I ended up at the São Paulo Airport Marriott at 3:30am after first of my three flights home to Sydney, Australia was stopped from taking off. I was having trouble getting answers from the airline about my forward connecting flights, given that I would be flying across 2 different airlines, and was getting contradictory, confusing and harsh responses from the airline I booked with. So, let's say I was a little stressed... However the service here was beyond impeccable! They really made me feel calm and at home during a difficult time. Special shout out to Muriel who checked me in and William on the front desk during the day, who were both cheerful and professional. Breakfast and lunch service was delicious, full of options and the servers were also incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The room was comfortable with blackout curtains, and the pool was a nice addition. Hope those reading this don't find themselves feeling as stressed as I was when I checked in here, but let me tell you, you'll be in very good hands if you do find yourself in this hotel!

A nice experience. Very friendly staff, especially Joe, who was really kind and friendly helped me a lot. I went for the breakfast buffet and he approached me so I told him I am vegan and he came with me and showed me what I can chose and he even told the chef to cook tapioca with veggies expecially for me. Thank you, Joe!

I had a pleasant experience while I’m staying here at Blue Tree towers. Their assistance really great appreciated. I’m lucky that they have service staff that able to help me communicate in English. I would like to give my personal compliments to the front service staff by name of Ricardo for his great help & friendly service. I was really relieved when he able to help me to extended my nights of stay and he even help me place an ordered of foods for me. His service was really excellent. Stayed 3 nights during the weekend for a friend’s wedding and everything was PERFECT! Employees are super welcoming, always smiling and willing to help! Great breakfast, rooms are clean and comfortable! Special thanks to Aline and Tiago, they provided support post and during stay as I arranged the honeymoon room for the bride and groom. During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. The breakfast is very rich. It ends at 10 o'clock on weekdays and ends at 10:30 on weekends. The room is very large, with a shopping mall at the back and a parking lot on the right, which is quite convenient. There is a gym and swimming pool on the top floor. The gym is very small and has little equipment. There is Carrefour about 500 meters away and things are very cheap.

Ibis Tatupé is still new, so it is in good condition compared to others in the network. The room is larger than the budget version and smaller than the styles version, spacious bathroom. Lights a little dark, good wifi, but not super fast. Morning coffee and parking paid for part, but I did not use (parking is paid per day and with a manubrist, for whom it doesn't care to leave your car in the hands of others). Super gentle careers (but all without mask, which I think is a problem, given that the pandemic has not ended). The hotel is located just a few steps from the metro Tatupé and CPTM station, a 25-minute train from the international airport. The room was clean, there were noise-free windows and it was possible to hear the train passed by less than 500 metres, the street was moved, but the room was not noisy. Good beds, for the moment.
