It has been one of the best hotel I have ever been to. The staffs are super friendly, lovely and supportive. The location of this hotel is really good, super close to Metro and many landmarks and market. The big big plus of this hotel is that they even give you all the things include minibar for free. You could do party at your own room.

very good location next to the market square,all facilities are complete.there is a hotel parking lot,and there is also a place to charge the train.the parking fee when going to is 15 euros per night.the mini bar in the room is free of everything.

The environment in the hotel is very good and very quiet. The area of the room is quite large, and the two big men dragging 5 boxes to check in is not too crowded. The toilet is very clean. The front desk is very serious, after check-in will be very detailed introduction to the network, the matters needing attention around the hotel and so on. The hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from hbf, so the traffic is very convenient. The only problem comes from the surrounding environment of the hotel. The hbf neighborhood is notoriously messy. Be careful of thieves and those who fly the leaves when you go out, especially during the epidemic. But the hotel is very quiet and safe.

Check in and check out was very disorganized and had very long waits. They were understaffed both times. The shower sprayed all over the ground in the bathroom because the glass median of the shower didn't come out far enough.

The size of the accessible room (533) is as always the Radisson Hotels are pleasantly generous and really great, the sleep comfort with regard to the mattress excellent, the friendliness of the reception staff especially, The windows close perfectly to the noise of traffic.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the traces of the use of the ”foremie” were significantly visible, the room was generally slightly dust.
A massive conception is the huge continuous noise level of the air conditioning machine room directly adjacent to the room, which is not hearable only in the night up to 4.30h. Since I'm permanently on the way in hotels, I'm less noisy, but the noise was not even connected with Oropax and bed cover. Pech!

Extremely positive experience. Very friendly and competent staff, especially at Christmas when only a few people want to work. Extra requests were fulfilled without any problems. The hotel is a bit old but clean. Would go back anytime.
