The hotel itself is a fine place to spend a night close to the airport. We had 1 cup and 1 coffee pod in our room, but it was not a big deal to go down and get more. My issue with this hotel is that they do not offer hotel shuttle service from the airport after 9pm, and nowhere is this stated on their website or elsewhere. When we landed from an international destination, we called the hotel to ask for a pickup. They told us where to go, but by the time we got out of the terminal it was approximately 9:10 pm. We called the hotel back and the front desk told us that the shuttle driver had gone home and we'd have to take an Uber. We did, and $17 and a 5 minute Uber later we arrived and spoke to the front desk, who basically just did not care. We asked for our Uber amount to be deducted from our bill (it wasn't), and explained the situation again the next day to the next front desk employee. Again, didn't really care. The manager wouldn't be in until hours later, so I asked for an email explaining their pickup policy. I never received one. If you're staying at this hotel in part because of the airport shuttle, keep this in mind.

They charged my booking twice and still do not return the money and the deposit. Also I had some requests before the booking so I tried to contact them through bookin.com and was impossible. The Room was comfortable is the only good thing

If you want oatmeal for breakfast you better get it before 9:40 or the breakfast staff will remove it even if it is a half full pot of oatmeal. There are also rude signs in the breakfast area as to toaster use, or knocking on the kitchen door at or after 10:00.

My grandkids, 3, 6, & 9, and I had a great time. The room was clean, quiet & spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The pool isn't huge but it is indoors so we could escape the heat. Breakfast every morning had a variety of hot and cold food, and of course the kids wanted the make your own waffles. The kids kept saying over and over how much fun they were having and how much they liked the hotel. Thank you to the staff for eveything!

Room was clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable, but sheets are thin. Room smelled and appeared very clean. We were on second floor about 4 doors from stairway and downstairs exit and could hear some of the in and out traffic but wasn't to bad. They offered a to go style breakfast of an orange, granola bar, milk or juice, and an option of cereal and yogurt was offered. Receptionist was kind. Lobby and walkways area weren't as clean as rooms but still well kept. We enjoyed our sleep here though which is spot to say because I'm a light sleeper.
