Popular Luxury Hotels in Pattaya

Location of the hotel is perfectly central in the middle of the Pattaya city overlooking both sides of the bay. Rooms are very modern as the hotel is relatively new. Ocean view room which I booked gives the full view of the right side of the bay. Breakfast spread has many variety but the Chinese style dishes (fried vermicelli, fried vegetables) are pretty poorly prepared and not the usual hilton standard expected. Executive lounge was too small and very very hectic during 5-7pm. The staff did their very best to accommodate all the arriving guests but the size of the lounge is too small. Food served at the lounge was also not very delicious. All in all, I did not find it worth the price to stay at this hotel.

The facilities are a bit old, there are few guests, and the beach scenery is very good. There is only one swimming pool. There is an elderly American couple who poured their soup in the morning and sunbathing on a chair on the beach. They are in most of the swimming pools and do not allow others to be around. During the event, their attitude was very overbearing and they wouldn't let us pose for photos on the beach. Although we had three minutes to discuss with the elderly American couple to take photos of the belly dance poses on the beach, they were very arrogant and shouted at the waiter to drive us away with an expulsive tone. It's really puzzling. At the end, the group general manager of Royal Chain came over to apologize and say hello, but in the end he left a very bad impression on me.
