Great hotel location superb, 3 mins from Railway Station, 5 mins from Town centre. Hotel overlooks the river Aare with superb views of the Jura Mountains. Modern hotel with great rooms, my only (very small) suggestion for an improvement would be Aircon a bit cooler, but I just like very cold bedrooms, so possibly that's just me. Breakfast was great with a huge choice of freshly cooked food and cold platters, staff friendly and professional.

We have family in Solothurn and we always stay at H4. They have a delicious breakfast with something for everyone, they have a beautiful view of the river, cathedral and Weissenstein, close to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The staff is always friendly, helpful and speak English. The hotel is clean and comfortable, especially in the summer with AC! Highly recommend this place to everyone.
