A great little hotel. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A major big point is the fact the breakfast were incredible. So much choice, and for me I ate so much I didn't need any lunch. Breakfast was simply amazing. The hotel is situated on a hill so with lugguge I recommend a taxi if traveling from the tram stop. However overall amazing stay

The hotel is on the hillside. It is tiring to climb back to the hotel after visiting the old city at night. The hotel room is clean and the facilities are good. What’s more, when I booked the hotel, I didn’t know that there was a Muslim cemetery across the road 10 meters from the hotel. I was a little scared to come back at night😱

Location: It is in the pedestrian street of the old city, the location is particularly good, you can walk to any place in the ancient city you think of in 3 minutes, 200 meters from the corner of Latin Bridge, 250 meters from the fountain, and the mosque is visible to the naked eye. Next to the downstairs is a bistro and a Chinese restaurant, and there are many Internet celebrity restaurants nearby.
Hotel service: Objectively speaking, the hotel is very cost-effective, and it feels better than the express hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The heating and hot water are especially sufficient in winter. The hotel has breakfast every day, which is very punctual.
It should be emphasized that all the service staff in the hotel are super nice! ! ! Especially the blonde aunt at the front desk, she really smiles every day, and she cares about where you go and try to help everything you want. ❤️

They are very beautiful, although my English is not good, but they are still enthusiastic about the service. The hotel is very clean. Very good hotel, I wish you a better and better business!

Presidential is an understatement for this superior, modern hotel in the heart of Sarajevo’s attractions, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Our Overseas Adventure Travel tour group was assigned to this hotel. The tour company could not have made a better selection. The room I occupied overlooked the river and the base of a mountain range. The room is beyond spectacular, especially considering less expensive rooms are generally assigned to tour groups. The bathroom features an entire glass wall with curtains to close for privacy. But why? Many of the rooms overlook a busy street and the river. Besides, who’d want to look at a 71-year-old geezer shaving?☺ Windows are insulated blocking cold and street noise. The room is spacious, clean, modern, and has all creature comforts. But beware of the minibar prices. There are small grocers nearby that sell wine for about 6 euros. Buffet breakfast was included for tour group members, so I don’t know if there’s a separate charge for other guests. The hotel staff are amazing and courteous. If only Orlando area hotels could learn from Hotel President Sarajevo.

nice hotel in a great location. new and clean rooms. comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast is exceptional and has lots of options. Some minor issues. Seal on the shower door has some leaks so if the shower head is pointed at it, you get water outside. The door also drags water out. Towels could be softer. There was a large table/desk but only one power plug at the very end. When the maid cleaned the room, the window was left open so it was pretty cold when I got back to the room.

I stayed at Astra Hotel, Old town in Sarajevo during my trip to many countries in the Balkan. This is a very memory stay during my trip. The three girls at the reception are wonderful, they are extremely friendly and very helpful. This made my stay very worthwhile, warm and comfortable. I definitely will come back and would recommend to any visitors to this city.

Hotel in the center , all close , there is wi-fi, of the plus it is all. Objectively there are neighboring more pleasant hotels even cheaper and better. It's just very noisy here until 2 nights not to sleep, the room in the roof is dark, bed linen synthetic horrible is not pleasant, light is terrible, tug is not, the vent of the 1990s, does not dry, the shower works ok. I didn't like it, it's not comfortable, everything screams, I don't know what they all do here in rooms , the muzon as if at the open air festival , lie as if on a dance field - absorb the local color ))) breakfast at 3, but there's something to eat , in general I would say a hotel modest for the busers and backpackers, Who wants to hang in the center and whom quality is not important , here central , all close , there is a desire to drink and fall nearby - you here

Hotel Divan has a very good location in the old town. The biggest disadvantage is linked to that - a very noisy tram line passes it all day. We chose a room in the basement and the backyard side, where it was ok. The room was comfortable and furnished in a nice style. Air conditioning worked well. There were a fridge and a safe in the room. As the hotel is rather small, there was no breakfast buffet but some options served to the table. Anyway, it was good. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us good advice about the city. One disadvantage was that they didn't accept cards.

Wonderful staff, amazing hotel...I can’t find words that can describe an amazing service this hotel provides, and the heart of it, are the staff members...they make you feel like you are at home...a hidden gem of Divan is their spa facility, especially lovely and amazing Janet...if you are looking for the best massage in Erbil, look no further….Divan, Jenet, enough said Thank you, B

Hotel located in the historic centre of Sarajevo, just between the Ottoman and Austrian neighborhood. A step from the main attractions. Room and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is right for the category. Free private parking outside

Hotel location, point in the old town, very convenient. The lobby staff is very polite. The breakfast is delicious and the WiFi is ok. It is worth staying again. I think this hotel is good.
