 8 o'clock the next day, she said that there was enough time for dinner at 7 o'clock, and it only took 3 minutes to drive to the port. Then she gave us a detailed introduction to the situation in the town. She contacted us to go to the beach and it was beautiful. She also suggested that we have dinner in the town. There is also a small surprise in the room. The room is very clean and has a large balcony of 60 square meters, which is rare in Europe. I took three photos of the restaurant during breakfast the next morning. Add some pictures of the town.

We stayed for 10 gg in Santa Teresa di Gallura, in the hotel of many sea: The hotel is in a great location, in a few minutes walk to the main square and the white river beach and the port. The room is equipped with all the comforts for the holidays (tv, mini-fridge, etc.) and has a balcony with wires and fittings to extend the fabrics. Breakfast is abundant, varied and very good, able to satisfy even those with different intolerances. As the structure is also a pizza restaurant, we have dinned more evening from them: we have eaten both quality and well cooked meat and fish, but the most affected was gluten-free pizza, really delicious. The owner Paula with all his staff has always been very kind, available and kind in all situations, showing particular attention and sensitivity to my celiac. We were really good, excellent price quality and a special mention of cleaning: FIRST. We hope to return soon to Santa Teresa di Gallura, and to Paula and to the many of Mari.
