Gostaria de dar um feedback visando melhorias sobre alguns pontos que percebi durante a minha hospedagem e das minhas filhas. Primeiramente gostaria de parabenizar pela equipe de funcionários que trabalham no hotel. Pessoas simpáticas e prestativas . Sempre se esforçando para resolver as questões que estavam ao alcance delas. Porém aconteceram algumas coisas que eu gostaria de relatar: No nosso quarto 108 não tínhamos wifi. A todo momento tínhamos de sair para poder utilizar a internet. E ficamos sabendo que não era só no nosso quarto. Isto foi conversado com a recepção e eles conversaram com vc pois eu estava presente. E não foi resolvido Como o hotel fica localizado numa praia no meio da estrada não há muitas possibilidades de restaurantes próximos portanto acho necessário ampliar as possibilidades no seu cardápio que é muito restrita. Em alguns momentos fiz escolhas que não foram atendidas pois escutei que o fornecedor não entregou. E um vez no almoço eu escutei do cozinheiro que ele não iria fazer o filé parmegiana que eu pedi. E no meu último dia , eu fui pedir o almoço e só tinha carne seca e moqueca. Isso é muito sério. Quando chegamos , a piscina estava com a água turva .. achei aquilo normal pois achei que os azulejos da piscina eram escuros. Mas depois de dois dias a piscina estava limpa porque eu soube que um hóspede reclamou. Um dia fomos ao banheiro externo a minha filha não quis entrar. Sujo, cheio de bichos . A pia do lado de fora com sabonete líquido dentro de uma garrafa de água. Tinha barata no quarto. Não tem TV a cabo e a qualidade da imagem é péssima ... Não tem nenhum lazer..
