I love this hotel so much and always enjoy my stays here! From the moment I stepped out of my car until I stepped back in, the staff made me feel like a Ritz Carlton should make one feel pampered and cared for! The little touches, such as the guacamologist in the lobby to the world's best shot of margarita this side of the Pecos, you are transported when you enter the lobby and acknowledged by your name by everyone, as it should be. My luggage and the valet were waiting at my door when I stepped off the elevator, and my Titanium status had earned me an upgrade to a fabulous Junior Suite. On the table in the living area was a welcome note with my handwritten name on it and a box of artisan truffles to enjoy as I settled in. This was the evening of an unfortunate power outage in the hotel, but the staff did not miss a beat. The generators kicked on to keep the common areas lit, and an elevator worked for guest use, so we weren't stuck in our rooms. The Ritz Carlton Club was still operational, and the staff laid out beautiful dinner and dessert buffets by lantern light. It was almost a shame that the lights did come back on just over an hour later; it had been that enjoyable. My mobile key wouldn't open the gym door the following day, so I called downstairs as the app prompted me to ask if it could be reset remotely. The desk clerk said not to worry, she would come to me and was there with a new key within two minutes! The gym was excellent, with so many machines and spaces for everything, including a semi-private area for yoga/pilates. Breakfast was great; I especially loved the fresh-pressed juice options. I had mentioned my love of the oatmeal at check-in, and the next day, the chef emailed me the recipe! I wish all Ritz Carltons offered this level of service and excellence, but until they do, I'll continue to proclaim the Dallas location as the best in the country!

Stayed here for five nights over Christmas and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were awesome and the hotel is in such a good location in Uptown with so many other restaurants and bars around like Nobu, Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar, etc, and is a pretty short walk to American Airlines Center and The Sixth Floor Musuem at Dealey Plaza. The room was huge and was very modern, and they had done an amazing job decorating the lobby for Christmas. The gym was great too with all the equipment you’d ever need and also nice touches like chilled water, Gatorade, power bars, etc all complimentary. We enjoyed a few drinks most nights at the main bar which was really good too, and on our last night ate at Fearings Restaurant which was faultless.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few things made it not a 5 star. The breakfast was just average - cold toast and hash browns - felt rushed to eat. Housekeeping took away 1 robe and never replaced it. Few other slight issues with room service. Never received turndown 2nd night after retuning to room at 7:50 pm. Had to then ask for ice. Bathroom sink area is very tight and rugs keep “catching” on the door. Highlights were Mary at concierge desk, Jonathan the driver, and the “hotel” cat.

The room is very big and feels like home. There is a room ter every afternoon. I couldn't help but ask for a few more soufflé cookies. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights, the service is very good and there is a very nice lady who has worked here for 33 years. I like this hotel very much, except the side is very deserted.

This is the first time I've heard of this hotel and it's my first time bundling with it, but it turns out that it's a hotel built by Hyatt. True to Hyatt's reputation, it is a luxury hotel.

I recently stayed here for a few days, while working remotely in Dallas with my significant other. By the time we left, we both said how it was the best hotel we had ever been at. To begin with, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, but allowed to be uniquely themselves, and not the 'robotic' default some other chains demand their staff be. The hotel itself is stunning and elegant from a design standpoint, but all while not feeling stuffy. It feels more like a Wes Anderson film, than it does your grandparents' country club -- and I love that. This neighborhood is also going through such a renaissance and provides cool shops and restaurants that are never far away. And finally, the hotel rooms, dining options, and even mini bar all offer top of the line comfort, quality, and uniqueness that cannot be replicated. If you can't tell -- I will be returning, and I cannot recommend it enough.

This is my new favorite hotel in Dallas. It’s hip without pretentious, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the room is lovely I travel a lot and often think that hotel rooms are often designed by people who have never left home. This room was terrific. Large and lovely shower, good lighting everywhere, sufficient storage and hanging space and a very nice robe I loved the vanity with big lighted mirror and the design of the room with two separate chambers Is genius. Whether you close the rolling door to dress without disturbing your roommate or wish to receive room service without having the waiter see you in your jammies it really works I love love love it here and will be sad to leave. Didn’t even mention the complimentary rides in the rolls Royce to get me to work Can’t wait to return and I’m not even gone yet

I really enjoyed my time here. I booked this stay to have some alone time with myself since I am always so busy. The Director, Sony (spellcheck), was so helpful and accommodating. He’s the best of the best. I will be returning! The place is STUNNING!. The bed is most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast was awesome too!

Aside from COVID protocols which made an extended stay challenging, this relatively new hotel offered a lovely, contemporary room and marvelous restaurant experiences, night after night. Situated in Dallas' Arts District, it's surrounded by diversions and Pritzker Prize winning architecture.

The first thing I will say is ”SHAME ON HILTON!” if they run a staff with so few people. We were there Fri-Sun. There was ONE valet the entire time who worked open to close. He really was one of the best things about the entire hotel experience and worked his butt off! Seriously, the guy has a way of making you smile. The front desk clerk, Estafania, (there were only 2 the entire weekend) was crazy sweet and helpful! The wonderfully great lady at the entrance bar makes amazing drink. THIS IS WHERE THE GOOD ENDS. THIS WAS NOT A $400/NIGHT ROOM! The carpet in the room was gross and stained. The toilet wouldn't flush unless flushed multiple times. When maintenance came, they basically told us to stand and hold the plunger down longer or ”flush twice if you need to”. The TV was a pain and would randomly go back to the menu. The radio never worked correctly and wouldn't stay on and it was the ONLY way in the room to listen to music. There was an area where the clothes hung that had a ”chiller” built in to a cabinet. The thing hummed loudly most of the time. ”BUT! THERE'S A TERRACE!” you say. The chairs were so gross and frayed, we never actually got brave enough to sit in them. Perhaps some of these things are normal in Texas, but we asked for late checkout. Anything beyond 1 hr and it was another $50 to a half day's charge. They promote the ”rooftop bar” but what they forget to tell you is that it's open to the general public. You're not going to find a seat there unless you get there early! We were ”given” a sad little bag of two generic waters as a ”check-in gift”. Valet is $35 a day but after seeing stores CHARGE A VALET just to shop at them, I guess it's not too bad. They hold a $50 a day charge ”in case”. No included breakfast - that will cost you another $15. I had expected nicely decorated and great beds, especially for the price of the room. It had been 12 yrs since I'd had a real vacation. I expected better for the cost.

First time in Dallas and we would return to this same hotel. Very clean. Felt new and modern. Loved the room layout for our family. Bedroom was separated from bathroom/dressing area by a barn door. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed dinner and the live music at “The Rustic”. The best part of this hotel was the valet. We could have easily parked on the street as the area felt safe, but chose to valet since we had rented a new car from Turo. Stacey, our valet, was so friendly and helpful. He is a gem!
