I just stay at this hotel and I am impressed about everything. Very fast check in/out, very clean rooms with everything you need ( minifridge, kcups coffee maker, big tv), everything looks new and no bad odors like in many other hotels. Close to QEW Hgwy is worth to stay here.

My fiancee and I stayed here in the summer in order to access some local wineries. This is a clean and modern hotel. They did a wonderful job with cleaning and COVID precautions. The temperature in the room was slightly hard to control, and the parking lot was kind of hard to navigate. Overall good stay!

This was an interesting experience. I was not familiar with the longer-term-stay hotel format, and when I first arrived here I described the aesthetic as ”simple yet stately.” It was indeed a full suite, complete with dishwasher and kitchen, as well as small complimentary meals served downstairs. There was a decent workspace and nice bathroom but, typically for these times of decline, no robe. There was OK coffee in the room, but, notably, on my way out I realized that coffee could be had in the serving area downstairs. I enjoyed this coffee more than that in the room, and the disposable cup's design was striking -- I thought about it a lot as I checked out, and I also took some pictures of it (one of which I will attach here).

Although our room was clean and modern, the bathroom needed some attention, and there could have been better attention to details. We stayed in room 623. The shower faucet was practically falling off the wall. It was also extremely difficult to turn on. The shower curtain was hung extremely low to the point that a good portion of the curtain was laying flat in the tub (slipping hazard). Also, it would be a good idea to provide an extra couple of small garbage bags, in the bottom of the bin. We managed to find the last parking spot in the underground of the hotel, so parking may have been an issue if the hotel was more full. Breakfast was nothing special (undercooked bacon, premade ”omelettes”, selection of cereal). We would probably stay here again. It was good value for the price.

A mainstay in the city; the towering jewel in Hamilton's craggy crown of flatlands and factories. Although somewhat stripped down due to COVID and the march of the years, this Sheraton cannot be beat when it comes to location. It's lodged in a complex that includes the Art Gallery of Hamilton as well as the glittering glamour of Jackson Square, that ever-shuddering heart of the living city. It's always great to spend an evening here, although, as usual, I wish they provided a robe!

Very convenient, the location is absolutely good, the first floor is connected to supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, banks, coffee, etc., which can meet almost any living needs, but the elevator is too loud, noisy at night, and not close to the machine room has never been I've seen the elevator sound so loud, the room far from the elevator hall will be better. When checking out, it ’s a bit awkward to push the hotel ’s large luggage cart from the lobby because the luggage is too much.

Staying here for Hamilton Intl airport (YHM) low fares. The soundproofing is amazing! I didn’t notice next door’s rambunctious kids until I opened my door to walk to the elevator. Complimentary all-day tea and coffee (both decaffeinated and otherwise) Free continental brekky 7-9am. The rooms are huge. Full kitchen. Strong AC. 2 restaurants and a Dominos pizza next door. Kids Trampoline warehouse on one side, a respectable mall on the other. Hotel is right off the highway. Ami at the front desk was kind, flawless and helpful. Along with me, she was taking care of a guest’s unusual request AND helping an elderly Chinese tourist with her wifi. Check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am. Front desk recognizes Bonvoy status :) All in all, one of the best in Canada if not the world.

This is a good stay. Exceptional check in experience - professional, friendly and quick. Room is well laid out and very comfortable. Room is clean - with the exception of the shower. Please find a way to get rid of the rust and mold in the corners of the shower stall - it can be done. Bleach spray would be a good start (if we are allowed to do that still). Also, your TV system has such a delay changing channels….I’m sure that can be fixed. Please.

Hotel is in a good location. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The on-site restaurant was mediocre at best. Our family members staying at the same time experienced cold soup that had to be rewarmed, cold oatmeal that had to be rewarmed on two separate days, and an average breakfast for an above average price. The bar, which was part of the restaurant, was poorly stocked which the server blamed on the fact that they had never expanded their offerings back to pre-pandemic levels. So I would recommend the hotel for sure as long as you don't plan to eat on site as there are definitely better options nearby.

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Hamilton on two occasions; Feb 16, 17, & Feb 26/27 for a business trip. On both stays I stayed in room 225. I was extremely happy with my stay. My room was a decent size, the king size bed was super comfortable, the water pressure was great & I had no complaints. The only thing stopping me from giving the hotel 5 stars was that it lacked an in room safe & a microwave. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites for 4 days, the location was downtown and in a quiet area, the hotel staff was welcoming, the complimentary breakfast was tasty, abundant and had variety. The Gym is open 24-7, the pool was a blast, the parking is very good for a downtown hotel. We had a problem with our fridge the last two days and we only realized it on the last day, the hotel send a repair man within 5 minutes and he validated the fact that it was probably not working for the last two days. The hotel gave us the last two nights for free. Any hotel can have problems, it is the way they treat their guests and validate their concerns what matters. I am definitely staying again.

The room is as good as always, because the next day is the early flight, breakfast has not yet started when we depart, it is all takeout, so I asked the front desk if we can pack some milk and bread for us, so that we can eat in the morning Yes, the front desk readily agreed, especially recommended

Outside the window is Lake Ontario, which is very beautiful! Going out to the lake for a short walk, there are many restaurants across the street, the hotel facilities are also good, the staff are friendly, and I will stay here next time.

Hotel is very good but be very wary of their billing. I booked two nights with them, one through booking.com and one through Expedia. In addition to the money I paid to booking and Expedia, the hotel charged me directly for the room. I am out a total of $429.50 for the two nights that Waterfront erroneously billed me for. I called today to have it corrected and the guy told me only the GM can authorize that and she won't be in for a couple days. I expect the charges will be reversed but this aggravation is a warning to everyone to ensure the hotel is not billing them in addition to charges they incur with a third party such as Booking.com and Expedia.

Comfort Inn Hamilton on centennial Google review Susan Deangelis 1/5 7 minutes ago on Google On December 23rd during the storm my husband who is a Dofasco employee checked into the comfort Inn as it was too dangerous for him to drive home and he had to get up at 300 am to return to work on the 24th. After checking our visa we discovered a 25.00 dollar charge. I immediately called the comfort Inn and asked what the charge was for and they told me my husband was charged for taking a pillow. I told them that was impossible and asked that they check there cameras which they said they had on the premises. They refused to check the cameras. And said the charge would stay. My husband called again after returning home from work and again they refused to reverse the charge and again did not check thier cameras. It was a gentleman that checked him out at 3:00 am my husband had no bag he could have stuffed a pillow into and am sure the gentleman who checked him out would have seen a pillow. This is out and out fraud and taking advantage of a hard working honest man. They should be ashamed of themselves and I will be reporting them

This hotel is quite good. I used to live in an Indian shop. Now I will choose this hotel if I go to H City. The traffic is also very convenient, there are supermarkets, shopping malls, etc.

Unreal stay! Based on reviews we were slightly hesitant but needed a safe haven away from home for the weekend and Super 8 did not disappoint! Staff was amazing on arrival and our 1 out of 2 activated keycards opened our presidential suite with ease. Make sure you bring Fido! Our Great Dane enjoyed the pull out sofa bed immensely and we felt zero judgment walking the halls with our 130 lbs friendly companion. Room was large with 2 double beds. One was much more soft and comfortable than the other so it made for much fun with our overly competitive family of 4. Free bottled water between 6am and 10am! Complimentary breakfast consisted of mini muffins and the granola bars so soft they melted in your mouth like butter! While we were busy hitting dingers on the baseball field a wonderful lady cleaned up our room with exceptional attention to detail, bless her heart. 4.95 out of 5 stars simply because the potholes in parking lot reminded us more of black diamond moguls at the ski resort. We will return! Loved every minute and have inquired about becoming club members.

Got stranded at Hamilton Airport after shuttling from Toronto on an detoured inbound flight from Edmonton/Abbotsford. Also, there was a miserable snowstorm. So glad this place was so close and cost me under $100 booked on Expedia. Thanks to the friendly staff that helped me out!
