Excellent location overlooking the port of M****ille. Just in time for the 7.14 French National Day, the fireworks show is right in front of the hotel. The quality of InterContinental is as good as ever, and the swimming pool is very popular. But one day I forgot to clean the room.

InterContinental's service is the same as before, but there is no such scenery near the hotel, the only thing is the terminal of the M****ille train. In addition, the room has a peculiar smell, so I gave it four stars.

We stayed in this hotel in M***ille one night and it is a very small jewelry. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The room is beautiful, design with full of small well-thinking items. All was perfectly clean and without blame. I would like to be a bit more firm litter, but it is very subjective. The Spa is beautiful and allows a pleasant relaxing break. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. A lot of house cakes, quality products and more, in this day of epiphany, the kings' crowns! What a class! Thanks to the hotel C2 for this pleasant parathèse in the focene city.

Very nice hotel in the heart of M****ille. Spacious and quiet room. Very professional staff. Contemporary display on the stairs which strongly helps with many nightmares at night. Shower problem with rapid flooding of bathroom and bedroom including carpet. Very strong smell when we arrived of chemicals in the room from cleaning the carpet. Excellent stay.

Good quality bedding, beautiful view and location. The breakfast is very rich and there is nothing missing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Public transportation is right in front of the hotel, so you can move around as much as you want. The only downside this year is the swimming pool, which really has many shortcomings. They should be a little more respectful for hotel customers, especially cleaner. Strongly leave next year! ! ! ! !

The hotel phone didn't support English service, so I hung up the phone. Then I drove the translator to speak and she thought the software was too god, hahahaha. The pool is medium in size. The foie gras in the restaurant is very good. If the location is not self-driving, it is recommended to take a taxi. The cave is very distinctive. There is a piano

The surrounding area is well-developed, and you can sample a variety of seafood and French breakfast when you go out. The hotel is facing the old port, the distant Notre Dame is clearly visible, no curtains at night, watching the lights of the Notre Dame sleep, do not have a taste. The room has a room dedicated to children, and the decoration is warm. Whether you are taking a sightseeing bus, going to the subway, or visiting the Old Port Market, it is very convenient. Especially recommended!

Great stay . The room was fairly basic but very clean. we were blown away by the view. We greatly enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant . Housekeeping staff were charming as was the male receptionist who smilingly and effectively dealt with our complicated questions as to to get our car in and out of the carpark during road closures . Many thanks to all the team. We look forward to our next visit.

Reviews From Real Travelers
Excellent four star hotel with good amenities in the rooms - shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, body lotion plus nail file, shower cap, cotton buds, cotton wool pads and water in the mini fridge, safe in the room. Dressing gown and slippers provided. I paid extra for a slightly larger room with a view of the Old Port and it was well worth it. The Port is noisy but the double glazing is very good. The A/C in the room was good. The room and bathroom were clean and serviced daily. I thought the shower could do with an upgrade - no hotels have a hand held shower these days but it was sufficient. Also the room carpet and the main stair carpet are tired and could do with replacing but they were clean and vacuumed. The reception staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, always pleased to see me when I came back in and interested in knowing what I’d been up to. Milolo was especially good, getting my room ready a bit earlier when I arrived on an early flight, helping with information and printing out my boarding card when I left, but they were all lovely. As a single woman traveller I felt safe and comfortable/at home in the hotel and would highly recommend it. I would definitely go back.

Generally this hotel was great. The people were very nice and spoke enough English (for us) and were generally happy to help in any way. The common areas were all beautiful. We opted for a 7th floor suite - The Chopin Room. Honestly, the room was pretty tired as far as furniture, carpeting and window treatments. The Carpeting had stains on it. The piping on a few of the chairs was coming off as well. We did have a chance to look at the other room in this class and it seemed to be in better shape. The breakfast was wonderful and that room and the adjacent bar on the 1st floor had great views. The patio/deck had amazing views of the port. I think that as a tribute to the great employees who work there, they should redo at least this room. Here are some tips. The bar on the first floor will give you a bucket of ice for your room if you ask. You need to insert your room key in the holder near the door for the electric to work. We arrived mid day and had to be let out a block away because they block off the street to car traffic at some point during the day. The front desk people are great. They will sell you bus/Metro tickets there and make restaurant recommendations etc. There is a Monoprix grocery store just a block away. There is a mini bar in the room that was complimentary. There is a Nespresso machine in the room and 4 servings of coffee and milk. Again, this is such a nice property with a great location and staff! Maybe all of the other rooms are just great and just Chopin was in need of help. Enjoy!

The standards are not meet any expectations for 4 stars, especially for such a big chain like Accor it should be much higher than this. Everything in the classic room category is old and super dated: furniture is broken, the bed sheets are yellow from the numerous washings, sagging mattress, chipped doors, walls, wholes in the curtains, dirty chair and sofa (literally with the stains and scratches). Frankly speaking, don’t feel like to touch the surfaces. It feels like in a hostel room, 2 light spots in the room only, so just go to sleep after the sunset. Shower tap has an issue with the water mixer: it’s cold then suddenly it is very hot. Maybe it was a normal hotel with adequate level of cleanness, but it was 15 years ago, maybe more. The hotel desperately needs to be renovated asap. I got checked-in and went to my room, after first glance I realized there is completely nothing, only towels and liquid soap available. No bathrobes, no slippers, no simple electric kettle. AC doesn’t work (outside temperature is +23 C). Reception button on the phone not working. The number of reception written on the fire-alarm sign is wrong (just for another hotel). In case of emergency just help yourself. To make the story short, the reception offered me upgrade to Sofitel (next door 5-star-hotel, under the same hospitality group). They called me in 10 min and informed me that this “upgrade” will cost me 300€ per night instead of regular 400€. Basically, I was offered upgrade for my own money. Brilliant solution and after-sales service! Just a quick note I pay for my current stay in Novotel 186€ per night (special rate for Accor members fully prepaid 1 month in advance). After that I got a traditional excuse that all hotels in the city are fully booked. The next excuse was that the country where I came from has higher standards for the same category hotels :) and the French standards are like this. I love France and I know very well what I can expect. Firstly, I am not first time in France, secondly, even during this trip I stayed 4 nights in Cannes, but these two stays are completely different like night and day. Also I was offered to get a refund and just go and look for another hotel. Speechless. I am on my holidays, and my stay at M****ille is ruined completely.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel, which is located close to Pharo palace. The rooms are well equipped. We had a room at the 6th floor with windows overviewing the street with heavy traffic. Thus, it was difficult to sleep because of noise due to traffic in the street. We asked the person at the reception to change of room, but nothing was done. The breakfast was good. The restaurant has a view on the « vieux port » of M****ille Altogether, it is better to ask for a room not overviewing the road with heavy traffic

To be honest, when I first arrived at the hotel, I felt trapped and I couldn't see the sea view in the picture. In fact, there is still some distance from the seaside in the hotel. Parking is not free, and you have to make an appointment in advance. If you don't make an appointment in advance, the car can only be parked in the parking lot outside. The parking fee is super expensive. I personally feel that this hotel is not cost-effective.
- YANJUN
The hotel is relatively small, parking spaces need to be reserved, and breakfast is only served by a waiter, which may not provide enough service. Maybe because it was the peak tourist season, the forks were all used up, and the food was almost robbed. There was very little to eat. The waiter was so busy and couldn’t bear to say anything, so I had to take the knife and finish the breakfast.
