Environment: The room was spacious and the location was excellent. You could take the subway directly from the basement, and it was very close to Tokyo Station, making it convenient for Shinkansen travel. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable. Facilities: The bathtub was very comfortable for a soak, and the turndown service even provided bath salts. Service: The service was superb, and I particularly want to mention this: During check-in, I had a brief conversation with the lobby manager, Asaki Yoshiuchi, where I casually shared some personal interests. To my delightful surprise, on the day of check-out, I received a handwritten letter from this manager! The letter included a specially drawn illustration that cleverly combined elements of the interests we had previously discussed. He not only remembered our casual conversation but also took the time and effort to transform it into a personalized and thoughtful souvenir. You can truly feel the hotel's sincerity and dedication.

Facilities: This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo, with relatively new and comprehensive facilities. The room decor has a very Japanese style. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Staff clean the rooms daily, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. Environment: The hotel is located right near Tokyo Station, which is very convenient.

Frankly, considering the price and reputation, it didn't meet my expectations. The details were excellent; the bedding, shower, tables, chairs, and bathtub were all very nice, and the toiletries were also good. However, considering the price, it felt like it was just what I expected, and not even really worth it. The hotel entrance wasn't very obvious, and the breakfast was only so-so.

Fantastic service! We had to adjust our reservations due to a sudden sickness. The hotel staff is quick to respond and easy to communicate. We appreciate their willingness to to accommodate our change and we truly enjoy our stay at this wonderful hotel! Five Star service all the way! Will definitely stay again for the next visit to Tokyo!

I highly recommend staying here. It’s one of the best luxury hotels in Tokyo—the service is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and the location is perfect.

The view and room was perfect. But the staff at the concierge could be more helpful. When we got the car, the staff would continusouly ask for our passports and we all had a handful.

We stayed four nights in two rooms. On the third day, the sheets were changed, but upon returning, we found obvious stains. Since it was already past 11 PM, we didn't contact the hotel, and the two of us slept in one bed. The other bed also had stains. On the fourth day, we went to the front desk to complain, providing photos. They said they should report it and told us to wait for a call. We didn't receive a call all day. When we returned to the hotel that evening, we asked the front desk. The night manager checked the computer and found we had complained, but didn't explain why there hadn't been any action taken all day. They finally offered to waive the room service meal fee for the other room. We didn't accept, but the result was the same upon check-out. Question 1: We weren't at the hotel during the day; we booked the Four Seasons specifically for a good night's rest. Is room service meal equivalent to a good night's sleep? What is the basis for this action? Question 2: After a whole day of processing, there was no response. They completely ignored our complaint. Is this the service standard of the Four Seasons? Or is it just that the sheets are often like this and it's not a problem? Question 3: The attitude was polite but arrogant. What justifies this condescending attitude? This is completely different from our past experiences with Four Seasons hotels and the service we've had in Japan. The photo below is incomprehensible and unacceptable.

Very satisfied! The environment is super good, the service is super good. The waiter can remember your name and greet you. The cocktails and spirits in the bar are quite good, with a lot of choices. The whole experience is great

The room came with a large balcony, perfect for getting some fresh air during the day. It overlooked the grassy square outside the palace, and the view was exactly as pictured. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very professional. The breakfast, with its Japanese-style set menu, made for a fantastic experience!

The convenient location is the biggest perk – Ginza LV is right on your doorstep! The minimalist decor is chic and sophisticated. Plus, they have Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. It's my absolute go-to whenever I'm in Tokyo!
- Guest User
The perfect hotel in the heart of Ginza. Only the rooftop bar needs to remain open longer and the white guy working there needs to be friendlier.

The hotel, staff and location is great. Only minor point that should have been clear is that breakfast is not as a buffet and is instead a set menu.

Overall, the hotel is good, but it is clear that the property has not undergone renovation for quite some time, and the interior already feels noticeably outdated. I was also surprised to find only two towels in the bathroom and toothpaste provided in a sachet, which looked rather unusual for a hotel of this level.  We did not try breakfast, as we unfortunately overslept. The sleep quality itself was excellent. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. We happened to stay on the day when an earthquake occurred in northern Japan, and the team handled the situation very professionally—calmly explaining everything, reassuring us that we were completely safe, and even encouraging us to continue enjoying our evening drink at the bar without worry. Overall, thank you for the stay. There is certainly room for improvement, as Mandarin should strive for perfection. In this case, I believe there are aspects that could be refined.
- Guest User
The rooms and public area facilities were well-maintained, the breakfast was decent, and the restaurant staff were very polite. Only the front desk staff seemed to have a perpetually sullen face for some reason. 😅

The port area has a great ambiance, and the subway is a straight line with minimal walking, making it easy to carry luggage. Taxi drivers all know the area. Service was decent; no problems encountered, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby was a bit dark, and I got a little lost the first couple of days. It's not very big, and it was crowded, with many people sitting around. I felt the rooms were just average. The tower view was only really interesting the first day; after that, I didn't even bother looking at it anymore, especially since the fog made it disappear. The slippers in the rooms were just one-day flip-flops and regular slippers, and they didn't replace them the next day; I had to call and ask. The white towels felt rough and should be replaced. I didn't have breakfast; I couldn't get up, so I won't comment on that. The neighborhood is very quiet, but convenience stores and other amenities aren't exactly within walking distance. Overall, it was just okay. I came to see a concert; it would be fine for a stay of four days or less.
- C_21_
I already knew the hotel was designed by Tony Chi, and I came with great anticipation to explore it. The lobby and rooms featured a lot of dark wood trim, which was very elegant. The reception, concierge, and lounge areas were cleverly separated, and I really liked this sense of privacy. The rooms were spacious, with chairs and beds facing the windows offering panoramic views. The salmon roe at breakfast was very fresh and delicious with rice!
