The hotel was easy to find in The Circle. Lobby was comfortable and check-in was quick and efficient. Room layout was ideal and television was very large, just right for my eyes! Room controls were easy to use. Bathroom was clean and had everything (robes, slippers, towels, toiletries) I needed. Room service app didn't work for my order but the phone response was fast, with delivery on time. I'd stay here again for an early flight the next day.

Adequate for a one night stay for next day flight departure, standards as would be expected of an international chain hotel brand like Renaissance

We had a terrible experience at Movenpick Zurich Airport. While checkin was seamless and professional and the shuttle service to/from the airport super convenient, the room was ordinary. We arrived tired after 10pm and had a 7:45am flight to Paris on the next morning. We requested a wake-up call at 5:45am. When I woke up and looked up my watch, it was 6:40am! We jumped out of bed and ran to checkout and catch the next airport shuttle scheduled at 7am. The latest time to check in luggage is an hour before the flight so at 6:45am and we were flying internationally with 2 stopovers! When we complained, the manager said he tried to call us 9 times. Well, our phone never rang so I told him that he could have come and knock at our door. He said ‘no, I can’t leave my desk’ with no apology and no empathy whatsoever. The tone he was speaking in was as if it was our fault that their phone was not working. The shuttle arrived a bit late and we arrived at the airport at 7:15am. Our big luck was: we checked in our luggage the evening before and already had our boarding passes so we made the flight, in extremis.

Very near to the airport with just a train ride. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.
