Определенный плюс - наличие своей парковки. Она хоть и маленькая, но сотрудники всегда помогали найти место.

Stopped for two nights. Family with two children. The hotel is well located. To the center and the motors 300 meters on foot. With no noise.
It's just 50 meters away free beach. Well, not quite the beach, rather the entrance to the sea.
The hotel staff were kind, helped with parking, quickly settled.
We had a deluxe room next to the elevator. The elevator is heard well, even too much.
The room itself is comfortable, mattresses and lingerie are good. At request, additional bedding is provided.
Breakfast in the hotel is served on the terrace with a pool. Breakfast is good, there is something to choose from. The pool is small but people are practically not. Refresh at the very time.
In the evening, you can sit on the terrace, drink wine, play table games. The hotel staff can at request deliver the necessary dishes.
In the next building there is a small shop, the prices on 15-20% are more expensive than in supermarkets.
In general everything was good, we liked it.

The hotel room is clean and tidy. The straight-line distance is close to the beach, but the actual distance may not be close. The service is very good and they will help you park. There is a super cute little Pomeranian on the first floor, very friendly.

Breakfast is an ordinary Turkish breakfast! We brought two baby, the store was very intimate to add two beds to the child, the room is a suite, with a very large terrace, super clean and comfortable, is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in so many hotels! In addition, the style of the hotel decoration is very modern and more style! I have to praise the owner, a handsome and enthusiastic young man, highly recommended! The location of the hotel is particularly good at the seaside in the town of Kas. There are a lot of restaurants around, and there is silence in the middle of nowhere! We traveled by car to this side, very worried that there is no place to park, the owner is eager to help us park the car. Also enthusiastically recommend a restaurant that eats seafood, Smiles, at the harbour, probably the name, just a few minutes walk. Grilled squid is super delicious, cheese spinach, and some other cold dishes are more suitable for our Chinese stomach, recommended!

The house is right next to the town of Kash. It takes two minutes to walk to the town. It is very convenient to walk to the island hopping pier for five minutes. It is clean and comfortable. The parking space in the town is crowded. The car can be parked next to the hotel.

The breakfast is Turkish cold food. The Turkish breakfast after a few days has completely lost my appetite. The location is almost on the top of the mountain, and it is quite easy to drive by car. Free parking is available near the door. It is a homestay, similar to a domestic residential building. But there is no elevator, the staff will help carry the luggage upstairs. Originally I wanted to entrust the hotel to book a boat tour, but then I went around and found that it was much cheaper to book it myself.

The hotel is on the hill, the room is large, very clean, absolutely comfortable, but there are some distances when walking away from the town. If it is a self-driving tour, it is the first choice. There is a parking space downstairs, but there is no elevator, but it is already a very comfortable hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, facing the Mediterranean Sea with an amazing view. However, the room still had a strong paint smell, and the interior decor left much to be desired. I booked a top-floor terrace room with a 1.5-meter bed. For two people, there was only one small duvet. The mattress was too soft, and the bathroom was tiny. There was no space next to the sink to put a toiletry bag, and the entire bathroom only had one hook, making it inconvenient to hang clothes. Breakfast was a highlight, though. Sitting on the terrace, enjoying the sea view while eating, I had a delicious savory pancake, similar to freshly made ones in China. I hope the hotel makes further improvements.

I rarely review hotels, as every traveler has different expectations. However, Hotel Payam in Kaş is definitely worth recommending. The owner is incredibly warm and attentive, and the hotel's location is great and it's very clean.
What particularly impressed me was the breakfast pasta station, where everything was freshly made on the spot. I couldn't resist having a few extra pieces right out of the oven!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and cozy, just like on the photos. The location was perfect, near attractions and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. I liked the balcony with the beautiful views especially well. I would definitely come back and can recommend this accommodation to anyone!

The hotel does not have an elevator, the room size is small, the bathroom area is small, and the same price should have more choices in Kas. But the staff is welcoming, far from the business district, quiet, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful.

Отель хороший, приятные и чистые номера. В нашем номере были все удобства, в том числе холодильник и фен. Имелся небольшой балкон, на котором мы с удовольствием пили чай. В номере нет кухни и стиральной машины (возможна она есть в общей зоне, мы не уточняли). В отдельных отелях в Каше по сопоставимой цене кухни и стиральные машины имеются в номере. Утюг нам дали в номер без проблем на ресепшене. До центра 2 минуты пешком (дорога обратно в горку). Недалеко (минут 5-10 пешком) до амфитеатра , в котором по вечерам на закате играют музыканты. Мероприятия очень атмосферные и бесплатные. В целом отель хороший, оставил хорошие воспоминания о себе. Рекомендуем.

Small and beautiful hotel, in the small town of Kash, it takes ten minutes to walk to the core location of the town, very close to several net red punch points. The hotel is small, but very chic, breakfast is a fixed Turkish meal, quite delicious. Very cost-effective.
