Top 10 Hacienda del Rio Hotels

It should be the best hotel in Del Rio. Check-in and check-out are fast and there is a small convenience store in the lobby. The design is very strong, the color is what I like, and parking is very convenient. Will stay next time.

All was good. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but few are. It was what we expected. Rooms were clean, electrical outlets adequate as were the towels. Check in was fast and friendly. Parking was good. Places to eat nearby.

Bar (white horse) rude, unfriendly, and watch your tab as they will add beverages or add a higher tip. Whole hotel needs to be completely renovated, not just a surface face lift. Water pressure is extremely low, every channel on the television has static. Maintenance went to my room to try to repair something as i left my quarters for my laundry on the counter when i return they were gone. Front Staff and restaurant extremely friendly! A few of the cleaning personal are extremely friendly (Estella is wonderful). I put all the negatives first because they surely out weight the positives. It has potential, but not the way it’s been ran, the personal that is stealing needs to be held accountable. It’s fairly simple just has an incentive and people will rat people out if money is involved. Personally i can’t wait till Marriott comes to this town, they’ll steal all the business, and this town knows there’s a lot of government personal here.
