The service is particularly good, every waiter you meet will greet you warmly. Pay attention to needs and provide services at all times while eating. The only downside is that the food in the restaurant is on the salty side. The three dishes I ordered for dinner were all very salty, and all the salty foods at breakfast were also very salty!

This is the first time for our family to go to a luxury resort and we were not disappointed! Can you imagine having your own butler 24 hours a day? The facilities were excellent. We used a speedboat for island hopping. Loved our room with a view. Most of all, staff were excellent and professional. I had a cut and they had a resident nurse go up to my villa to treat it. The chef also had extraordinary customer service! He approached our table to ask how the food was. When he learned that one of our group has high bp problems, he curated a meal just for him. Awesome! Thanks, Chef Ralph Dela Rosa! I want to go back to Lihim to just relax and be pampered. Hopefully with other family members too!
