There is nothing to say about the eight-star hotel, facilities and other hardware, so I won’t go into details here. Mainly comment on software-services: First of all, no matter who you are, you have to go through security check as soon as you enter the door. It will be more troublesome if you have a lot of things in your hands. Most of the security check groups I met on the first day seemed to be vicious and unfriendly. I thought security personnel needed this kind of virtue. However, the groups on the second day were much less nice than others. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very businesslike and not as attentive and enthusiastic as some star hotels (I wonder if this is their corporate culture?). She didn’t introduce much about the hotel. She only gave us a map and took us there. In the middle of the room, I just roughly pointed to the location of the breakfast restaurant, but nothing happened all the way. As a result, I didn’t bother to study the map, so now I came back to read other people’s reviews and found out that I can ride a camel for free and take a car to see the whole hotel for free. So I blindly browsed the swimming pool downstairs several times from morning to night. . In fact, the hotel still has personnel who meet the eight-star service standards. For example, the doorman in the guest area will take the initiative to help you swipe your card to open the door when you are inconvenienced. There is also the two-meter-tall doorman at the door. Although he looks fierce at first glance, It's a bit scary, but the service is actually more enthusiastic than the above-mentioned glamorous front desk staff. Not only do they do their jobs diligently, but they also take good care of the emotions of the guests waiting to pick up the car from time to time. Without them, this eight-star hotel should really be Got a few stars.

Just had the most fabulous overnight staycation at this wonderful hotel. Took my sister for a surprise treat whilst she was visiting from the UK. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the service was impeccable! Every member of staff was extremely polite at all times but do need to mention several members of staff who made our stay extra memorable! Marina on reception who facilitated such an easy check in & check out experience. Fahim & Kamal who provided the best service with a smile at the poolside. Thanks guys for the beautiful fruit basket! Our amazing butler Chatty who surprised us several times with an array of goodies! Nothing was too much trouble for him. Waseem at the Olea restaurant who delighted us by sending a lovely bottle of wine for us to enjoy by the pool, thanks to Akhil from the restaurant for taking care of us at breakfast & delivering the wine later. Not forgetting the lifeguards who we chatted to at the pool, special mention for Santosh & Roshan.

This hotel is very suitable for couples. It is an artificial island and it can be said to be very well done. It feels like only a wealthy country like Dubai can provide such service details. It is an extremely luxurious hotel. Basically the best artificial island I have ever experienced.

It’s not a very pleasant experience. When I made the reservation, I said it was the first day’s dinner plus the second day’s breakfast and lunch. When I checked in at more than three o’clock, I said it was the first day’s lunch and dinner. The second day only had breakfast. Check in The procedure is very slow, lunch must be used up before four o'clock, there is no way to eat. When the swimming pool was booked, it was said that it would open at 7:00, but I was caught up to swim at 8:45. Only suitable for children to play

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. To be honest... This is heaven. If you look after relaxation, this is the place to be! The best island of the country (Maldives feeling), so peaceful and relaxing, the sea is transparent, you can have nice walk near the hotel without any constructing around... The hotel is perfect, the breakfast has a lot of variety from vegan to ice cream to avocado toast station... I love the pool, the lobby, the architecture, the bathrub in the room!!! i am dreaming about coming back already!

Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights to escape the hustle and bustle in Dubai. From the moment we crossed the entrance to the time we left we felt completely cocooned and pampered by the team and by the silence of the place. In fairness , you do get better experiences of a Desert Hotel in the UAE but for the short drive it was fine. Your views from the villa with pool are not really unobstructed as you will see one or the other shelter or building in the close distance but it is okay. However the desert around the edge of the villa wasn’t the cleanest and our short proximity to the horse stalls meant that we had a good time of smelling the same which was not really nice. On top of that the pool was quite the treat for all kinds of birds , especially pigeons. And not only are they drinking from the water but also do their business in the water which can be disgusting, but they are cleaning the pools every morning to minimize this. However we wish to have used the pool longer time. I know it’s nature but compared to other hotels of this kind it is not as bad as here. The Spa is fantastic and the treatments have been wonderful and well done. Also the facilities have been great to use including their snow cave which was a change from the norm. The food at the breakfast and at the in room dining where absolutely exquisit and well balanced. We did not visit any restaurant also because most of them were closed due to limited amount of guest which is reasonable. But in room dining was as good as being in the restaurant. On top of all the team made our stay complete. All staff were super helpful , always a smile and came up with suggestions we did not had in mind but ended up using. E.g in villa breakfast which we ordered by WhatsApp with our butler Jaouad. Jaouad was great and always there if you need him even on his day off. For us the staff made up for most of the flaws we encountered and we wish to come back asap.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s likely one of the most affordable Four Season properties - yet the service is absolutely incredible and five stars! We stayed for two nights in layover on route to our baby moon. The room had a treat and acknowledgment of our babymoon. I had a massage at the spa which was great. The pool was nice and had good service (staff immediately brought some cold water in a cooler and there is sun screen available for guests). We are at the steak house one night which was also lovely. Overall I can say all of the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional and we felt so well taken care of. We liked the location as the hotel is attached to a nice mall. We were able to take regular taxi to some Tourist sites and that was easy and decent prices. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Spacious and very quiet hotel. Really, I enjoyed with my sister so much, we stayed in a beautiful room with breathtaking view on the 3rd floor. It is Strange , that I’ve never heard before about it. Great location with lots of resturants around us. the staff is very efficient, well trained, and supportive. They provide extra care to their guests. The ambience is beautiful but not really sure about the selections of their breakfast. It's an ideal place to stay with friends and family ,would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Conrad Etihad Towers for 3 nights. The room layout including bathroom and especially the bed are all very comfortable. Even though the hotel is already 12 years old, the room looked like new and the lobby is one of the biggest and most beautiful I have ever seen. Amenities like water, tea & coffee are well stocked. The staff of reception, housekeeping and the F&B dept are very well trained, friendly and professional. The high service level gives you a welcoming feeling. Our overall experience was very good, but some improvement should be done on the beach side/bar staff. - A lot of sun umbrellas are broken, but still on the beach which makes it difficult to find a working one. - The towels could do with a replacement. - The staff on the beach side is not pro active and hard to find (they must have a good hiding place somewhere). You have to do everything yourself. - Tonight we were looking forward to a relaxing drink at the beach bar, but when we arrived at 07.40 PM the bar tender told us the bar was closed and we had to go to the Vakava restaurant for a drink, which we didn’t want as we were not dressed for the occasion. When I shared my understanding that the bar opening times was at least until 8 PM, he was so kind to poor us a drink. We noticed other people got chips and nuts, but 3 nights in a row there were only olives for us. - It looks like there is lack of management on the beach side. - The beach area is not well cleaned, because we saw a lot of cigarette butts and plastic garbage. We would like to thank the rest of the staff for the pleasant stay!
