Everything was great. Check in smooth as was check out. Bar service is always excellent.

Convenient location, easy to find, fast check-in, nice-sized room, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows, and the room was up-to-date and well-maintained. We also appreciated the not-so-dark-as-other-hotels carpeting and furniture. It was nice not to have to really search dark carpeting, dark furniture surfaces, and dark bottoms of wardrobes to make sure nothing was in danger of being left behind. There were plenty of outlets for various devices, and the hooks on the wall made storing things nice and easy. We always look for hotels that are both pet- and smoke-free, and include a breakfast with a fair number of selections, and this one was perfect. Overall, a wonderful stop on our journey.

I was traveling in June 2023 alone with three kids under 7 and stayed at this location. I was so happy to find something close to the thruway. This was a quick overnight stop during a 12 hour trip. Everything was great from check in to check out. The front desk clerk was quick and efficient checking me in and had me in a room that was easy to get to with the kids. As soon as I checked into my room she made sure I had everything I needed which was really helpful as it was late and I was alone. The next morning the breakfast spread was fantastic. There was something for everyone and the set up was clean and refreshed quickly. I noticed that there were a lot of senior citizen tours staying overnight as well and I was glad to be in their company. Check out was quick and easy. I will plan to stay here again as we usually stay in this area every summer on our trip. Highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by this location. Fairly last minute we decided to stay overnight in the area rather than complete our long drive. Many hotels were completely booked and we settled for the Microtel, but it was a good experience. The rooms are small, but quite efficiently laid out. Our room had a queen bed, night stands, a closet, desk, and window seat. There was a larger fridge than expected in the room too. The full length mirror was hidden inside the wardrobe, which was not noticed until our leaving. Would be better if it was on the outside. None of the outlets featured USB ports, which was disappointing. The bed was not super comfortable, but okay for one night. I loved the pillows though. The bathroom was small, but had good storage and set up. I appreciated the shelf added to the space for us to put our bathroom supplies. The bathroom had good water pressure and was equipped with an exhaust fan. The light in the bathroom was very dim though. This location does not have elevators, but does have multiple staircases. There are several doors for ease of access to the building with the room key to park close to the room. The breakfast was actually really good. They have a pancake machine which my husband and I enjoyed. There were bagels and breads, as well as muffins and pastries. Unfortunately all seemed to be pre-frozen, so we had to heat everything. There were jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches to warm in the microwave provided. They were very good, but we would have liked to see instructions for the best time to heat. There was yogurt, milk, cereal, oatmeal, and hardboiled eggs. Coffee and juice machines also provided. We were very pleased by the offerings. For a last minute decision, we were very pleased with this stay. However, every staff member we interacted with was aloof and borderline rude. At check out, we rang the front bell for service 8 times over 10 minutes. Finally we flagged down a maid and she helped find someone to assist.

We got caught in a snowstorm and picked this hotel because it was close to the highway. We normally wouldn’t pick a Comfort Inn but it was amazing! Friendly, warm, clean, and just wonderful. We were able to get refreshed and get out early to resume our trip. The woman at the desk even offered up whatever fruit and pastry they had because we left before the breakfast was out. I’d recommend this location for any occasion!
