It’s good, but it’s a bit remote, but most hotels in Orlando are like this

This hotel is the boutique hotel with the most comfort, the most details and the best quality during our summer vacation on the east and west coasts of the United States. From the boss couple to every employee, everyone has a sincere smile on their face. Hotel catering is also excellent! Very creative food and cocktails bring a different feeling!

We were really disappointed when we arrived at CLC Encantada Resort - we arrived early evening after a long connecting flight to find our townhouse 15 min walk from reception (offered no guide to accompany us, help with cases or a lift!). Our house had 4 large sofas in the lounge/dining area - two looked brand new and the two old ones (which i assume were supposed to be taken away) were just dumped together randomly leaving us to try and put them somewhere! The house wasn't particularly clean, the vacuum and telephone didn't work, the pictures were wonky, showers rubbish and outside area very unwelcoming! It felt like basic student accommodation. Before unpacking however, we decided that it would do the job as we had a busy schedule of Disney & Universal parks and didn't have time to go back to reception the following day (reception had closed at this point) to complain or change houses. We were also only planning on being at the house very little and not use the outside area. We did go to the reception area once and asked the reception lady a few questions (e.g. could we get a later check out, which pizza delivery companies delivered to the resort) and she was unable to help us at all and just said she didn't know. We also asked when the bar would be open and when lunch would be available and she said she didn't know and she wasn't even sure if the guy would be in to open it that day - useless! The pool area was fine, and the bar did actually open and we had a nice lunch and service was good. The location was ok for Disney, a little further from Universal - Lyft were great. Takes a little longer than you think though because of traffic. The only things in walking distance are McDonalds and the 7Eleven at the petrol station (about 13min walk) We wouldn't return to this resort and wouldn't recommend it but might well be better if you got a decent townhouse and one nearer the reception area.

The food is perfect. The resort-style hotels are very special, no matter in dining or entertaining. I like this hotel very much, which is a good place for family vacations. I'd like to recommend it.

This resort has so almost everything available to you for free or a fee. 6 pools, 4 hot tubs, waterpark, zipline, rock wall, lake, marina, jet-skis, pontoon, walking fitness trail, recreation center, gym, crafts, organized activities, games, small movie theatre, tiki bar, restaurants, clubhouse, hotel, condos, houses, rooftop viewing of fireworks, onsite shuttle throughout resort, trasportation to Publix or Denny's, complimentary out sources shuttle service to various theme parks-check monthly schedules on resort website Con--walls and ceilings are thin....ask for an upper floor, no elevators on site, but you will be thankful!

We spent a total of 15 days at the Sely Breshen Mysterious Sand Dunes Golf Resort Club Diamond Resort. The hotel is only about 20 minutes' drive from various Disney parks. The hotel has a golf course and three swimming pools. Because it is an apartment hotel, it is very suitable for families. The room is very clean. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom. There are laundry and clothes dryers. The entire resort is large and almost every room has a golf view. I will choose this hotel when I go to Orlando.

The location of the hotel is very good, there are Disney stores and supermarket restaurants opposite. Breakfast was very small and many people lined up after eight. Go to Disney for Uber for about $ 10.
