This will be a 2 part review. First of all, the good news: excellent position for the airport, wonderful reception staff and impeccable facilities. On top of this you have free parking as well and the atmosphere is incredibly fascinating. On the other hand, the breaksfast is absolutely inadeguate for a 4 Stars superior resort: the bare minimum (if that!) and no coffee or water unless you explicitly ask for it. I really felt unease as the waiter was completely ignoring the guests and no please, thankyous or any host politeness whatsoever. Finally, I was rudely woken up by the cleaners at 9am as they burst into the room with no knocking or advice. Not ideal if you're trying to rest before an extremely long journey and the check-out is only at 11:30. This place has a huge potential but unfortunately such details really affect the review of a 4 star resort like Porto Romano.

We spent our last night here, and had a wonderful time! First, we stayed here 5 yrs ago, but checked in later in the day and had such an early flight out, we weren't able to enjoy the grounds. This time around, we were able to get the full experience, and let me tell you, it was wonderful! The grounds are immaculetely maintained and beautiful. Our dinner was lovely (make sure to ask for patio seating when booking), Breakfast was just as nice and the people were so kind and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. My husband and I wished we booked for two nights! Thank you all for such a great stay! P.S.: I know someone complained that they arrived early, a couple of hours before check in and couldn't use the grounds before check in...pay the extra money, it is worth it!

Positive: Comfortable location inside the airport and simple but good breakfast, a bit high price, good service, single room is small but the bathroom is excellent, large mirrors, lights, I love the super big shower, a very relaxing water cascade. Negative: I was awake during the night as though I had a cold feeling, as if the air conditioning was suspended (I couldn't adjust the temperature), but there was no other cover, I didn't sleep very well.

A hotel of no more than 80 euros, this is the best I have ever lived in Italy. The bathroom is spacious, the room is large and there is a large balcony with a large shared terrace outside. There is a supermarket restaurant next to it. The pick-up brother is very caring and intimate. It rains that day, driving me to the supermarket, whether it is so intimate.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and well appointed. It’s a practical place to overnight before or after a flight.

The room is very large ... suitable for a family outing ... a loft booked with one bedroom and one living room, there are three beds in it, and a separate bedroom with a large bed is very suitable for family outings! Because there is only one toilet, the family travel is ok to sleep four or five people. The shortcoming is that the heating is not good ... there is only central air conditioning in the room but there seems to be no hot air ... but the room is not cold ... there is a radiator in the toilet😂

I really liked the hotel, especially the service, the breakfast is wonderful, close to the airport. You can take beautiful pictures of the planes that pass on the balcony. Enjoy and discover the port and beaches. You can do everything on foot, as it is very close to restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing missing was a TV with more channels or a smart TV to access Netflix, for example.

Wait for one hour check in to Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport+find out suppose a credit card imprint which indicate EUR 9, but at the end charge to my credit card Lack of front office staff, no where to be seen a duty manager to explain the situtation. Waiting at the reception for more than 40 minutes and counting for my stayed on 28 May 2023. The receptionist claim that the system is down so if the system is not back on until certain of time what you gonna do? They offer me to sit and wait but not even a bottle of water or offer a late check out.

I highly recommend this one, because I need to transfer at Rome Airport to find this one at random. This outside looks not stylish, the room decoration is not bad, after all, it is the decoration style 10 years ago, the health is good, but the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, you need to know the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, shuttle bus are explained more clearly. Breakfast is a local regular breakfast, milk, coffee, juice, various breads, leaf cereal, eggs, sliced sausage, meat slices, etc. are not suitable for Chinese people, barely filling their stomachs. For the shuttle time, see the picture. It needs to be explained how to take the shuttle bus to the airport for the first time. Exit 4 of Terminal T3, cross the road on the sidewalk (not on the slope, you can wait on the bus platform on the slope, it is safe there), the car is waiting at the first parking space on the side of the road.
