Top 10 Kilkenny Park Hotels

Well, the valet & front desk staff were cordial, the room was quite small with a weird sliding window between the sink & the bed, the special big ice they encourage you to order doesn't fit in any of the glasses provided in the room...the room service was hit & miss...the workout area was absolutely AMAZING though...world class... The lobby bar is quite crafty/cold in winter...almost everyone had their coats on...the bartender was excellent! All in all not good value for your dollar...

I booked a night at the Renaissance as I was flying to edmonton to pick up my son and fly home the next morning so didn't want to stray far. The room was clean, cozy and quite. There was a pool and Starbucks and several food options. Very accommodating and would stay again.

It has been a few years since I last stayed at this hotel. I was greeted at reception by Chris who was very friendly and efficient. Chris is a great ambassador for the hotel and makes you feel welcome. He thanked me for choosing the hotel and being a Titanium Bonvoy member. I did receive the expected amenities for my stay. Parking is very easy with the West parkade adjoining the hotel. I chose this hotel due to a meeting close by and then a second night being close to enjoy an Oilers game at Rogers Place. I enjoyed breakfast at District 102 Restaurant which is part of the hotel on 3rd floor (separate review). I was upgraded to a very nice suite which overlooks the City Centre Mall. Beds are very comfortable, work area is very good and chairs are very welcoming. Room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping staff are also very friendly and greeted me in the mornings (stayed two nights). This hotel is ideal for venues in the downtown area. Access is easy and a very welcoming and inviting staff. I look forward to returning soon.

1. The location is not in the city center, it is on the south side. The building is 10 stories high and there are no other high-rise buildings in the surrounding area. It is very suitable for overlooking the sky and the evening glow. 2. The facilities and facilities are quite satisfactory, and the height of the bed is high. When I went to live at the end of 2019, no one felt like it, and I didn't see a Chinese move in. The front desk staff are all foreigners, all are English-speaking and no Chinese-speaking 7. One flaw is that the faucet from the washbasin has a small water outlet, but the water from the bathtub faucet is very hot.

Once again, the location is good, that is, the square is now being repaired, and the surrounding roads are not so good. His bed is awesome, that is the feeling of sleeping and not wanting to get up.

Stayed here 3 nights recently. Pauline Poirier was great recognizing my Plat Elite Bonvoy status. Excellent location if you need a hotel at south end of Edmonton. Close to Edmonton South Common shopping/cinema complex and YEG airport. I would have given 5 out of 5 if there wasn't a problem with whirlpool in first room I was given (I think it was 213). Moving second night was a bit of a hassle. Meal service in hotel restaurant was a bit slow even though there were only 2-4 tables the few times we ate there. IMO hotel is a solid 3 star hotel. Great value for money. Would consider staying here again.

The hotel is just strategically located and convenient for shopping. Nothing else is good! The rooms are outdated, the sanitation is average, the service attitude is not good, there is no feeling of a star hotel at all! You can't get good floors and rooms when you book on Ctrip! Strongly not recommended. No airport shuttle! It’s almost 48 kilometers to the airport, and it takes about 300 to take a taxi?

Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, but there are a wide range of fruits, dairy products and bread. The reception is very friendly and valet parking is very convenient. It is very close to Albert University Hospital and within walking distance.
