The environment is great! The bed is soft, the bathtub is large and there is a SPA! It is only a little away from the city, it is very convenient to drive, good parking! A great city, drinking at night! Hahahaha!

Great hotel in the central part of old town Pamplona. Room was large, very nicely decorated, and had a huge bathtub. First class service and very friendly staff. Located right on the Plaza de Castillo near great restaurants and shopping. I will stay at Gran Hotel La Perla next time I’m in Pamplona.

Excellent hotel, very good staff, our favourite stay on our 2 week visit to northern Spain. Room was faultless. Laundry service excellent. Bar staff made the best G&T of our trip. Highly recommended for a stay. Good spa. 10 minute taxi-ride to old town area. Car parking excellent. WiFi the best on our stay.

Large rooms but poor design with a lack of product. Just to start the bedroom has a rug by the bed that is old and past it's sell by date. Curling at one end and to be honest quite dangerous.have tripped over a few times. One of the sinks has a chip which you would have thought would have been replaced, this is not a cheap room. In fact they call it their executive suit. The room lacks a lot of simple items that you would expect from any hotel. No tea or milk in the room. No information in the room about the phone numbers to contact room service or reception. A very small bottle of water, just enough for one cup of tea. No product for the bath. The room is connected to another room and you can hear the people in it like they are in your room. Sound proofing is dreadful, can hear the street noise in the bedroom. When I went to reception they were not really interested in my problems with the room. With t regards to not having any tea or milk in the room, instead of saying I will get some sent to your room, I was told to go to the bar. When I went to the bar they tried to charge me for the tea bags. The bath room is dangerous. Very high and difficult for older people like my wife and myself to get in and out of. The bath robes are so small you can't do them up and I am not a large person. To sum up, very disappointed and this is only day one.

Fijn hotel pal in het centrum... niet te ver van parkeergarage (heb je wel nodig... €13,50 /dag) bedden van noord-europees formaat, eigen pinxto-bar en terras voor de deur. We hadden een fijne kamer met balkonnetje aan voorkant. Wifi geschikt om te Netflixen.. maar schoot voor video conferencing iets tekort. Ontbijt was prima.

A vary unassuming facade, but inside, great value! Great location, easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The room was big, clean and modern, with really comfortable beds and crisp, white bedding. The shower room was clean and modern with a lovely selection of freebies. Easy access underground parking, which was high enough for our Land Rover. And the bonus was, they were dog friendly!

Traveled to Pamplona for running of the bulls, San Fermin Festival. The area is very quiet compared to the historic area. Taxis are hard to find in the morning during the festival so walking to downtown was the best option. It is about a twenty minute walk. Overall, clean hotel and spacious room.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, you may access by car, rely on your navigation system! All in walking distance, good location, very friendly service, car will be parked by staff, you don't have to care about. Great service, small but good room.
