The hotel has so much potential but lacks in amenities and services available like a proper fridge in the rooms, fast working AC and room service. But overall love the location, the comfortable mattresses and cleanliness of the rooms.

Love the hotel! Great location! Terrance and Teesha are absolutely awesome and made the experience seamless! Couldn’t be more grateful. They also helped me understand the area since this is my first visit to Texas! I was a bit anxious but they put my mind at ease!

Not long ago, it was really neat and connected to the shopping center, so it is a good place to visit.

Very nice stay would stay again. Only when for a short stay. Maybe next time we can stay longer. If the price is right. Only stay one night the service was good not excellent but good. The front man didn’t seem happy to see us we didn’t look rich enough to stay there I guess. We usually don’t dress the part but we are blessed. People should be kind to everyone I think even if you don’t look the part.

Clothing was found at the foot of our bed that didn’t belong to us, letting us know our beds were not cleaned from the previous guest, and were just simply remade by the housekeeping staff. Gel-like substance was found in multiple drawers. The shampoo/body wash dispenser was broken. Multiple pieces of the shower head was broken. The nightstand had not been wiped down, and grease/fingerprints could be found all over. Breakfast was nonexistent. Both days we got down early to find absolutely nothing available. The only good thing about this property was the friendliness of the front desk staff. The manager is new and started a few days ago, but it’s completely obvious this hotel has a TON of issues, and shouldn’t be offering high priced room stays for subpar cleaning and services.

Extremely good and loved my stay there. I can definitely recommend and I will book again there whenever I visit FRISCO. But please do something about your breakfast. The choice is limited and poor compared to other hotels.

Stay in this place while visiting Dallas for my conference was one of the best decisions I made this time. Breakfast was the best part before I headed to my meeting. The workout room was a great place to finish my day
