The air conditioner doesn't work. The suitcase is very difficult to lift. Such a cool staircase. In general it feels that people travel without a suitcase. Now I would choose a more comfortable hotel, convenient for accommodation. Since cleaning needs to be requested in the room. And always forget to put that towel that means for the bathtub. We lived two and left everything for one. In general, if you want comfort, you don't have it here. And if you want to see a bunch of bears, you have it here.

Отличный отель, максимально удобное месторасположение, все в шаговой доступности и парки и рестораны и музеи. Вкусные завтраки, не сильно разнообразные, но голодными не оставались ни разу. Интересный антураж в холле. Номера чистые.
Приветливый и Милейший персонал. С удовольствием остановимся, при следующем посещении.

Good day!
Residing in this hotel from 12.02.2025 to 15.02.2025 . The rooms are a little tired, the carpet cover is with the bug, but the furniture is good not broken. Big minus - very, very hard mattresses (due to sleep very uncomfortable, ask the administration to take into account this!). Of the pluses: Good breakfasts (choice is not big, but delicious, apparently the cook Russian, for example in Paradise 5 breakfasts are worse), a cooler with water on each floor, which is also good tc on 1 bottle per day in the room it is not enough. In general, the hotel is good, comfortable, next to a few cafes and dining rooms, location relative to mountain air on 4c, , ride by taxi 5 minutes (200r one way)

Excellent businessman hotel on 2-3 night, convenient location to the park of Gagarin! Excellent breakfasts. At the lobby bar, good coffee is cooked.

Останавливались уже 2 раза в отеле. Изначально ориентировалась на отзывы в интернете и от знакомых, и считаю его лучшим отелем Южно-Сахалинска на данный момент. Устраивает абсолютно все: от момента регистрации до удобства номеров. Также стоит отметить хороший завтрак, наличие сауны, отличная локация рядом с красивым парком. Однозначно буду останавливаться в этом отеле снова.

The room was quite large, clean and felt more than the price. (Slightly disappointing that there was no tissue) There was a supermarket in the neighborhood and it was a convenient location. English was spoken at the front desk.

Very comfortable and shower hotel. Rooms are spacious, there is absolutely everything for accommodation including all cosmetic facilities. In the standard we had even a microwave. There were no problems with hot water and stress. The description on trip.com says there is no wi-fi, but it is actually there.
Good dense breakfast - eggs, cheese, cut tomato and cucumbers, cheese, cushion every day different, yoghurt, toasts, baking, etc.
The location is far from the center, but it is not a problem - you can get to the bus or taxi cheaply.
Special thanks to the manager and staff. One of the most soulful hotels in my trips. Everyone told, showed, and even baked a surprise cake and unexpectedly congratulated on your birthday! That's pleasant. Thank you very much, you are good! We will be in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - with pleasure to come to you again!

One night before the planes are attached. The location is far from the center, the taxi is normal. The room was taken cheap, on -1 floor. The window is, opens, but under the trunk you will see nothing, but there is fresh air. The room is not small, room is enough. The bathroom is not small either. Heli, shampoo, hats, razor set, hairstyles, toothbrushes, everything is fine. Clean. Taps, water, tea. All normal. Bed double bed, but very uncomfortable mattress as on boards sleep. I take three stars at once. Sleep quality is important, here you will not see it. Sad. From morning breakfast, quite, hungry will not leave. Hotel I do not recommend.
