The most upscale hotel in the Montclair area is not the same type as a five-star hotel. It was converted from a villa with more than 100 years of history. On the first floor is a small living room where guests can meet guests. Surrounded by luxury villas, the scenery is beautiful. Breakfast is not suitable for Chinese people. You can go nearby for food.

Hotel location is very good, and overlooking Manhattan Island, especially the morning on the other side of the scenery is very beautiful, the only regret is that when asked at the front desk for breakfast, answering that 6:30 meal, but Saturday morning at 6:30 to eat downstairs At the time, the restaurant did not open the door, saying that it was only at 7:30 on the weekend, and the children did not eat breakfast because of the exam time.

The price-performance choice of New York tourism, the hotel itself is not cheap, especially the peak season, but compared to the same hardware hotel in Isle of Man is still a price-performance choice and the scenery is very good across the bank, very close to the path to the Midtown is very convenient, the United States The hotel is generally no service.

Reviews From Real Travelers
We came down from Toronto for a few days. Family of 4 with 2 kids (2yo & 6yo). We chose the King suite for space, microwave and fridge. Our main focus was to visit American Dream Mall for Nickelodeon/ Dreamworks and quick visit to NYC. Convenient close drive to American dream approx 10min and 20min to Times Square (depending on what time you go). The hotel is located in an industrial business area so don’t expect much looking outside or walking around. The hotel is a bit dated but they keep It clean and presentable. The only issue I had upon arriving and departing was the automatic doors to keep open. They were not working on both sides of the building. It could have been useful when pushing in or out a trolley full of luggages but it’s not a deal breaker or end of the world. I didn’t even bother complaining about it to them. Everything was working in the room and was clean. The pictures I viewed on the internet matched exactly what I expected. On my second day I had a slight issue with a breaker being tripped. Javier at the desk was professional on handling the situation. He came up and opened the panel and switched it back on. Awesome service. The sofa bed is not the greatest or even close to terrible depending on the size of person. The actual mattress barely gives any support. It’s recommended to keep children on it than adults in my opinion, The complimentary breakfast was basic and it serves it purpose. I would say they did a great job on hosting it. Coffee, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, fruits, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches and fruits. I was happy with what they served. I ate it for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience and it was what I expected. The price is a great value. I would recommend this hotel for families. I would come here again. Thank you for keep up to your standards. Much appreciated

Comfortable for a quick overnight. Good access to MetLife, though its not particularly easy to get anywhere and a car/rideshare is a must for everything around this area. Pro tip: if you go to a game or event, take the shuttle to and from from Redd's Restaurant (about a 5 min uber from the hotel) instead of trying to do ride share to the stadium. It is so much more seamless! Walkable to a Dunkin Donuts-not much else. Very friendly staff. Overall a pleasant, quick stay.

The check in process was painless, and I even arrived early. No issues.
The room itself was nice and clean. I enjoyed the kitchen and it was well-stocked (silverware, plates, paper towels, etc.). The fridge was a bit small, but worked for a short stay. The bed was somewhat comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking.
I did not try the breakfast, as I am dieting, but it smelled good in the lobby area, and it was very popular.
I did not try out the gym, but it looked serviceable. The pool is currently closed for renovation.

The hotel room is large, with a large refrigerator, sink, cutlery chopping board. There is also a microwave. The transportation is also convenient, there is Walmart nearby. The room was clean and the service staff was friendly. There are fewer breakfast seats, it is best to eat before 8 o'clock.

The location was great, the room was ample and well laid out. The best part however was the staff. Every single employee was warm and welcoming. In particular, Hansol went out of her way to take care of us and help us get through a mistake made by booking.com. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Our trip would not have been the same without her!

I stayed at the Cranford Homewood Suites and found it to be very comfortable. The room was spacious, mini kitchen had a refrigerator that quickly made ice, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast had real food - fresh eggs, sausage and hash browns to name a few.

This hotel is convenient if you're staying in Jersey City and want to be close to transport/the mall other activities. I wouldn't recommend this for a regular stay. It honestly feels like a museum. We were here this past month and its just run down and could use a deep clean. There are zero amenities that match the price point. I also feel that if you book with a third party they make sure they put you in the worst rooms. Upon arrival neither front desk attendant was warm or friendly but rather looked at myself and my guest as if ”we” did not belong in their hotel. As someone who has stayed in the past, this post covid visit was it for us. Wifi isn't free, no free water, no apples in the gym area, etc. For 200+ a night not even a decent coffee maker in the room.

Go to New York on the weekend and choose to live in Jersey City across the river. The Residence inn that used to live in the past was mainly suites, that is, the bedroom and living room are separated, but the bedroom, living room and kitchen of this house are connected together. If there are multiple people, it will be crowded and inconvenient. In addition, the hotel itself has no parking lot. It must be parked in the next public parking lot. It is 28 yuan a day on weekends. The hotel's breakfast is general, there are more people. A 15-minute walk from the hotel to the ferry terminal. There is a supermarket and a subway downstairs.

Because I took my daughter to take the test for 7 days, I specially booked this hotel with a kitchen. Downstairs is a food supermarket. It is very convenient to simply burn something. The tableware is very complete. Besides the chopsticks, there is an induction coffee machine, but there is no A microwave, an oven and a kettle are provided. There are also restaurants in several nearby streets, and Chinese food is also available. The transportation is very convenient and the subway station is downstairs.

I loved using the Wilshire for my wedding hotel block. We had a lovely welcome dinner for our out of town guests which was so not only convenient, but also lovely. Food was a buffet, we had a bar with beer and wine, and the lighting/atmosphere was beautiful. Not everything was perfect (things happen) but the customer service went above and beyond. They made sure to correct their errors, give refunds where appropriate and were so kind and made me feel much better. The lobby was also great for larger groups to gather and enjoy some extra time before and after the wedding events. I would definitely recommend them!!

Facility a little old, could hear water rushing in the pipes. A large party breaking up at 2AM woke us up. A/C was good. Overall very clean. Appreciated the breakfast, but the coffee wasn’t good. Just being honest!
