This was my first stay at the Park Royal Monash, and I look forward to many more. From the time I checked in, during my stay, and until I checked out, the staff made me feel very welcome and valued. Little touches such as the room upgrade to a suite, the welcome chocolates, recalling my morning coffee order and bottles of water in my room were much appreciated. The restaurant meal I had after my late check-in was delicious and perfectly cooked, even though the kitchen was about to close. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great hosts… very friendly and welcoming. Apartment is great! Modern, clean, location is perfect… nice building. I had a very nice stay and definitely recommend… 😄

Impeccable rooms, fantastic atmosphere and outstanding staff. Absolutely brilliant trip. Having all of the hotel amenities & dine-in info directly from the tv was great. If you could order directly from the TV instead of needing to scan the QR code for a menu and then call front desk, that would certainly improve the overall experience. But the things that mattered where all there. Thanks to all the staff for making check-in & out so seemless.

Great location for shopping and eating out. Stayed overnight for a gymnastics competition. Got some shopping in and only 5 mins away from gymnastics centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean, shower was spacious and hot with good pressure bed was very comfortable

Exceptional service- friendly front desk , rooms prepared on time . Rooms clean . Excellent location - train station , choices of restaurants . Reception staff very accomodating to requests . Will definitely return .

I had an amazing experience staying at the Mercure Doncaster! Firstly, the room was beautiful, clean, and fit for my short-stay business purposes. What I was most impressed by however was the customer service! My colleague and I needed to find a last minute venue for a business meeting with international clients, and the staff at Mercure very kindly accommodated us with one of their available meeting rooms free of charge. The room was spacious, well-organised, modern and the technology was extremely easy to use! The staff support and amenities allowed for a seamless experience which we were very grateful for. A special thank you to Isabella, the Reception Manager who saved the day (even offering to extend my checkout time to suit the time of our meeting).

The Sebel Ringwood has so many good points. It’s close to transport, shops and restaurants. It offers full king-size beds, and a large bathroom with a night-light. It’s set up for modern travel – we were able to charge all our devices at once from the numerous power points and USB plugs. The staff are overall very professional. So we will definitely stay at the Sebel again. The one downside was breakfast. We had to make an early start, so we were pleased to see that breakfast starts at 6 am on a weekday. It didn’t work as planned. There’s no buffet, we ordered cooked meals. There was only one cook, he hadn’t prepared in advance, so he ambled in and out of the storeroom getting ingredients, and our breakfasts arrived close to 6:30. My portion turned out to be very small, so I went looking for fruit. There’s none! No fruit salad, no bowl of bananas and oranges, nothing! So I left the hotel hungry. Because breakfast had taken so long, we had to rush to brush our teeth, do a final pack, and hurry to catch our train. I would much prefer what I’ve seen in other hotels of the same standard, where there’s a buffet plus a cook who makes to order dishes like omelettes, scrambled eggs, or full English. Before I forget, breakfast at the Sebel included freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee from an espresso machine, which were both very good.

The hotel apartment is very well located, with large enough area and complete facilities. It is very comfortable to live in. It is very convenient to shop and eat Chinese food next to it. Two bedrooms with double beds, a separate laundry room and two bathrooms are suitable for a family. The room is equipped with enough coffee, tea and snacks to enjoy. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that you must get the key password in advance when you check in. The room provides free parking spaces. Remember to get the remote control key. We all agree the food was very good and worth the wait. There was 6 adults today, we all orederd and our friend who ordered last got his meal first and was finishes before we even got ours. Service was not the best. It came with a smile and they are very friendly, but the restaurant was not busy enough, there was about 35 to 40 people sitting down for a meal and 5 font of house staff and well the speed of service was terrible. It was clean and neat to look at. Very much a typical gaming room bistro. I had garlic prawns, a garlic bread, and dessert, Hubbie had a entree squid and the special Porterhouse for the day and the total it was $84. So not cheap but did enjoy it all. The the dessert was explained as a burnt lemon and lime tart and well there was no burnt it was just taken out of the cake display and put on the plate with some cream not very good.
