The outdoor breakfast was great, and the room was spacious. Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Very clean; it was always tidied up perfectly after each cleaning. Food delivery via TV is available. Ambiance: The bed was very comfortable, and there were charging outlets next to the headboard. Service: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and not intrusive.

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected. Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name.
