The Hakka Town is mainly built on the mountain and needs to climb the slope. The elderly are powerless and want to pay to take a battery car to visit the scenic area. They are told that they have to walk to the tourist center to get a minibus to the mountain. During the period, I saw that many hotel battery cars sent guests to the guest rooms halfway up the mountain, but did not provide scenic spot tour services. I asked the hotel and the tourist center how to provide electric vehicles to pick up guests for a tour, but they were vague. In the end, the old man did not visit the Hakka town, which was a pity. Personally, I think the service could be more detailed and more humane.

The male receptionist provided excellent, efficient, and accurate service, checking us in exactly as per our booking notes. Room service was prompt, delivering requested items quickly. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the service was top-notch. The security staff were discreet but attentive, providing thoughtful and personalized service throughout our stay. In fact, every hotel staff member we encountered was polite and offered service with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The room was very clean and provided with disposable bath towels. The tea room on the first floor was free to use and very comfortable. It was also beautiful for taking photos. I also received a drink coupon for the cafe, which was also very stylish. It was simply too beautiful.

We asked him for local restaurant recommendations, and after directing us to a parking spot, he went out of his way to come over and clearly explain where to find good food. He was fantastic! The only minor drawbacks were the slow and somewhat old elevator, and the breakfast vegetables were a bit oily. I highly recommend the Meiji Old Shop to the right of the hotel for their amazing pickled noodles and wontons. The nearby Meizhou cuisine, along with the Hakka walled villages and Wuhua Hot Springs a bit further out, were excellent experiences and easily accessible by car.

This four-star hotel experience far exceeded my expectations! The location is convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious, and the drinks in the fridge were unlimited. Special thanks to the front desk attendant, employee number 9, whose service was impeccable. I called him three times in a row in the early morning, and he responded quickly each time without any complaints, which made me feel incredibly warm. Full marks for the attention to detail; I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

I've stayed here many times; it's one of the best hotels in Meizhou. The breakfast is really good, and it's right next to the Meijiang River, making it super convenient for getting around.
