Très bel et confortable hôtel situé en plein centre ville. A deux pas des rues marchandes et restaurants. Très bon accueil du personnel, serviable et souriant. Chambre très bien ammenagée, salle de bain bien pensée. Parking à proximité.

Wow, this hotel has it all -- great beds, pillow menu, large, well-equipped gym, generous breakfast, balconies, parking, large bathroom with two sinks, robes and slippers, and great location ---- it fires on all cylinders. Its staff is excellent, with special mention to Alex who was consistently and incredibly helpful to us. They even got our laundry done in record time. It seems no task is too great. I wish smoking was not be allowed on the room balconies, but I doubt that will ever happen. Other than that, this hotel is a true 5 star experience.

This hotel is really beautiful, very well located on the big shopping street. The room is very large and high-size, immense bed (a real king size) and very comfortable, furniture design office, safe, mini bar, big dressing, dream bathroom: Jacuzzi bathroom and Italian shower with jets, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The location is in the center of Andorra City, which is about 15 minutes to the shopping pedestrian street. The hotel staff is average in English and mainly speaks Spanish. The hotel has one side of the window facing the other building, and there is no sunshine. It is recommended to stay in the even rooms on the road side.

The location of the hotel is very good. Opposite the traffic lights at the entrance of the hotel is the only attraction in Andorra, a twisted clock. Downstairs is the largest shopping pedestrian street in Andorra. Hotel facilities are still good, very clean and good service. Hotel parking fee is 21 euros.

The hotel is small, small and exquisite, culturally rich, very close to the attractions, basically all can walk over, the shower water is very good, the bath is comfortable. The hotel does not have dental appliances and needs to be prepared in advance. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and there is a discount for continuous stay.

The price is OK, the location is also OK, the bed is bigger, the quilt is not good, a bed sheet is covered with a blanket.

Unfortunately we had a rather poor experience here. We did a package with Crystal Ski and when we were dropped off we were told we would have to wait for 3 hours as reception was closed until 5pm. Fortunately a very helpful cleaner called Eve passed us and helped us get into our rooms sooner. If you book direct it appears they will leave keys in a locker so not sure why they don’t do that for Crystal. The room was small for 4 of us and our sofa bed in the living room was broken which made for a very poor nights sleep. When we reported this on the 2nd day they pretended to fix it but it collapsed again making 3 really bad nights sleep. We couldn’t put the mattress on the floor as there was no room. Eventually after a slightly more robust complaint the reception staff agreed to relocate us to another room (subject to availability that is) which they did and we were better off for the rest of the week. Be careful here, no tea towels are provided and they wanted to charge for extra toilet paper. It appears they will provide 1 roll per room for the duration of your stay. On the plus side it’s in close proximity to the el Tarter gondola. I think they would charge for ski storage there as well but we made alternative arrangements. Not our best experience I’m afraid
