2e visite en quelques semaines. Les chambres sont grandes, aérées, propres, le balcon est agréable (pas de vue sur les chambres voisines). Le côté parc est plus agréable que le côté route (même si l'insonorisation des chambres est bonne) ; il correspond aux chambres paires. Hammam très grand qui aurait besoin d'entretien (des carreaux manquants et d'autres descellés). Piscine intérieure agréable, car délaissée par les clients (qui préfèrent s'entasser dans le jacuzzi ou la piscine chauffée extérieure). Salle de fitness vieilissante (il faudrait penser à entretenir les machines qui rouillent du fait de la proximité avec le spa). Petit déjeuner trop répétitif (tous les jours absolument les mêmes prestations) ; manque de fruits frais (soit trop durs, soit en fin de vie, pas de bananes juste pommes, kiwis et oranges), pas de légumes, charcuterie de qualité médiocre (épaule plutôt que jambon blanc, uniquement accompagné de jambon cru), ainsi que les jus de fruits. Fromages fades. Grand parking gratuit et sécurisé. Compter 20 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville à pied.

I had a tiny room in this huge, impersonal hotel. For the price I was expecting a better experience. My room overlooked a very unpleasant looking car park. The canopy below my room was filthy, had rubbish on it and was unkempt. The window frames were mouldy, in and outside the room (see photos). At the restaurant I asked if I could have my meal in my room. They said yes but without specifying that they was an ”eat-out” With the exception of a very helpful and friendly man in the breakfast restaurant, the hotel staff were impersonal and ineffective.

Clean and comfortable hotel, centrally placed and close to all amenities. A short distance from the railway station, either on foot or an inexpensive taxi ride. All staff were pleasant, polite and welcoming. Due to a booking mix-up at my end, our booked room was not available but they quickly found another. Staff were also helpful with things like suggesting places to eat and booking a morning taxi for us. Easy to find - look for the elephants!

We stayed here for one night on 18/6. We were with a Rail Discoveries Group travelling from Paris to Milan and broke our journey in Chambery. Ideal location if using the station as the hotel is directly opposite. Easy check in and good size room and bathroom. Very pleasant bar and restaurant staff. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Very short walk into the town centre if you wish to explore. Perfect for an overnight stop.

I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. What I liked · The hotel was modern and well-kept, and breakfast was good and plenty of buffets. What I didn't like · The location of the hotel: it was far from the center and the port, where there is the main walk of the city. The hotel also justified the lack of cleaning of the room with anti-covid measures, for four days they never cleaned, the basket was blew out of waste and the bathroom was also missing the stick to clean the cup. The decision is ridiculous because the kitchen staff touched the dishes, cups, pots and everything that was used for breakfast, as well as the fact that breakfast buffet was used by all the same pins to take the In addition, while booking for half-pension, just the night of San Silvestre we left without booking at the restaurant. The hotel knew that we would have dinner that evening, and he didn't care to book our table at the restaurant where he sent us to dinner. We had dinner in the room with two dishes set together with the hotel bar, and the most disgraceful behavior, especially when you decided to go there just for the first year, the hotel should have organized in advance. We had a rise in the cost of missing dinner (which did not make a great remedie to the disguise), and yet the cost of the room had no reductions due to the lack of cleaning of the room.
