The staff very friendly room change because of unlockable interdoor without problems, even into a much more comfortable apartment without a surcharge ! The location is OK to recommend walking to the beach or the supermarket only as a good pedestrian. Breakfast is rich and balanced. However, it is not given to the price. The cleanness of the room, however, is limited. strong spot on the floor and on the walls, balcony door not closed completely, spot on the walls and gardens actually to dispose. There are many corners where you should renew and repair something again. The spa area solarium and steam bath during the stay was defect. The whole area was apparently not cleaned over the day no more cups for water and disorder. overfylded wash bags ect. A package bought on weekend desk lead us to this place and it was a great stay. The hotel is top, people are helpful and sympathetic, the venue is of high comfort and warm full. The atmosphere is great and decorated is top and n way furbished. The rooms are large space with top bedding and large bathroom. The spa is very well equipped rand clean with 2 jacuzzis and different saunas and hammam including a bar service upon request. The restaurant also provides a top quality offering with great food very well cooked and a view on the opened kitchen. The breakfast is just perfect with a large choice of high quality food and variety of salted and sweet choices. There idd se also a possibility to rent bikes and get full information on cycling or walking routes in the area. The hotel is also ideally located for people willing to have a beach moment. As a conclusion, we will stay there again for sure.

Hôtel de très belle apparence, bien entretenu et superbement décoré pour la période de Noël. Il se situe à proximité de la grande plage. Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, souriant et disponible. Nous avons bénéficié d'une offre avec. Petit déjeuner et dîner pour 2 personnes. La salle de repas est spacieuse, nous ne mangeons pas juste à côté de l'assiette du voisin. Les chambres sont propres, bien aménagées ainsi que la salle de bain attention cependant, je pense que nous étions dans une chambre économique au 2 ème étage sans ascenseur... Pas de soucis pour nous mais les escaliers sont assez raides , donc attention pour certaines personnes. Le Petit déjeuner est un des points forts de l'hôtel, bcp de choix et varié. Pour le dîner, nous avions sélectionné un vin espagnol de la cuvée Fletcher et dans aucun regret Alors vient le point négatif de notre séjour... 3 jeunes femmes(filles) s'occupent et de la réception et du service. On est gentiment accueilli pour le dîner, là la table que nous choisissons n'est pas propre, nous patientons ... La jeune fille nous apporte les carteS, je lui fais remarquer et elle réagit directement. Nous prenons commande de l'apéro qui se fait attendre pendant de longues minutes... Finalement mon mari voit notre plateau , se déplace lui même au bar et ses glaçons sont fondus dans son rhum.... Il redemande des glaçons, mais déception, le rhum a pris le goût de l'eau 😞 La jeune fille remarque que nous nous sommes déplacés pour les boissons et nous apporte le vin, là, surpris, elle nous présente du vin blanc... Après expliquations elle trouve et nous apporte la bonne bouteille. Arrivent directement les plats, apportés par le chef auquel nous faisons remarquer que nous n'avons ni couverts, ni serviettes... Le repas terminé, pas de réaction et c'est nous qui demandons que la table soit débarrassée... Nous terminons le repas par un pousse café, rien a signaler pour cette partie. Nous avons bien mangé et avons passé un beau weekend, nous y retournerons sûrement mais quelle déception face à cette mauvaise gestion due à du personnel inexpérimenté et désorganisé....

Wij boekten 1 overnachting in dit hotel. Onze Comfort Tweepersoonskamer was heel goed (16m² voor 2 personen). Er was geen lawaai en de kamer was in orde en proper. Hand- en douchezeep van Blue Collection waren aanwezig. Ook handdoeken waren voorzien. Wij hebben er heerlijk geslapen. Ook top dat er geen vasttapijt is in de kamer. Het hotel is mooi gelegen, op wandelafstand van het centrum waar je winkels, bars en restaurants vindt. De prachtige omgeving van het hotel nodigt uit om na het diner nog een avondwandeling te maken en te genieten van de rust. Het onthaal was heel goed. Alle medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Wij hebben in het hotel gegeten en dat was voor ons in orde. Aandachtspunten: Het lijkt ons aangewezen om mensen in dienst te nemen die Nederlands kennen. Voor het diner in het restaurant werden wij bediend door een meisje die het Nederlands niet machtig was waardoor wij op het Engels moesten overschakelen. Haar Nederlandstalige collega had het gezien en sprong snel bij maar het bezorgde ons toch een gevoel van ongemak. Vooral ook omdat ze na dit voorval onze tafel bleef bedienen, wat wij niet bepaald klantvriendelijk vonden. Wij verblijven niet in een hotel in Nederland om er dan Engels te moeten spreken. In een hotel in Nederland moeten alle medewerkers, en zeker diegenen die contact hebben met de gasten, het Nederlands machtig zijn. Ook mocht voor ons de radio tijdens het ontbijt wat stiller staan. Vele hotels zijn helaas in dit bedje ziek. Moet er dan toch per se van ‘s morgens vroeg een radio opstaan, dan kan er misschien eens gekozen worden voor wat rustigere muziek? Verder is dit hotel natuurlijk een typische Fletcher: een beetje afgeleefd. Bepaalde zaken kunnen nochtans snel opgelost worden: silicone afdichting in de douche, stof afnemen in de ontbijtzaal, de kasten wat opknappen, zien dat alles er ordelijk bijligt en dat er geen rommel rondslingert of op kasten opgestapeld wordt. Slotsom: dit verblijf was voor ons een zeer positieve ervaring. Onze aandachtspunten zijn zeker en vast geen minpunten. Wij zijn zeer tevreden van ons verblijf en kunnen dit hotel aanbevelen.
