"My wife and I have been visiting this beautiful place for four years and every visit is just as special as the previous. The staff treats you like old friends, welcoming you with open arms and remembering you favorite drinks and snacks. The service, the food, and the treatment one receives throughout the stay is unlike any other hotel. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel unique and special and that you are the only one staying at this elegant mansion. Anytime anyone asks about staying over in Baltimore, we strongly recommend staying at the Ivy Hotel to truly take in the beauty of the city and get a true taste of its luxury. We are celebrating our eighth stay at this truly magical place and couldn't pick a better place to ring in the New Year. Thank you Ivy Hotel for four amazing years of memories and to many more. To any new friends of the hotel, get ready to be amazed and pampered in your new home away from home."
"My wife and I just spent the most wonderful days living like “Downton Abby” ™. The IVY in Baltimore, MD, is fantastic. The service, the food, the service; your every wish is accommodated. This property is right out of the old English countryside as my British wife can attest. Somewhat pricey, it is worth every penny. Whether staying for a football, basketball, or baseball game they will insure your transportation to and from as well as dinner reservations and transportation. Prime Rib, fantastic restaurant, is on the same block. Come and share what we enjoyed. Magdalena, their own, on-site, 5-star restaurant will open on the 9th (Oct). Sig: Richard H. "My stay at the Ivy Hotel was amazing!!! I had a weekday wellness package, which was perfect for a midweek getaway. The staff was so professional and friendly; everyone made me feel so welcomed. The property is immaculate with a great history. My spa experience was grand. My facial has me glowing like a ray of sunshine. Feeling extremely relaxed after Nicole performed my massage is an understatement. Nicole is very knowledgeable, has the best spirit, and loves sharing helpful information. I can't wait to return with friends and family."

"Hotel location is very good. Just in the port area. The scenery in the next round is very good. The hotel's daily store is also delicious. The main one is very safe. Compared with other four seasons, the obvious feeling is that the sanitary preparations are slightly inferior. There is actually a dead ant under the pillow. There are mosquitoes in the room, 16th floor, I really don't know where to come... Oh, the breakfast environment is also very good, overall good, recommended!"
"The price/performance ratio is too low, the bathroom facilities are really flattering, too old, but the location and surrounding environment are very good. The front desk staff is also very good."
"The surrounding area of the hotel is fully furnished and it is very close to the inner harbor. excellent service!"

"We feel so fortunate to have discovered Pier 5 when we had to travel up to Johns Hopkins for medical tests for my dad. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. They were all warm, friendly, helpful and gracious. Our first contact was with Sandy the front desk manager who was very patient with me and helped me figure out the perfect combination of adjoining rooms and amenities for me and my 86 year-old parents. She arranged for a chair in the shower, a raised toilet seat, etc. Here is the list of wonderful people we would like to thank. We sincerely hope Hilton will recognize this very special group of people and reward them generously! Sandy - front desk manager Marilyn - front desk Angelita - front desk Tyeasher - server Monte - omelet chef Derrick - van driver Roland - van driver Harold - door man Shari (sp?) - housekeeping"
"Recently, we conducted a small business meeting at the Pier 5 Hotel. The service was exceptional across the board. Marilyn greeted us at the front desk with a warm smile. Baiba saw to it that our meeting room was set up, and when there was an issue with the heating system, she provided a solution. Devin kept us well fed, with some of the best food I have ever enjoyed at any hotel anywhere. Monte perfectly prepared my omelette every morning . Congratulations and thank you to hotel manager Eja for ensuring that our meeting was flawless! Every time I travel to Baltimore, you can bet that I will stay at the Pier 5 Hotel."
"My stay was wonderful at Pier 5 Hotel. Breakfast was off the charts everyday. They have the typical things like coffee, fruit, cereal, toast, etc. The best was the made to order eggs though. Chef Monte made me the best omelet I’ve had in a long time. Cooked to perfections with cheesy goodness oozing out the sides. Way better than my college food. :) Tyeasher also had amazing service for cleaning up and such—she was quick to offer help. Overall, a pleasant experience here."

"The building of this hotel has a history of 120 years. The location is on the edge of the inner harbor. The pier is just outside the window. The surrounding area is safe. You can walk around the window and watch the sunrise. The breakfast is great! Welcome to Kunshi, courteous and attentive, it is a very rare experience!"

"The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that there was a sheet that we had to sign agreeing to an additional $9.95 Guest Service Fee. We were given a little slip of paper detailing what that fee included. Talk to a receptionist if you have questions about it. We stayed in room 313 which overlooked the street. We could hear the activity on the street below through the old wood encased windows that didn’t completely shut all the way. However we were able to sleep just fine. We knew that this might happen when we made this reservation since it was in an old building in a historic place. Also, know that the bright sun peaks in a little every morning despite the heavy curtains. There was a night stand on each side of the bed with a lamp on each stand. The outlet was on the wall beyond both night stands. There was a lamp with 2 outlets on the small writing desk in the room across from the bed. There were several shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. The shower had a curtain that swung out so that the liner didn’t cling to my legs. The shower did not have much pressure to it but it did drain nicely. Our reservation did not include the breakfast buffet. An additional $10 would be charged if we decided to eat here. We browsed the buffet and decided that we were not interested. There were several bakeries close to the hotel that smelled wonderful when we walked out. Shout out to the housekeepers for keeping the bottles of lotion and shower gel generously stocked and especially the bottle water every day!"
"We were in town for appointments at Johns Hopkins an couldn't have felt more at home that at The Admiral Fell Inn. The room was quaint and clean. The staff, especially Jonathon and Marissa were incredible. They treated us like family. They went above and beyond to help us with luggage, directions and even helped with uber and grub hub apps. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you enjoy being in the heart of Fells Point."
"If you want to be right in the midst of the vibrant waterfront and restaurants at Fell's Point, then the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby of the hotel was reminiscent of a historical museum and the restaurant in the basement (which we viewed but was closed) seemed to be quite replete with history. However, I cannot recommend the room other than the firm and clean looking bed. I thought the bathroom sink also seemed brand new and reminded me of an antique piece. The bad news is that the room needs an overhaul: cracked window (although hidden by a curtain), one door to the TV stand needed to be propped open by a paper bag just to stay open, stained bath, wrinkled shower curtains, mold in the bathtub wall, broken toilet lid and shaky toilet holder, no cups for the coffee maker and old looking arm chair upholstery just does not warrant the cost of the room nor provides a pampered experience. I will say the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to have early check in and got a 1/2 hour late check out with no problem."

"It was very lovely. The view of the water from our room was magnificent. The room was a great size and was very clean. The only thing I wish is that the parking garage was a little closer, but they do offer valet service. So all in all I had a great experience. O and also they let me check in early, which was a life saver. "
"The hotel is comfortable and the price should not be high for American consumption. The front desk staff in the lobby is more patient. They can call a taxi. When they go to Washington Airport to call a taxi, the waiter at the door directly calls the Cadillac at the door. There is no airport bus."
"Nice view and nice location but could hear the room next to us pretty well. The walls are not sound proof and could hear everything they were saying "

"The hotel is located near the airport and is surrounded by Baltimore's largest shopping mall. It has everything to eat, drink and play. The hotel facilities are very good. It is equivalent to a domestic five-star hotel. The rooms are large. The casino downstairs is a famous casino in the Washington area."

"You can talk about real experiences in hotel services, location, facilities, sanitation and more. Inexpensive! It is no different from a superior room, far beyond imagination, surprising, service is in place, very comfortable, is the ideal choice, will come here in the future, all real and effective reviews will be displayed. The hotel location is very good, right by inner habor, easy access to the harbour, there is a supermarket next to it, and shopping is very close"
"The service is not bad, the front desk is very welcoming, let them forward the courier and email reminder, very good service. The environment is a little bit worse, and the road is on the side, and the location is not very good."
"Large space and overall comfort"
